...The Kyoto University Law School graduated Mr Frank Hsieh of Taipei City Council member used the eduction background of the National Taiwan University(NTU) instead of the Soochow University background to run for the city council member election campaign. At that time I was an elementary school student before went to the junior high school. My mother subscribed a children newspaper, the Mandarin Daily News for me at my third grade. One day after Mr Frank Hsieh made a moving speech to the electorate, one Taipei citizen enthusiastically decided to do something for the Japanese Kyoto University alumni city council member Mr Frank Hsieh and for Taiwan's democracy future. Almost without effort, this Taipei citizen himself wrote an article and published on the Mandarin Daily News. The very week when his article was published, he went to Taipei County Haishan Junior High School to pick out the student composition book of Mr David Chang, which student name Mr Frank Hsieh probably mentioned in his campaign speech to address that was one of the late President Mr Chiang Ching-Kuo's pupils. That Taipei citizen copied the page of the student composition book of David Chang which citing his article published on Mandarin Daily News earlier that week, and reported to Taipei City Police Station for a criminal case. After this Taipei City police report was known, the student composition books in the Taipei County Haishan Junior High School every week were mandated to send to the Dean's Office to review and stamped the office seal before returned them back to the students. This was one example of the so-called "Human Resource Second Division File" which Naitonal Taiwan University(NTU) alumni officials, the former President Mr Chen Shui-Bian and the incumbent President Mr Ma Ying-Jeou argued in public...

...Mr Frank Hsieh, when he was first running for the member of Taipei City Council, claimed his official identity to be an alumni from the National Taiwan University(NTU) Law School, but from other source, probably according to his own words saying to the pupils of late President Chiang Ching-kuo in early years via wireless machine, Mr Frank Hsieh graduated from the law school of Soochow University before attending the NTU five-year-term law school and also before he went to Japan seeking for admission to the college of law in Kyoto University when he had elected to be the member of Taipei City Council. It was said that Mr Frank Hsieh recruited members in Taipei City similar to the club of ARM-MC(American Reading Machine, membership company), for his own brand name "Japanese Formula Mathematics." During more than a couple of years in Japan for the college of law study, some official of Japan in Tokyo ever asked the student Mr Frank Hsieh about the details of his "Japanese Formula Mathematics" membership club in Taiwan. Mr Frank Hsieh answered the official of Japan in Tokyo that the membership organization was ordered to set up by the Taiwan official from late President Chiang Ching-kuo. The official of Japan in Tokyo then told Mr Frank Hsieh to remove the "Japanese" from the name of Mr Frank Hsieh's membership club to be only as "Formula Mathematics".

The late President Chiang Ching-Kuo probably planned to use the Japanese Formula Mathematics membership club organized by Mr Frank Hsieh of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) to balance the USA ARM(American Reading Machine Company) of the Harvard Public Relationship(PR) Manager Mr George Bush Jr. and cashier Ms Chen Chu when I was an elementary school pupil of 12 years old. Mr Frank Hsieh of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) was not told by the late President Chiang that the late President Chiang Ching-kuo sponsored the membership club of "Japanese Formula Mathematics" in Taipei City from the national resource allocated by him. That is, the "Japanese Formula Mathematics" membership club which the former DPP City Council member Mr Frank Hsieh organized was another form of energy auxiliary reading machine company in Taiwan areas in public supported by the late President Chiang which was similar to the USA ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company). In 1998, there was a report of official threatening harassment from the fee collectors of "Formula Mathematics" membership club in Taipei City, together with the commission fees collectors in Kaohsiung City which were recruited by Ms Chen Chu for the Japanese new-model Reading Machine. The fees collectors in 1998 went into the elementary and secondary schools both in Taipei City and Taipei County to ask the teachers to conform to their request to unify the quiz numbers for the reading machine commission company to regulate the pupils to boost up their scores in school. That's when the efforts of Nobel Laureate Dr Lee Yuan-Tseh paid for initializing so-called ten-year Education Reform Policy in Taiwan in 1998. The snobbery of the reading machine company made the DPP involved officials dictated governmental administrations and bullied the school teachers...

It was the governmental effort to push the Education Reform Policy of Taiwan from 1998 through 2008, which usually addressed as the Taiwan education reform for ten years, although it began in 1994. The most important mission to reform education was considering the reaction to the democracy and therefore the reformer could cope with the rampant corruption of the ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) in Taiwan areas after the General Election Policy of the congress and presidential office was gradually actualized into effect. The ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) caused a lot of problems and often hindered the governmental democratic policy. The education reform was initialized by Dr Lee Yuan-Tseh in 1994.

A message delivered before Mr Frank Hsieh of DPP serving at the Executive Yuan in 2004, was claimed to be from the United Nations officials, tipped off the governmental officials who involved in the energy device harassment to the UN abused child victim Mr David Chang. One sunny day at Taipei City near Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, at the spot of GuiYang Street crossroad traffic lights, timing was around 2005 or 2007, during which I was staying at National Central Library to prepare documents for the governmental energy device harassment legal action, there was a volatile form message, addressed as from the United Nations officials, notifying to the former United Nations 1979 Child Abuse Case Mr David Chang, and also the victim in 1996 right at its very headquarter location of New York City to be harassed to drop out of CUNY Baruch Business Graduate School, that most of members in the cadre of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) including the former DPP Taipei City Council member and then incumbent Legislator Mr Frank Hsieh were all having interests something to do with the ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) in Taiwan areas...

