According to local information source, last November the US criminal investigating officials ever provided the picture of murder suspect mentioned on my November 6, 2012 essay “Patterns; Legal System Field Survey Report”, to the local police and law court authority for the inquiry purpose. The Taiwan famous computer company CEO and relative of the murder victim had one copy of that photo to review during the murder investigation, and I was as their neighbor to know it from the neighborhood community which they both lodged. The location of that photo was at a nearby internet cafe which the CEO’s young son were shot dead across the street. The timing of that photo taken was within 72 hours after the murder happened in last August. On the photo there were several foreigners with one or two Taiwanese shown chatting and laughing on it, one of the Taiwanese was said to be the district court prosecutor with central intelligent agent identity, the other was said to be one of my university classmates. As the information source revealed, the local police and court authority was submitting another synthesized picture with my face and figure appeared on the photo to answer the US official investigating query just before this whole year of baloney libel law suit without any necessary legal elements to consist the crime. That was kind of perjury to the US investigating officials, you know. That internet cafe at nearby was opened by a Council Member of Changhua County and relative of the 2008 March 24 executed victim of a miscarriage of justice from a 2004 libel case indicted and settled to jail. The internet cafe was transferred to nearby grocery store owner around the same timing, probably this April. Before the internet cafe was transferred from the county council member to the grocery owner there were coffee and beer provided at the bar in the internet cafe, and the photo was shot when the murder suspects from Kiwanis camp pulled the coffee table to the front door to have all of them chatting and laughing in the photo.
Actually, on October 29, 2012 my blue planner was taken within the New Taipei City Library, or simply in law that the planner was only forgotten by the privy myself in the library to be just lost. On that day in the New Taipei City Library there could be found several special agents in plain clothes hanging out in the computer facility room, apparently for the purpose of collecting information and related evidences. There were apparent energy harassment in addition to the computer network unstable problems upon the privy myself before the planner forgotten on the computer table. In my lost blue planner, there were detail records of the date and expense of my hang out to that nearby internet cafe where the murder suspects pictures were shooting. It was started from April 20 2012 when the Apollo Internet Cafe opposite to my house was closed in this April, well after the murder date which was supposed to happen in last August of 2011. That synthesized picture with my face and figure shown on it was supposed to be shot by the camera of the 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop nearby my house when I made a six months duration of monthly fixed amount consumption within their 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop just after 2008 May my patronized McDonald’s NO.79 outlet nearby my house was closed. The 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop which I had an oral quarrel in the National Central Library with their owners because I could not stand the energy harassment and also stopped making any consumption there after 2008 December.
Also according to the local information source that in addition to the district court prosecutor, there was a local judge involved the perjury but the local information source did not mention any apparent reason or motive that the judge would involve with this perjury of a synthesized picture which was sent to the US investigating officials for a murder investigation. Besides, the criminal police officer was supposed to be within the implication and arrested me in November 2004 from the McDonald’s and on December 29, 2011 arrested me from my house, without any justifiable reasons. The criminal police officer was in some kind of dispute out of the agent contact signing quota issue, quarreled with that prosecutor and my university classmate in 2002 within the neighboring community, but that university classmate was not the same one who appeared on the internet cafe photo mentioned by my November 6, 2012 essay “Patterns; Legal System Field Survey Report”. That criminal police officer was also a prosecutor since last year to pass a national government officer examination but without any case presided in the district court.

 
The Skyfall 007 is on the 50th anniversary of first 007 movie series. The movie features Daniel Craig as James Bond, Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva, Judi Dench as M, Ralph Fiennes as Gareth Mallory, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as Q, Bérénice Lim Marlohe as Sévérine, Albert Finney as Kincade, Helen McCrory as Clair Dowar, and Ola Rapace as Patrice. The background of Skyfall 007 is started at the Istanbul’s Sultanahmet Square, where James Bond driving an Audi sedan to chase Patrice on the motorcycle. James Bond was fighting Patrice on the roof of a train in India, when the train went into a tunnel they were still fighting, and when the train emerged from the tunnel, the Bond Girl Eve Moneypenny driving a Jeep and waiting there for covering James Bond, Eve received the instruction from M to shoot the fighting targets which were still entangled in the fighting, but Eve got James Bond Daniel Craig on his right shoulder. Mr James Bond Daniel Craig fell into the river from the train on the bridge right out of the tunnel. As Daniel Craig’s body dragging down to the river bottom of graves with gravestones lined up on the river bed, the movie began with Mr James Bond Daniel Craig’s training reminiscence.
China was featured in the scene and take place in Shanghai. The airplane arrived at the Shanghai airport in the evening when the skyscrapers buildings lighted up the city in a modern atmosphere. James Bond Daniel Craig was following up Patrice who was performing an assassination with rifle. Daniel Craig hiding in the elevator Patrice riding by only gripping the elevator bottom, then knocked Patrice out of the skyscraper the assassination taking place without any information asked, for Daniel Craig extended hand with glove slipped. But James Bond Daniel Craig found out who hired the assassin Patrice by a gold coin, sequins which was engraved with Macao, as it was from Macao. The Phantom and Opera style running water and candle light scene in the Skyfall 007 was shooting in the scene of Macao. The following scene was Daniel Craig and Sévérine being taken by Javier Bardem, starring as Silva, to perform an inquiry in the ruin when they was debarked the yacht. After an inquiry looked like a talk between the Angel and the Demon, Javier asked Daniel Craig in turn to shoot the cup filled with wine put upon the head of Bond Girl Sévérine to rescue her. No sooner the cup upon the head of Sévérine dropped onto ground to fail the mission, Daniel Craig used a device called radio which was previously provided by Q in the art gallery to call three helicopters with union jack painted on to rescue them. Then Javier was therefore jailed in a glass box and queried by M. M decided to delete Javier from the list when Javier answered rudely and kneed in the glass box. But Javier later pushed out his false teeth on his upper jaw and saved his own life.
Later Javier was featured as the policeman interacting with James Bond Daniel Craig in the London subway system, when M testified in front of British minister and answered the government official queries. M said that her late husband loved poems. The story line was presented in montage style. When Daniel Craig chasing Javier Bardem in the underground subway system, with the direction of Q, Daniel Craig ordered the subway train driver open the door for him to chase the false policeman Javier, while at the same time the British minister Clair Dowar asking tough questions upon M. The questions seemed not easy to answer.

