The urban area we used to feel in modern world is constructed with concrete layers to cover the earth which is called basic infrastructure. Roads, buildings, skyscrapers, and so on. Underground we could see water pipelines, sewage systems, or even subway systems. Power facility could be vital to the city, and were there not a casual blackout we would not see the importance of that infrastructure meant to us. And we could still pay for it as you go. Division of labor goes international, as it goes. It is like a hardware design to set apart seven layers for outsourcing and we could still work together as a project team for a single product or function. It could apply the seven layers to software design as well. You could not dispense with that because you would not want to carry the whole world upon your shoulder. And that introduces perfect competitive market economics, depending on a concept called comparative advantage, although we do not want competition but only win. Therefore, the seven layers prevails in the universe and could be taken to be an only standard or rule without formal consent. Without opponents that could be suspected to be only disguises by which officials sponsored. Those opponents would survive in this reasoning. So would us subordinates. Under the seven layers of basic infrastructure in perfect competition world, we have recognized that standard and rule. The efforts paid or consumption made by us would be counted in to balance our scores. But I think it was apparently out of the question.

Go to the movies. Yes, entertainment is important. Yes, the Hollywood movies. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. And we have budget line which have always been confining us although we hate to admit it in front of our admirers. They had a lot of hope in and wishes sent to us. We could not disappoint them, you know. But who say that we could not make it? Trust me, you can make it, as this sentence went two decades ago, it seemed to amaze an unexpected guest around our campus. By that, of course, yes we can!

Taipei 101

We often heard that young guy go to courting their lover, singing, playing guitar, waiting outside for all night in front of lover’s house. That’s Italian style of romance to make up a love story. Then, two young couples got married, consisting a family, and having children. When did you hear the difference between the big D and small one? That when a Democrat tells it from the democracy? No, it was divorce looming large to make out from division or separation. When the love theme of sad song played, you know that another day would be taking off, destination unknown, if tomorrow would be the future. But never quarrel with each other when your young ones were nearby. That would be an everlasting fault to be imprinted in their young minds and cannot be erased even decades later. You would never have a chance to mend it, you know. That could be a pity.

Pity is akin to love, but oxymoron is not like oxytocin or estrogen which are found to work in your brain. Rhetoric of your close friend sometimes was breaking your heart, or even your mind and body. Then you were taking a medical leave, absence of sickness, becoming invisible to your peers, and they would think you were a freak if you are stubborn enough. Or you were just a poor wretch if you were to show your weakness or to admit failure. Finally you found that nobody could confirm what happened and everybody had their reasons. No swing guaranteed a straight face and royal in your heart. But who would allow that? Your young at heart or old at heart? Not old, just elder?

Starbucks Coffee

Where did you first time see the logo of Starbucks Coffee? New York City? Not quite remember that, because sometimes I recall that to be logo ofSubway sandwiches. They both are healthy style food with beverage in green color. But the intangible message came in my mind, whether you want to admit it or not, mentioned what that store 1996 in New York City was, Starbucks Coffee. The owner was old lady but so jealous of her that another Taiwanese young madam made a decision to exclude me from the prestige beverage store at Manhattan. Therefore, I was forbidden to go there to have a drink from time to time. The coffee shop was reopened in summer of 1999 by old lady near my house at Banciao in Taipei area. I had a Fabuchino free right after the same week Starbucks Coffee new open and for sales promotion. But before the Coffee shop got bought back half of stocks and ownership to be taken over in July 2003, I had never been to that Coffee shop except two purchases in year 2000 and several cups did in year 2002. The old lady said to the New York chartered manager or her relative close friend, joking that she had no talent for business and making money.

Several years after beheld that logo, when I was preparing for the graduate school entrance examination and went to cram school to mend those courses not learning well in college days, probability, math, etc. I found a Subway sandwiches shop near the cram school on the Hankou Street at Taipei City. I spent quite a lot of money for collecting the paper stamps from the Subway sandwich store for exchanging a free sandwich from the Subway sandwich shop. One stamp could cost one hundred and fifty dollars each, and all the twelve stamps collected could exchange for a free sandwich. I made two or three of that stamp collecting deeds before I took the graduate school entrance examination and came of the age thirty. Finally I passed the entrance examination and went to graduate school of Tamkang University in summer 2001, you know. I have quite enough of that.

Friday the 13th

Tomorrow is Friday the 13th, the Black Monday, hmm.

Terror horror film.

The last black monday I remembered was six years ago in July 2004.

I was taking the bus 667 line passing by the Living Mall in Taipei City.

Anyway, how come there would be so many people then?

It was sort of depression when I had known the eyeing like that.

Heart. That's right! In the Living Mall Taipei city.

Passion or enthusiasm with the Texas Fried Chicken.

I was just now yet hungry,

but without consuming too often, ye know that.

I would like to have an apple, then.

Why said that an apple was bad?

I read from CUNY College HR textbook 1996 edition, about the concepts of Diversity and Black Nanny.

I did not graduate from that school of the Geology senior's, you know.

By my slightly under 190 IQ(Gov. Bill Clinton's) 132, with my low academic achievement performance, I think,

For if I do not have the (hate) Black Nanny concept of the nursed baby, why do I have the Diversity concept?

No diversity can be applied...

Ultimatum, national central library, taipei city, 2010:

Rapprochement with Taipei First Girls' High School since 1986 would be breaking down if no further progress being defined...

That would be doing good to both sides, because if the very one side taking the feminine advantage against the related side, it would have been a regretful virtue breach for the would-be old one to remedy. For the would-be old one could have only said that would be forgetful for a feminine to have been married for quite a while.