Last month(2011.1) the complaint letter documents sent to Judicial Yuan mentioned the 1981 ten-year-old child Mr David Chang with an illegal contract RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child), Mr David Chang went to City University of New York(CUNY) Baruch Business School in 1996 summer. Because two years before on August 14, 1994 the USA sergeant Ms Eva Ivory dropped dead at Taipei City, the United Nations child abused case Mr David Chang was under heavy energy harassment to drop out of his graduate school study in New York on October 22, 1996. It was supposed to be the United Nations Human Rights Council serving as jury to the court(New York) reviewing Sgt Eva Ivory death case at Taipei City, which the jury mentioned the illegal contract RAPC document to the UN Abused Child Mr David Chang. The international student of CUNY public school Mr David Chang started to know who were harassing him, including the interests groups which were operating for decades at Taiwan for the American Reading Machine Membership Company(ARM-MC). These clues are detailed in the following:

The incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms Chen Chu in 1994 Taipei military exercise and weapon purchase show, in public argued with the former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-Chen(anonymous message but mentioned she was the assistant of former legislator Mrs Wu Shu-Chen) that she was not lacking money to sign that military subsidy contract from Defense Department. Ms Chen Chu in 1994 also mentioned that she not only recruited members for the old machine from ARM(American Reading Machine company, which sold two machines to Mrs Lien Fang-Yu and Mrs Wu Shu-chen in 1970s) membership club for monthly membership fees collecting, but she also collected membership fees as personal commissions for another Japanese company from recruiting citizens of school age in Tainan and Kaohsiung areas of the newer prototype machines, therefore she was quite well-off economically. Ms Chen Chu was complaining to the former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-chen for being declined the second term assistant fee payment on the fourth year of the six-year term legislator in 1990, resulting to her short of earnings of lacking such an assistant fee income. She had to sign the subsidy contract again from the National Defense Department to mend such an income loss in 1990. The purpose Mr Texas Governor George Bush Jr. participated the Taipei discussion via online message in 1994, as he explained, was that he wanted to show that he cared those children who were now graduated from universities and joined the Army, MP or Air Force for military service in Taiwan area. Bush's family details, which said that he had a daughter died in the early days. Another intangible message communicated at the same timing was that some Japanese companies close to Mr George W. Bush openly expressed that they did not support the 43rd Republican President running for the second term. These Japanese companies said that they were intended to support the candidate from Democratic Party. The Japanese companies complained that they were businessmen and explained that the 43rd President Mr. George Bush Jr. was the son of the 41st old President Mr. George HW Bush who was the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence Agency(CIA), this would affect their business at Japan. The message went as such, "These several years since 2000 Mr. George Bush Jr. had elected and served the 43rd USA President, our companies in Japan suffered profit loss and even bankruptcy." These Japanese companies were mentioned by the incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms. Chen Chu in 1994, saying that she collected Japanese membership fees for personal commissions in Tainan and Kaohsiung areas for the newer type reading machine club. The dialogue messages along with the New York Times online news was from these Japanese companies when they decided to make some political fund donations and partisan support for the 2004 USA Presidential campaign. To understand the real information beyond the dialogue, in 2004 there was a Taiwanese citizen who had been submitting for a long-term membership fee to the reading machine membership company and successfully went to the Ivy League Harvard University, which was right as the reading machine membership company claimed in advertisement. This Kaohsiung citizen in 2004 had graduated from the Ivy League Harvard University and come back to Taiwan Kaohsiung area, she went to a local psychiatric clinic for psychotherapy advising in spite of the call center agent advising her not to register the mental clinic in her Harvard man prestige status. That Kaohsiung area Taiwanese citizen explained that she was registered to the USA psychiatric clinic before she came back to Taiwan as student of Harvard University, she would have to seek advising in the mental clinic. No sooner she registered to the psychiatric clinic than this Harvardman in Kaohsiung City was suffering the so-called "Mental Status Evaluation" of governmental energy abuse, and her alma mater was querying the Kaohsiung area call center agency for why conducting such a heavy energy abuse upon this young woman. The officials at Kaohsiung area responsible for energy device utility answered her alma mater authority that this young Taiwanese woman had registered a clinic psychiatric record, "Because she was Sheng Jing Bing, she should have been harassed." It was said that the USA Federal Government of 43rd President Mr George W. Bush at request from his alma mater to send agents to come to Taiwan and Japan to investigate this harassment case upon the Harvardman. The result of this investigation was that all the companies in Japan were all bankrupted and closed, and in 2004 the USA Presidential campaign debate, as an excuse they notified that they did not welcome the Republican candidate Mr George Bush Jr. seeking for the second term. The incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms. Chen Chu had an expired military subsidy contract in 1995 and signed another one from National Defense Department. When I went to New York City in summer of 1996 for my business graduate school study at City University of New York(CUNY) Baruch Business School, Ms. Chen Chu was observing the living of the USA(including the New York City) overseas international students from Taiwan. Ms Chen Chu was not in quite a happy tone to say that she also want to go to America for higher education, this soldier job confined within the Military Police Chang-hua County Special Attack Team Base should have been the job of former second lieutenant Mr. David Chang's, but it turned that she had to serve as such an MP soldier to be kept within this Chang-hua county military base, while "David Chang even went to the New York City for sight-seeing at Twin Towers of the World Trade Center Buildings and the Fifth Avenue Empire State Building like enjoying his vacation!" David Chang's grandmother died of medical gross negligence at Taipei hospital on this occasion. Ms. Chen Chu was appointed to the Minister of Council of Labor Affairs(CLA) in 2004, coincided with the timing of those Japanese companies bankrupted after USA presidential debate. After the 1994 complaint of the declined payment of assistant subsidy from Legislator Wu Shu-chen, Ms Chen Chu complained again of the short of income out of membership fees collecting commissions affected by the bankruptcy of the Japanese companies. It was said that to appoint Ms Chen Chu to the Minister of Council of Labor Affairs serving as one purpose to make Ms Chen Chu understand that the basic wage level at Taiwan was only NTD$18,000 a month, while her monthly military subsidy was NTD$40,000 since 1970s she graduated from NCCU and signed the subsidy contract with National Defense Department. Besides, Ms. Chen Chu received the Legislator assistant monthly salary NTD$20,000 for four years of Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-chen from 1986 to 1989. Mrs Wu Shu-chen declined to pay that monthly assistant salary to Ms Chen Chu and thereafter lost the Legislator election in 1990.