 
Relationship may help victims survive a murder. We found that while some victims had been seriously harassed in a murder case, they still stood on the side of the murderer at the police station. In Psychology, this is called the Stockholm Syndrome. Even after the victims have been rescued by the police, they were still reluctant to cooperate with the police. Sometimes they would be found to assist the murderer during the proceeding of very crime. Besides, the charisma the murderer could have may dominate the victim, it is justifiable that maintaining a good relationship with the murderer may help the very victim survive a murder.
To build up a relationship could have been a status quo and could have been lasted for a long time, the victim could have known the murderer for a couple of years while the police could be dropping in only for a short period. The victims have reasons to believe that the police intervention would not last for very long, and these kinds of victims would probably show that Stockholm Syndrome described in Psychology. They would appeal to their own efforts or sometimes they would take that as personality advantages to keep a good relationship with the murderer. Such kind of Stockholm Syndrome sufferers may do some errands for the murderers, speak ill of the police, and even see the murderers as their relatives and refuse to report the crime and their personal sufferings to the police or not cooperate with the police. This is the typical characteristic of the Stockholm Syndrome victims.
Although they are crime victims, sometimes their decision to keep a good relationship with the murderers may help the victims survive a murder. We think that it is possible that at times the murderers would set aside such victims who were still trying to make efforts maintaining relationship, when the murderers had taken enough sacrifices for their murders. This kind of effort to maintain relationship with murderers will pay rewards for the victims, in other words.

 
When we were still an infant, we should be delicate. When we had grown up, we should have trained our fortitude and that is a virtue. When we have our fortitude, we could bear a lot of frustrations and still could carry on. When we still move on, we forget the distracting sorrows which shall hinder our future. When our future are not hindered, therefore we could see better. When we could see better, even in a cloudy day, we could still recognize the fact that our fortitude has yield on our life. When the yield on our life prospers, then we have to learn to have something in our mind to take care of. When we had learned to have something in our mind to take care of, we should have found happiness. When the happiness finally found, we can name it our true love. When we give a name to our true love, we should start to get our bearings. When we got our bearings, we might get a key, a relationship network, an evaluated values, and at last, an aged age, to endure these suffers and trials to survive. We could see that in our aged face, and that gives us power to keep going on.

In 1994 when I was serving in camp at my hometown Taipei as an officer, that was the time I first heard the name Bezu and Sarko. I was thinking that Bezu was from Beirut. Bezu corrected me and saying that he was not from Beirut. Probably he said that he came from the Israel. Then I was thinking Sarko in Taiwanese to be the meaning of “three dollars”, or a police rank for “three lines” one star. But Sarko just smiled. In 1996 summer session of Baruch school open day, I was shaking hands with Sarko from Paris. What I read from Dan Brown‘s novel, The Da Vinci Code, the character Bezu was appearing in Paris Louvre. In the reality world, Mr BiBi of Israel was living at Pennsylvania in the USA and then became the Israeli prime minister, according to the newspaper report around 2005.
I make a comparison between Bezu and Sarko here to correct previously written article, misplaced Sarko as Bezu that was shaking hands with me on August 2, 1996 in New York City.

