Dear AIT American Citizen Service:

The Brooklyn borough bureau officer Ms. Michelle from Michigan state in 1996 who had asked those who committed identity theft around year 2000 upon my green card, seemed to be coming to the New York City Brooklyn office to claim that human rights oriented green card of Mr David Chang, SSN057-86-4042, to provide evidence that he* was Mr David Chang and* applied the green card on August 26, 1996, in that Ms Michelle saw Mr David Chang at that time coming to the Brooklyn office in the New York City with Mr Bowei Tan of Polytech university student to apply for the green card and social security number, paid by China Trust credit card for USD$150 and granted immediately by human rights issue, not for financial incoming issue, as the official insisted at that moment, *later after 911 in 2001 she signed to be military Sergeant and became subordinate of agent Mr Ralf Liu that committed the identity theft to abandon morally her original duty.

The following Microsoft SkyDrive JPG-picture attached with this email was a photo of mine shot on August 1, 1996 with Mr Bowei Tan at the Brooklyn Bridge, background with Twin Towers of World Trade Center in 1996, just one day before the CUNY Baruch business graduate program school open day on August 2, 1996. This picture of mine with Mr Bowei Tan could be served as a proof of my present in the New York City in 1996 August to apply for the green card. In addition to my family household registration* transcript which was hand-carried to the New York office but without* being properly attended*, seemed to be left in a* drawer of some desk *in the office* until the 911 terrorist attack in 2000*, this photograph of me with Mr Tan to prove that green card applicant identity on August 26, 1996 should be appeared* earlier in 2000 in the Brooklyn office but somehow the verifying* was delayed, according to some reliable information source revealed.

Dear AIT American Citizen Service:

A subversion lawsuit on July 19 was filed against two CIA officers* Mr Liu Dong-Yun and Mr Hsu Shi-Yuan who had been in the local district court as prosecutors, were both alleged to be involved* with the identity theft case upon my social security number account, and the applied green card account* since 1996 August 26 when I had personally* applied for it. I paid part of the regulation fee of USD$150 by my China Trust debit cash card which was* issued from its New York Elmhurst branch of the China Trust Bank*. The misdemeanors of two CIA agents Mr Liu and Mr Hsu were including abuse their official power to mandate a highly prestige Time magazine company to use three digit postal code, instead of the normal five digit postal code for delivering magazines to the house of* subscribing customer. It was manifest to be* an act to whitewash international crimes committed by their comrades.

On this July 26 I have submitted the subscription address cover page of Time magazine with printed three digit postal ZIP* code in address line with five digit ZIP code adding to last of the address line which was redundant and weird. As it was the evidence of the misdemeanors of the two district court prosecutors and CIA agents to mandate the Time company to do that with local post office, I made this legal action *to file a subversion case against the two prosecutors with Time cover as evidence submitted*. The related lawsuit document was shared in Microsoft SkyDrive account with this email in the following. For your reference.

Dear Battle net account customer service:

The identity theft case which connected with Diablo account of Blizzard company was alleged to be committed by a local user, named Mr Liu Dong-Yun, who was a CIA agent plus a district court prosecutor and judge identity to steal my email account to register your game account and caused such a troubling issue. For this and related identity theft issue which had been affected me, recently I filed a subversion case against the prosecutor and agent Mr Liu who was alleged to commit such an identity theft misdemeanor upon my hotmail account "chaokai_chang@hotmail.com". The attached legal action document was filed against the district court prosecutor and CIA agent Mr Liu, with Time magazine customer address forced to adjust from five digit code to three digit code by district court with no justifiable reasons, surely of an abuse of official power upon innocent citizens.

Report Time magazine for subversion lawsuit against prosecutors mandated 3-digit postal code

Dear Kan Suen and Time Customer Service:

My Customer number: 033090762.

On July 19 I have filed a subversion lawsuit against two district court prosecutors who were alleged to mandate your highly prestige Time magazine company with local Post Office to use three digit postal code, instead of the normal five digit postal code for my address to deliver letters or packages to my house including the magazines subscribed from Time company. On this July 26 I have submitted the cover address page of my subscribed Time magazine with printed three digit postal code in my address and with five digit ZIP code adding to last line of the address which seemed to be redundant and weird. As it was the evidence of the misdemeanors of the two district court prosecutors to mandate the Time company to do that with local post office, I made this legal action.

The related lawsuit document which was submitted on July 26 with the evidence of Time magazine subscribing customer address back cover of three digit postal code, was shared in my Microsoft SkyDrive account with this email in the following.

Dear Kan Suen and Time Customer Service Department:

Customer number: 033090762,
Dear Kan Suen, as to your reply on May 8 to favor me with a correction about ZIP code of my address to adapt from 3 digit code to 5 digit code to complete my Time First Subscriber's personal information, but the correction did not happen with the May 27 issue of Time arrived. Could you help me again for a check up for this matter?