The case of 1996 CUNY Baruch student Mr Chang David suffered political harassment and energy abuse to drop out graduate school, related to a Puerto Rican ethnic orphan who said that she had no given name and therefore she would be Lieutenant Ms. Ivory and was mimicking the tone and language of Sgt. Eva Ivory to talk to Mr Chang David after the USA Sergeant Eva Ivory died on August 14, 1994. She told her audience that this second lieutenant Mr Chang David must love her.(could be movie star Phoebe Cates because David had her picture buying from gift shop) The police was investigating this dead case at the timing. She was a Taiwanese lieutenant officer from the Political Warfare Cadres Academy, a.k.a. Fu Hsing Kang College, the same academy as the dead sergeant Ms Eva Ivory attended at Taiwan. Therefore, this Puerto Rican ethnic Lieutenant Ms Ivory was presumed to be not Sgt. Eva Ivory's sibling sister who was also a contract CIA agent in Mainland China area. The Eva Ivory's sibling faked that she was the dead Sgt. Eva Ivory to investigate her own sibling's 1994 death case in military camps of New York area. From August 1996 through Mr Chang David was dropped out Baruch College to the days that Mr David was working at Taipei, there were complaints of the faked sergeant Eva Ivory investigating them from the rich circle of New York area. The Puerto Rican ethnic Lieutenant Ms Ivory in July and August of 1996, was observing New York City areas from Taipei City the NSB(National Security Bureau) operating control room. It was on August 4th 1996 when Mr Chang David with his student F1-Visa of CUNY Baruch, buying an IBM notebook personal computer from the retail store on the Fifth Avenue, the operator crew members of Taipei NSB Control Room were too excited to use that broadcasting channel to chat in the retail stores on the Fifth Avenue. When it was intercepted and intervened by Counterintelligence(CI) Center(similar to UK MI5 organization) of New York City, the Puerto Rican orphan was encouraged by her NSB colleagues in the NSB control room to explain to the New York City Counterintelligence(CI) Center operators that she was an American Lieutenant Officer at Taiwan. The CI operator in New York City accessed to the information of that Taiwanese Puerto Rican ethnic lieutenant Ms. Ivory, rejected online by saying that Lieutenant Ivory was only an orphan in Taiwan, not an American military officer. It was notified that on the very day(August 4, 1996) the NSB put a second lieutenant officer of ethnic ABC(American Born Chinese) to death who was on duty in the control room. The previous month in July 1996, the Taipei City mayor-elect Mr Chen Shu-bian with his young son flied to Washington DC via NYC JFK Airport to find the White House aides to negotiate the signature issue of his mistaken CIA contract. Mr Mayor-elect S.B. Chen was rejected by the authority of White House(probably by the President Clinton, as it was notified). Mr Chen Sui-bian returned to Taipei City on August 5 or August 7 to report to his mayor post, he quickly issued a revenge military order for the executed NSB ethnic ABC(American Born Chinese) as the former National Defense Committee legislator for the previous hacking into USA New York area upon the former second lieutenant military police officer Mr David Chang who was at the moment in New York City for his graduate school study. This military revenge order resulted to my (Mr Chang David's) grandmother Mrs Chang Wang-me on August 9, 1996 died of medical gross negligence at Taipei Veteran General Hospital on the observing of Ms Chen Chu coming to Taipei from Chang-hua County Special Attack Team Base on the early morning.

