What is "The Chamber of Secrets" described in the novel? On page 300 of the novel, J.K. Rowling narrated, "It looked like an ordinary sink. They examined every inch of it, inside and out, including the pipes below. And then Harry saw it: Scratched on the side of one of the copper taps was a tiny snake."…"'Open up,' he said. He looked at Ron, who shook his head. 'English', he said. Harry looked back at the snake, willing himself to believe it was alive…'Open up', he said. Except that the words weren't what he heard; a strange hissing had escaped him, and at once the tap glowed a brilliant white light and began to spin. Next second, the sink began to move; the sink, in fact, sank, right out of sight, leaving a large pipe exposed, a pipe wide enough for a man to slide into."
In the 1987 Hollywood movie "The Witches of Eastwick", the last scene was swarms of infant babies crawling toward the big silver screen, where their imprint mothers playing cellos to compete with their tuxedo leadership imprint fathers. Is the woman without an equal when it is coming to baby-sit an infant? Some men would be eager to challenge it. And you can use your illusion to comprehend these passages.
In the Chamber of Secrets, Harry fought a duel with Tom Riddle and his diary(or Ginny's diary) to save Ginny Weasley. Harry must kill the King of Serpent, the basilisk, with Fawkes, a phoenix, and an old school Sorting Hat. Finally Harry seized the basilisk fang thrusting into the heart of Riddle's diary to win the duel, well matched the scar on Harry's forehead, the emblem of the heir of Slytherin, a snake. The Harry Potter series were novels written by J.K. Rowling for the children. But the story lines were fit into the modern world of the adult, or when the children had read the novel grew up and read the novel again, they would find something new. For example, Fawkes phoenix was a songbird, that is, a female singer, with Harry's friend Ron and professor together went down to the chamber of secrets, assisting Harry to fight the serpent and Riddle's diary. That was a large pipe in Myrtle's bathroom, um, a girl's toilet. And you know Ginny is the diminutive of Virginia, and Hermione is for Greek "Earthly", Granger is Middle French "Farmer." Also we can find in the legends of King Arthur and the Round Table Knights, Wizard Merlin ever repelled an assassin by himself. The sword hid in the old school sorting hat helps explain for this legend.