Although Kan Suen kindly offered to correct the customer address ZIP code in the Time account of mine, which subscription bill was paid by the post office's own Visa Debit Card to have 5 digit ZIP code inherent in card information, and I was very appreciated for that simple resolve Time Customer Department had decided with Kan Suen's last reply letter. But, the correction to complete customer address did not happen. As I know from a source not disclosed, that in 2010 the former Banciao District Court and Taipei District Court had a New York area court writ brought back by the identity theft suspect and Time magazine worker Mr Liu Yang-Liang, whom we had a little discussion last time in the email, to register the writ to be a legal document, in which law court decision both district law courts ruled that the address of Mr David CK Chang of Social Security Number SSN057-86-4042, should be denoted to be three digit ZIP code for the most honorable judge in New York Federal Court or other authorities to discern between different customers which shall have claimed his own social security number account to be used for subscribing to various magazines and newspaper in New York and world wide areas such as in Taipei, including the Time magazine. Very absurd law court decision, you know. At least I felt that absurd and pondered that it was to be violating civil rights. My Harvard Business Review(HBR) account was still active several years ago and the customer service officer rejected the court decision that my address should be using a three digit ZIP code instead of 5 digit currently used address postal code. My Psychology Today(PT) magazine account was active at that time and when I went online to have the subscribing customer personal information completed, the Psychology Today magazine followed suit. That's all I knew, except for the Time magazine probably faked account and probably solely controlled by the Time magazine worker Mr Liu Yang-liang, and not until my first time subscription to Time magazine earlier this year then this issue started to surface. For years it was kept in my heart and seemed to be a rumor to me, but today after we had communicated for months for such a single problem only to complete the five digit ZIP code customer information, it was palpable that this first time subscriber's Time account of mine shall be involved with some unknown problems, and quite difficult to deal with. That's quite horrible to do with my Time account with legal troubles latent, and enjoy the reading.

Subject: RE: Submit my Time magazine deliver address five digit ZIP code

Dear Kan Suen and Time Customer Service Department:

Thank you for your promptly reply to my email letter.

But this simple first time Time subscriber of customer address registered wrongly issue just acted like a faux pas to the Time magazine subscription, which a subscribing transaction had been made and billed in this March by customer's own Visa Debit Card of local postal office bank, the Chunghwa Post Co. Ltd, and in that the five digit ZIP code of the customer address shall be inherent in the Visa Debit Card personal information out of their own postal service provided. I cannot see any reason why this would become a three digit ZIP code in the customer address served as a target to be negotiated with the subscribing customer.

However, as the Time magazine first time subscribing customer as well as the Visa debit card organization customer, and before wrote the email to communicate with the Time customer service about the delivering address issue, I had recently kept a credit debit monthly transaction receipt, sent by the post office bank with an address of a five digit postal ZIP code shown in the receipt envelop from the local post office and their postal banking sector, in order for an action of plausible review in the future.

One more thing which might cast doubt on these puzzling matters. It was real a faux pas in your reply email address, CC: column, if that was from me,

Cc: Irina Lin Time/Quantiium solutions; nytimeletters - Time <letters@time.com>; Asia Customer - Asia <asia_customer@timeasia.com>

For this, I have looked up my Hotmail SENT box and my email address book of the Microsoft Hotmail system, People, which I had registered the Time letters email, letter@time.com, properly titled as "Time letters", not titled as "nytimeletters - Time".

Why it would appear in the reply email to be shown up as "nytimeletters -Time <letters@time.com>" to be a faux pas? That could be a breach in your efforts, and mine, which the Time Customer Department, Kan Suen mentioned in the reply email, for their action to be referred very customer comments, that related issue after Time subscribed was the customer only required delivering address to be completed as five digit ZIP code.

Dear Time magazine customer service:

Submit my Time magazine delivering address five digit ZIP code!

That is ZIP 22064, and I have changed it on the Time customer service online.

Customer NO. 033090762
Email: chaokai_chang@hotmail.com
Subscription expire date: April 7, 2014

ATTN: This is the first time subscriber of Time magazine via HBR hidden subscribing account for five-year duration long term customer discount coupon, sent on Friday May 28, 2010 from Time office at NeiHu district, Taipei City, which subscription order coupon arrived at customer's house on Tuesday June 1, 2010, which had been overdue. Because the HBR coupon for Time magazine subscription arrived overdue and I made the subscribing order form of Time magazine sent and delivered by New Taipei City Banciao District Hope third Postal Office on February 18, 2013. That subscription order form was confirmed by an email letter on March 21, 2013, taking effect for the Time magazine subscription for 2013 April 8 as the first issue, although with the subscriber's address issue remained.

I had adjusted my address previously on Time customer service online website, and communicated by payphone and by emails at New Taipei City Library with the Time office at Taipei City, Neihu District, but I found out that my Chinese delivering address was of three digit ZIP code, with the online customer service check up my address in English was of a business form subscriber. I thought that was puzzling to have a business P.O. Box delivering address that I had never registered before, which I had been notifying the Time magazine previously in the payphone and together with emails. The doubt was still not cast away. Therefore I was thinking that the delivering address of Time magazine for my first time new subscription seemed to still have some problems not solved. The problem could be connected with the identity theft legal issue of my green card identity applied on August 26, 1996 at New York City, as I previously wrote to the Time magazine for explanation purpose partly revealed. Nevertheless, I am trying to correct my Time magazine deliver address today, via public computer at National Central Library, especially the ZIP code part for five digits.

Hereby notify the Time magazine, for your reference,