Besides, the complaint letter which sent to Judicial Yuan last month, 100/01/04 @ 12:14 "Civil law compensation about life and school harassment(The enclosure of 2006 letter sending to Taipei District Court Judge Liu Ting-Boer)" mentioned the incumbent mayor of Kaohsiung City Ms Chen Chu in 1987 harassing Taipei County Panchiao citizen Ms Mei-ling Chang to drop out Principal Chiang Soong Mei-ling's Private Zai-Xing High School. The offender who used the American machine to harass my sister Ms Mei-ling Chang in 1987 was not until last year 2010 in November when I had been writing legal documents for five years(from 2004) against the long-term governmental human rights abuse to be identified her full name, which was Ms Chen Chu of the Assistant of former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-chen and the Kaohsiung city incumbent mayor. In 2008 I sent an abuse reporting document to the USA Federal Government, including the office of New York Senator Mrs Hillary Clinton and the White House President Mr. George W. Bush. There in the document mentioned a foreign adviser(of Japanese or of American nationality) in 1994 after August 14 USA Sergeant Ms Eva Ivory's death at Taipei City, advising the Taipei high authority officials to replicate a parallel plot upon the national obligated service serving and military controlled, Panchiao Regional Military Police Station second lieutenant Mr David Chang, of the seven-year prescription drug intake life of the very victim girl Ms Mei-ling Chang. Ms Mei-ling Chang was exactly the MP officer Mr David Chang's sibling. Because the adviser at Taipei wanted to calm down the government officials and the scared rich population who attended the international military weapon show from Taipei City and the adviser also wanted to make sure that they know that this governmental military level energy harass-to-seek-mental-asylum activity would not happen by random but by choice of which victims were selected neither in the rich population nor in the government officials at the Taipei City. We have reasons to believe that the Japanese or the American adviser was not aware of the victim girl's brother Mr David Chang, me, had been informed that notice of parallel in 1994. The anonymous figure to have an online chat with Taipei military training camp in 1994, was identified as Texas Governor Mr George W. Bush. With the colleague cashier Ms Chen Chu, Mr George W. Because of this lost election campaign resulting pressure from Taipei County, Ms Chen Chu on the campaign trail around Taiwan areas, also paid to aid the elections, appealed to the Taipei County residents for votes by saying that, "The 'Forever Madam Chiang' was belonging to those who from Kaohsiung residential military community such as (Ms Chen Chu) myself, not belonging to the southern Chia-Yi City born Taiwanese such as Ms Mei-ling Chang who only attended Principal Chiang Soong Mei-ling's Zai-Xing High School and had just listened to Madam Chiang's speech on school open day." As colleague of the PR Manager Mr George W. Bush to be the company cashier, suggested by one of the American Reading Machine(ARM) company consultant that it was the prerogative of Ms Chen Chu by operating energy device to harass the first grade high school girl Ms Mei-ling Chang who just enrolled to the Private Zai-Xsing High School, "If you drop out this fifteen years old Taiwanese Ms Mei-ling Chang from high school, then little Mei-ling Chang would lose the tie with her Principal Chiang Soong Mei-ling's relationship, which was a relationship with a mainlander of high school Principal and teacher. The offender who used the American machine to harass my sister Ms Mei-ling Chang in 1987 was not until last year 2010 in November when I had been writing legal documents for five years(from 2004) against the long-term governmental human rights abuse to be identified her full name, which was Ms Chen Chu of the Assistant of former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-chen and the Kaohsiung city incumbent mayor.

In 2008 I sent an abuse reporting document to the USA Federal Government, including the office of New York Senator Mrs Hillary Clinton and the White House President Mr. George W. Bush. There in the document mentioned a foreign adviser(of Japanese or of American nationality) in 1994 after August 14 USA Sergeant Ms Eva Ivory's death at Taipei City, advising the Taipei high authority officials to replicate a parallel plot upon the national obligated service serving and military controlled, Panchiao Regional Military Police Station second lieutenant Mr David Chang, of the seven-year prescription drug intake life of the very victim girl Ms Mei-ling Chang. Ms Mei-ling Chang was exactly the MP officer Mr David Chang's sibling. Because the adviser at Taipei wanted to calm down the government officials and the scared rich population who attended the international military weapon show from Taipei City and the adviser also wanted to make sure that they know that this governmental military level energy harass-to-seek mental asylum activity would not happen by random but by choice of which was selected neither in the rich population nor in the government officials at the Taipei City. Such a foreign adviser dared to sacrifice the very victim's brother, probably knowing the victim girl's brother was under restraint of obligated service military control. It followed in years by heavy energy abuse to have had it done a prescription drug intake, manipulated another university drop-out copy from New York City public school and Taipei Tamsui private college parallel to the victim high school girl's drop out, except that the victim girl's military control restrained brother was with a status which should be described as a grown-up child of the United Nations Abused Case.

During June 29 through October 22, 1996, when I was in New York City for my City University of New York Baruch Business Graduate School study, staying in Queens Borough home-stayed family house located on Britten Avenue near Judge Street, there was a young college-age boy, came to find me and had a conversation with me. He was amid a group of followers when he said something like a magic word, I replied, "You are right!" He said, "How do you know? I am Wright?" From conversation contents which the talker came to find me and said, this young boy seemed to be one close relative of the former Governor Wright's family. In the same week, the young White House senior adviser, Ms Betsey Wright, who claimed in 1980s Arkansas law court that she was the former Arkansas Governor Wright's daughter, said to her White House boss that she would like to go to see Mr David Chang as Mr Wright(the cousin) did. It seemed that both Mr and Mrs Clintons in the White House were against what Ms Betsey Wright requested. 

Later in my home-stayed family, the message was identified as from then President Mr Bill Clinton, he said to that boy(Mr Wright) that he cannot go to see David in this way. That boy(Mr Wright) was obviously against the President's order. Then the President Bill Clinton told the boy, Mr Wright, to find his elder in the family to ask that if he, Mr Wright, could find Mr David Chang from Taipei to be with him. The senior family member of the boy, Mr Wright, seemed to be the former Arkansas governor, he referred to the printed materials on the Baruch business school textbook, the very content which I read recently again from 2003 Random House, Nigel Hamilton's Bill Clinton autobiography, that the rich and the poor(the haves and the have-nots) cannot stay together. In weeks, I was dropped out of Baruch graduate program and coming back to Taipei.

...The case of 1996 CUNY Baruch student Mr Chang David suffered political harassment and energy abuse to drop out graduate school, related to a Puerto Rican ethnic orphan who said that she had no given name and therefore she would be Lieutenant Ms. Ivory and was mimicking the tone and language of Sgt. Eva Ivory to talk to Mr Chang David after the USA Sergeant Eva Ivory died on August 14, 1994. She told her audience that this second lieutenant Mr Chang David must love her.(could be movie star Phoebe Cates because David had her picture buying from gift shop) The police was investigating this dead case at the timing. She was a Taiwanese lieutenant officer from the Political Warfare Cadres Academy, a.k.a. Fu Hsing Kang College, the same academy as the dead sergeant Ms Eva Ivory attended at Taiwan. Therefore, this Puerto Rican ethnic Lieutenant Ms Ivory was presumed to be not Sgt. Eva Ivory's sibling sister who was also a contract CIA agent in Mainland China area. The Eva Ivory's sibling faked that she was the dead Sgt. Eva Ivory to investigate her own sibling's 1994 death case in military camps of New York area. From August 1996 through Mr Chang David was dropped out Baruch College to the days that Mr David was working at Taipei, there were complaints of the faked sergeant Eva Ivory investigating them from the rich circle of New York area.

The Puerto Rican ethnic Lieutenant Ms Ivory in July and August of 1996, was observing New York City areas from Taipei City the NSB(National Security Bureau) operating control room. It was on August 4th 1996 when Mr Chang David with his student F1-Visa of CUNY Baruch, buying an IBM notebook personal computer from the retail store on the Fifth Avenue, the operator crew members of Taipei NSB Control Room were too excited to use that broadcasting channel to chat in the retail stores on the Fifth Avenue. When it was intercepted and intervened by Counterintelligence(CI) Center(similar to UK MI5 organization) of New York City, the Puerto Rican orphan was encouraged by her NSB colleagues in the NSB control room to explain to the New York City Counterintelligence(CI) Center operators that she was an American Lieutenant Officer at Taiwan. ...Mr George Bush Jr. in 2004 USA Presidential campaign beat the Democrat candidate to win the White House second term. The New York Times online news which I read at Taipei during the presidential campaign was including a written news report about the 43rd incumbent USA President candidate Mr George W. Bush's family details, which said that he had a daughter died in the early days. Another intangible message communicated at the same timing was that some Japanese companies close to Mr George W. Bush openly expressed that they did not support the 43rd Republican President running for the second term. These Japanese companies said that they were intended to support the candidate from Democratic Party. The Japanese companies complained that they were businessmen and explained that the 43rd President Mr. George Bush Jr. was the son of the 41st old President Mr. George HW Bush who was the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence Agency(CIA), this would affect their business at Japan. The message went as such, "These several years since 2000 Mr. George Bush Jr. had elected and served the 43rd USA President, our companies in Japan suffered profit loss and even bankruptcy." These Japanese companies were mentioned by the incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms. Chen Chu in 1994, saying that she collected Japanese membership fees for personal commissions in Tainan and Kaohsiung areas for the newer type reading machine club. The dialogue messages along with the New York Times online news was from these Japanese companies when they decided to make some political fund donations and partisan support for the 2004 USA Presidential campaign. 

To understand the real information beyond the dialogue, in 2004 there was a Taiwanese citizen who had been submitting for a long-term membership fee to the reading machine membership company and successfully went to the Ivy League Harvard University, which was right as the reading machine membership company claimed in advertisement. This Kaohsiung citizen in 2004 had graduated from the Ivy League Harvard University and come back to Taiwan Kaohsiung area, she went to a local psychiatric clinic for psychotherapy advising in spite of the call center agent advising her not to register the mental clinic in her Harvard man prestige status. That Kaohsiung area Taiwanese citizen explained that she was registered to the USA psychiatric clinic before she came back to Taiwan as student of Harvard University, she would have to seek advising in the mental clinic. No sooner she registered to the psychiatric clinic than this Harvardman in Kaohsiung City was suffering the so-called "Mental Status Evaluation" of governmental energy abuse, and her alma mater was querying the Kaohsiung area call center agency for why conducting such a heavy energy abuse upon this young woman. The officials at Kaohsiung area responsible for energy device utility answered her alma mater authority that this young Taiwanese woman had registered a clinic psychiatric record, "Because she was Sheng Jing Bing, she should have been harassed." It was said that the USA Federal Government of 43rd President Mr George W. Bush at request from his alma mater to send agents to come to Taiwan and Japan to investigate this harassment case upon the Harvardman. The result of this investigation was that all the companies in Japan were all bankrupted and closed, and in 2004 the USA Presidential campaign debate, as an excuse they notified that they did not welcome the Republican candidate Mr George Bush Jr. seeking for the second term.

The incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms. Chen Chu had an expired military subsidy contract in 1995 and signed another one from National Defense Department. When I went to New York City in summer of 1996 for my business graduate school study at City University of New York(CUNY) Baruch Business School, Ms. Chen Chu was observing the living of the USA(including the New York City) overseas international students from Taiwan. Ms Chen Chu was not in quite a happy tone to say that she also want to go to America for higher education, this soldier job confined within the Military Police Chang-hua County Special Attack Team Base should have been the job of former second lieutenant Mr. David Chang's, but it turned that she had to serve as such an MP soldier to be kept within this Chang-hua county military base, while "David Chang even went to the New York City for sight-seeing at Twin Towers of the World Trade Center Buildings and the Fifth Avenue Empire State Building like enjoying his vacation!" David Chang's grandmother died of medical gross negligence at Taipei hospital on this occasion. Ms. Chen Chu was appointed to the Minister of Council of Labor Affairs(CLA) in 2004, coincided with the timing of those Japanese companies bankrupted after USA presidential debate. After the 1994 complaint of the declined payment of assistant subsidy from Legislator Wu Shu-chen, Ms Chen Chu complained again of the short of income out of membership fees collecting commissions affected by the bankruptcy of the Japanese companies. Dear Chief Justice Mr Hao-Ming Rai:

Last month(2011.1) the complaint letter documents sent to Judicial Yuan mentioned the 1981 ten-year-old child Mr David Chang with an illegal contract RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child), Mr David Chang went to City University of New York(CUNY) Baruch Business School in 1996 summer. Because the previous year on August 14, 1994 the USA sergeant Ms Eva Ivory dropped dead at Taipei City, the United Nations child abused case Mr David Chang was under heavy energy harassment to drop out of his graduate school study in New York on October 22, 1996. It was supposed to be the United Nations Human Rights Council serving as jury to the court reviewing Sgt Eva Ivory death case at Taipei City, which the jury mentioned the illegal contract RAPC document to the UN Abused Child Mr David Chang. The international student of CUNY public school Mr David Chang started to know who were harassing him, including the interests groups which were operating for decades at Taiwan for the American Reading Machine Membership Company(ARM-MC). These clues are detailed in the following:

The incumbent Kaohsiung City Mayor Ms Chen Chu in 1994 Taipei military exercise and weapon purchase show, in public argued with the former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-Chen(anonymous message but mentioned she was the assistant of former legislator Mrs Wu Shu-Chen) that she was not lacking money to sign that military subsidy contract from Defense Department. Ms Chen Chu in 1994 also mentioned that she not only recruited members for the old machine from ARM(American Reading Machine company, which sold two machines to Mrs Lien Fang-Yu and Mrs Wu Shu-chen in 1970s) membership club for monthly membership fees collecting, but she also collected membership fees as personal commissions for another Japanese company from recruiting citizens of school age in Tainan and Kaohsiung areas of the newer prototype machines, therefore she was quite well-off economically. Ms Chen Chu was complaining to the former Legislator Mrs Wu Shu-chen for being declined the second term assistant fee payment on the fourth year of the six-year term legislator in 1990, resulting to her short of earnings of lacking such an assistant fee income. She had to sign the subsidy contract again from the National Defense Department to mend such an income loss in 1990. In 1994 Taipei online discussion, another character with online message was the former Texas Governor Mr George Bush Jr.(In 1994 Taipei online discussion Mr George Bush Jr. did not reveal his identity, but the Kuomintang(KMT) Youth Working Crew Chairman Dr Ma Ying-Jeou ever mentioned Mr George Bush Jr.'s USA official identity of intelligence working in (Mainland)China, and the complex between them during the 1978 US-ROC(Taiwan) rapprochement breach. Therefore, it was sort of an anonymous discussion but the identities of whom participated were known.) Mr George Bush Jr. was the Public Relationship Manager of ARM(American Reading Machine) company in 1970s, and Ms Chen Chu since National Cheng-chi University(NCCU) was cashier of that American company ARM(American Reading Machine) and also was Mr George Bush Jr.'s colleague. The purpose Mr Texas Governor George Bush Jr. participated the Taipei discussion via online message in 1994, as he explained, was that he wanted to show that he cared those children who were now graduated from universities and joined the Army, MP or Air Force for military service in Taiwan area. Mr George Bush Jr. said that these children paid a fee to the ARM-MC company in teenage to be the company's long-term customers, he as the company former employee was responsible for these children's well-beings, but was not having legal responsibilities by law, as he explained in 1994 online...

The following legal complaint is describing the details of the waiver 1981 RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child) document mentioned by two complaint documents sent to Judicial Yuan earlier this month(2011 January). The waiver RAPC was about the rights give-in on a 10-year-old manipulated possessed child Mr David Chang, a forty-year-old citizen of now the New Taipei City Panchiao District jurisdiction. The two Judicial legal complaints were,100/01/23 @ 16:12, "The Original Document of Risk Agreement of the Possessed Child Which Mrs Wu Shru-chen Claimed Dr Ma Ying-jeou had in 1996 Civil Rights Case." 100/01/25 @ 13:30, "The supporting evidence of the Waiver of legal liability, RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child), discussed by the Human Rights Council in 1996 New York City." This waiver RAPC mentioned in these two complaint documents was signed by my sister Mei-ling Chang when she was nine years old on a Lego toy company selling exhibition at Taipei City with my mother Mrs Wu Ying-shing when she was thirty-six years old in 1981. The timing was 1981, after the rapprochement breached between the ROC(Taiwan) and the USA, and the anniversary of Mr Ma Ying-jeou went to Boston for his Harvard Law School study of the doctorate degree. In Taipei City of some toy brick educational exhibition occasion(Lego), the nine-year-old child Ms Mei-ling Chang guided by the toy product promoting salesperson to sign an agreement of the content, "Agreement to give up legal compensation for any risk happened in the process of the manipulated possessed child (on scene)." The educational exhibition salesperson emphasized that any child who plays through the tutoring process would enhance IQ significantly. My nine-year-old sister was frequently praised for smart, quickly had my name "Chao-kai Chang" instead of hers signed on the paper and jumped onto the toy brick pile(Lego) on scene playing for about ten minutes before she was pushed down the toy brick pile by senior twelve-year-old male children who came in the exhibition. My mother was standing around the toy brick pile(Lego) but seemed to casually read books displayed on another booth. There were foreigners looked like infant educational workers or teachers, came near my mother and the salesperson who was collecting the signed agreements(waiver RAPC), blaming and notifying my mother that how could she(let my sister) sign that kind of legal rights give-in on document, because that was equal to slavery contract. Some young female of exhibition workers seemed to be from the Women Association in Taipei City, remarked in an arid tone that although many parents on scene signed that slavery contract with Lego toy company, there still were a lot more Taipei citizens did not sign that waiver RAPC. No wonder they were country folks coming from suburban area Taipei County without savvy of any law concept. Those 'country folks' who signed the waiver RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child) in 1981 at a Lego exhibition were very few, perhaps six of numbers count, including the agreement signed by Mr Lien Sheng-wen(Lien, Sean) of that pushy twelve-year-old group coming in the exhibition during my sister playing Lego toy. Mr Sean Lien(Sheng-wen Lien, the son of former Vice President Lien Chan) signed a subsidy attached contract when he was an elementary school teenager with pay around NTD$5000 monthly. It was later confirmed by an investigating law court in Taiwan(1994 and 1996, along with USA Sergeant Eva Ivory death case investigating and the filed lawsuit of relatives of Taiwan death recruits, as notified at Panchiao, Taipei County) that contract was a commercial sponsored one of merit-based, which was leading Mr Sean Lien in 1996 to have a chance to be enrolled to the subsidy offering commercial sponsor related Ivy League educational institute in New York City, the Columbia University. The 1981 Lego company and contract collecting party on that waiver RAPC did not have any mention of the effective duration nor did they have any mention of effective area. That was a slavery agreement by law except only Mr Sean Lien had a subsidy of NTD$5000 monthly for certain years. However, there were many other parents in the exhibition refused to sign that agreement. During the Lego educational exhibition in 1981, I was only 10 years old and at home myself, reading the children newspaper Mandarin Daily News, newly subscribed in my name, Chao-kai Chang, delivered just for the first week. In August 1996, this waiver RAPC(copy of that original document) was used by Taipei authority and the American Reading Machine Membership Company(ARM-MC, Taiwan area), submitted through a Japanese of the United Nations worker as the purpose of paper-form evidence for a plea of not guilty to the USA Federal Court in New York City on the Sergeant Eva Ivory Taipei death case, with the United Nations Human Rights Council officials as the jury. My role was blurred 1996 in New York City with my international student status with the F1-Visa issued by City University of New York Baruch Business School of its I-20 form. I never had any substantial material rewards paid from that Lego exhibition waiver contract except that my sister who signed it at the age of nine years old played the Lego toy bricks for only 10 minutes on scene. The Lego educational toy company was merged by an American financial group after that Taipei city sale promotion exhibition with those controversial RAPC waiver contracts collected by the ARM-MC and government officials related parties.

This following paragraph provides details related to the legal environment of Taipei in 1983 when my nine-year-old sister Ms Mei-ling Chang, instead of me, signed my RAPC(Risk Agreement of Possessed Child) in Lego toy exhibition. Last year on September 23, 2010 on Yahoo! Kimo personal website, I posted an article: "The White Fang of Mr Jack London and the United Nations child abuse case". There was a law case of Taipei District Court mentioned in my Yahoo! Kimo posted article to reveal such a legal environment of Taipei. That lawsuit was happened two years later after my RAPC, a.k.a. slavery status agreement, had been signed by my nine-year-old sister, when I was twelve years old. That was about a series of classic literature adapted for children with hardcover which my mother Mrs Wu Yu-shing check out from the Taipei County Hope Elementary School Library for me to read. That hardcover series of books was edited and translated or adapted for children by an alumna who was just graduated from Harvard University majored in literature. She was from the Chang-Hua County of Taiwan. This series of classic literature adapted by that Harvard alumna for children seemed to have some copyright disputes with the England original author. However, the law case was that my cousin Mr Chang Jia-ling who was Taipei County Short-long Elementary School pupil in the Chung-her city area, with his mother Mrs Lin(Liu) Ming-hui, and one relative of then Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-cheng, came to Taipei District Court to sue that "Harvard Man(Woman)" of the Chang-hua County citizen conducted abuse by verbal threats to the young children when the book company did the auxiliary reading. Because the country folks had no savvy of law concepts, they finally lost the lawsuit but shared a reconciled compensation for humanity of amount NTD$100,000. That was a big deal of money at that moment. My father Mr Chang Cheng-chi who was graduated from Tatung College in Taipei City and employed by the National Enterprise Taiwan Power Company, he had a monthly salary only NTD$8,000, just jumped from a promotion with NTD$3,000 several months before. My aunt Mrs Lin(Liu) Ming-hui shared the total reconciled compensation NTD$100,000 offered by the Harvard alumni defendant with NTD$18,000. But the worst thing was that my aunt Mrs Lin(Liu) Ming-hui previously heard that some interests groups would harass those who filed a lawsuit. When my aunt with one relative of former Taipei County administrative chief Mr Lin Fong-cheng walked out of the Taipei District Court, one member of the attorney who defended the Harvardman's case warned my aunt Mrs Lin(Liu) Ming-hui, saying that they were not suing a "Chang-hua County citizen" but were suing a "Harvard Man(Woman)." My aunt Mrs Lin(Liu) Ming-hui was afraid of revenge upon her young son Mr Chang Jia-ling, instead of writing down her son's name she had my name "Mr Chao-kai Chang", the name of eleven-year-old Hope Elementary School pupil, on the Taipei District Court law document as the only plaintiff who sued that Harvardman. The case finally settled with a reconciliation of NTD$100,000, but officially my aunt lost the lawsuit with my name. Up to this moment in 2011 when I am forty years old, I have never been officially informed by the Taipei District Court about this case which had my name on the law court document. Two years after that losing lawsuit settled with reconciliation compensation, when I was fourteen years old, my teeth were almost cut and destroyed by energy device to be filled in the Duke University twin brothers dental clinic around my home on Chunghsio Road of Panchiao City. This was recorded in the United Nations file as a child abuse case, filed by Ms Hillary Rodham of Yale University alumna in 1979 and continued through 1984, transferring to Ms Chen Chu of the National Cheng-chi University(NCCU) student. When I came to National Central Library in 2006, it was informed to me that this child abuse case with the infant teeth destroyed by energy device, was done by the young son of Mr Lin Fong-cheng who was in the United States of America in 1979 for higher education study. He signed a military contract in the USA, and was forced to commit suicide before the ethnics white young trooper of Arkansas ordered by his governor to commit suicide and died in Taiwan. Therefore such a law environment was something to bestow a curse upon the UN case of abused child, David Chang, that is me, until I was forty years old, affected by sort of governmental secret documents and the death chronically involved. That is why in spite I was graduated from university in 1993 I was still without a marriage, a job or a kid, no more than a slavery of lowest social status, pauper.

In the above paragraph mentioned my aunt Liu(Lin) and relative of the Taipei County Administration Chief Mr Lin Fong-Cheng, of de facto identity theft using my name "ChaoKai Chang" at Taipei District Court to sue a Harvardman of children books author, and that case settled with a reconciled humanity compensation NTD$100,000 but should be announced a defending success. In this Taipei District Court appealing case the sole plaintiff of my name "ChaoKai Chang" which appeared on the law court document, was a defeated case. But as the defending lawyers at session break on court made a warning to my aunt and relative of Mr Lin Fong-cheng, there were reasons to believe that the UN Case of abused child "Mr. ChaoKai Chang, a.k.a. Mr David Chang" was suffering a post law court revenge, with his teeth dented by energy device to cut and filled by the Ivy League Duke University dentist near his house. In the complaint letter sent to Judicial Yuan on October 21, 2010, titled "Ms. Chen Chu of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) had a false motive to proceed this civil rights case", the contents mentioned about "...late President Mr Chiang Ching-Kuo, his English Secretary Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou ever through some channels to find my mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing for filing a case against the American Reading Machine (ARM) company. Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou said that he had persuaded two grammar school teenagers in Taipei City to join the lawsuit against that American ARM company. Mr Ma Ying-Jeou said that he wanted my mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing and me to join the lawsuit as the third partner represented in Taipei County. Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou said that he had confidence to win the lawsuit. As he mentioned the lawyer fees to commission him for filing the lawsuit, Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou told my parents that was around NTD$100,000 or NTD$200,000." In those years messages contents notifying the plaintiff-would-be side, the teenager Mr David Chang, me, were through my mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing from Hope Elementary School areas and also through my father Mr Chang Cheng-Chi from the National Enterprise of Taiwan Power Company. It was said that there were three lawyers including a National Taiwan University(NTU) Law School graduated lawyer came to my father's office at the Taiwan Power Company at Taipei City, telling him that the chance to win the lawsuit was very low and Mr Ma Ying-Jeou even participated in the reading machine membership fees collecting and without Taiwan lawyer license. It was because the American Reading Machine(ARM) company had paid an amount of money of one million New Taiwan dollars through the company cashier Ms. Chen Chu, hired three lawyers to go to Taiwan Power Company and suggested my father to give up the lawsuit, therefore we did not pay that amount of commission money to Mr Ma Ying-Jeou to file the lawsuit. It was not because we could not afford the lawyer commission or unwilling to pay that commission. As I was communicated with the Harvard Business School Alumni in those years, probably Mr George Bush Jr. of the ARM company PR, saying that if the pupil of Mr President Chiang Ching-Kuo, i.e. Mr David Chang, had commissioned lawyer to sue the ARM company, he as the company PR would let Mr David win this case. Mr PR George Bush Jr. argued that it would be as well as an American interests to make pupil Mr David win such an amount of money and planning a schedule in his future to study in the USA, say, Harvard University and to be his junior. But lawsuit in court was not that easy as we were thinking when under persuading or lobbying outside the court. In those years the young Bush Jr. of Harvard alumni could be probably a scapegoat for his senior to undertake responsibility for the ARM company. The timing was coincident with moment of rapprochement breach between Taiwan and the USA. The late President Mr Chiang Ching-kuo observing that a lot of Taipei area school teenagers and their parents coming to the law court to sue the ARM company misdeeds, Mr Chiang only told the audience with such messages, "We cannot afford to make the Americans angry," and "...but to sue the American company was your own business." After these years, in 2011, today, simply eyeing such case of not paying lawyer fees to sue in the court, I had an article posted on personal website blog on December 8, 2010, "Ridiculous United Nations Human Rights Cases of Taipei," translated to English on December 10, 2010. In the article I mentioned about the 43rd USA President Mr George W. Bush and the 42nd USA First Lady Mrs Hillary Clinton. In those days if this lawsuit case against the ARM company PR Mr George Bush Jr. which required lawyer fees of NTD$100,000 to NTD$200,000 paid to Mr Ma Ying-Jeou, only defeated or something, there would be a legal document as such remained in the law court of Taipei jurisdiction. For these several months after this article posted on my personal website, to certain degree be censored and controlled by this library software WEBSENSE, the privy obviously cannot be denied to becomes the governmental controlled target. That is to say, as to the personal interests, for sure there would be damage and loss influenced by the case. For your reference, sir.