Recently some political celebrity said that we should focus on the economy issue instead of the politics for a candidate to prevent being the beggars after elected. But an illustration in recent Economist magazine prompted us to ask a question that why the fifty shades of pirate would get an invisible hand stretching out of the tablet screen to be deleted? Oh, that internet novel was introduced for several times in the Time magazine. I read it at New Taipei City Library near my home. I haven’t read these magazines such as Time, the Economist, Newsweek, etc. in the local library in my hometown before this February in 2012. Sometimes I went there on foot and had a lot of entries of district court progress and the law court document date are carefully indexed on my last month lost blue planner. That blue planner was Hapor Datamate, a product from a US company that the owner was an American friend when he told us that he served a military service at Taipei in 2001. I have a makeshift planner which I carried to the New York City in 1996 when the fall session of city graduate business school program began. Perhaps, the lawsuit in district court for a year began right after last Christmas means no harm to me. It is also worth mentioning here that there’s a little error today on that “newspaper magazine”, that it says so in the editorial in chief page, at least it was stated as such when I read it in the National Central Library at Taipei City. The cover picture of this issue of the Economist magazine could contribute to why the editorial in chief page expresses itself as a “newspaper”, for on the picture the stars and stripes on the ground which Mr Obama and Mr Romney carefully select the white stripes to walk on while the stars block adjacent red stripes counted more than four red stripes, and the longer stripes are more than three stripes to be infinite. The song in the British band the Police sounds like this, there is a black spot on the sun today; it’s the same old thing as yesterday. Hmm, the Police band singer Sting will come to Taiwan for a concert in the near future in December. But I don’t think I can get there, though.
There was a report of the Libby Leak Case in the newspaper in 2010 April. Around the same time period between 2006, 2008 June when Mr George W. Bush was still the President and 2010 November when Mr Obama has replaced Mr George W. Bush to be the 44th USA President, there was an FBI anthrax specialist suicide in Washington prison when the law court investigation began. It sounds like the words coming from the lawyer once in the Chicago legal circles, and he said that in November 2008 or in 2010 there was an identity theft in this Libby Leak case(or maybe the leak cases were with two identities and therefore, was of two legal cases), and that the prisoner should not die for the crime he had never committed. The law expert and political celebrity who was bringing up this issue seemed very angry and very serious about the outcome of the Libby Leak Case legal process. Later I heard that the foreign teacher sweetheart once to be my neighbor came into the local community asking for the whereabouts of her lover, supposed to be that prisoner jailed in the Washington D.C., Mr Libby. I heard that they were once discussing about their marriage in the summer of 2006 and again in 2008 November when the press released news about the leak case. Because that man had been dead, you know, that they would plan for a vow was seemed to be a drama-like fancy, a little like a copy of the script from the Stephen King’s novel Lisey’s Story. The foreign teacher sweetheart made an excuse to us which she said that her daughter would like to know it, since they just read the news of Mr Libby with picture on the newspaper in 2010 April. At the moment in 2008 November(I remember it was in the summer day Mr Obama just elected to the White House as the 44th US president and the I.H.T. newspaper repeated the Libby Leak Case news again for the same news report in 2006 July when Mr. George W. Bush was the President), when I was in the library and the Leak lawsuit privy delivered a message to the reader area. It sounds like saying that maybe I could help him, because he was subsidiary of Taiwan and used to live in Taiwan. He had a sister staying in Taiwan, according to some local information source. But as a newspaper reader in the library, I did not know how to help such an anonymous stranger whom was only referred to the newspaper picture to be a high-level officer jailed for FBI investigation, although he said that he was of the same status as me. I did not quite understand what he said. Finally the custody of that anonymous stranger answered, saying that if this petty agent alike reader in library of Taiwan could not give a hand, the anonymous stranger would have to face the trial or death, something like that. Later some seniors in the library told me in private that to read the newspaper is a risky activity.
I pondered that the newspaper could be like the Toyota car that I bought which I could no longer drive on road anymore, or even like the luxury Mercedes Benz car which I should only envy of. I got knocked down by the library security police at Taipei City after Department of State Secretary Mrs Hillary R. Clinton’s birthday, and then seized by two of the New Taipei City Criminal Police officers from home. A baloney libel case charged against me thereafter and it has been lasted for a whole year to this moment, sued without any legal consisting elements, even with the plaintiff Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han had been shot dead on March 17, 2008 by the angry and obsessed defendants for abuse the libel lawsuits. I was kept from the library newspaper since the criminal police seizure after last Christmas on December 29, 2011.

 
When we head on tough issues, we often fall into our comfort zone we have used to reside in. That could be called an inertial issue to resolve. However, the dynamic environment is like the perilous jungle we have to keep pushing through. If we ignore that code red alert, do not stay in the original place, wait and see whether situation might change, the risk issue occurs. That is the inertial paradox. But if you are more liberal, be the one who make a change, you could find out that hillsides facing the sunshine, there still are beautiful flowers. Have you ever watched a documentary film, then scared away your courage to move on in your own life? Have you ever read an inspirational literature, then lose the motivation to lead a meaningful life? I will keep thinking that if you had had a chocolate bar and then a marshmallow, forget all that about the errant, when he returned and you will still have another one, that kind of life definite will be perfect.
Empty tables and empty chairs, how sorrowful would that be when you are getting elder and elder? Still when we occupy the chair for all the afternoon, and doing nothing, seeing the sun go down, waiting for another different dawn or daybreak, that would be another unbearable being, you might say. When the inertial was like demon lingering in your door, you could not get up early in the morning, you cannot eat, cannot drink, and cannot sleep, should we take further action like we met our first love in the freshman days? If things keep going as such, you probably would have missed your best life. So? We should see through this kind of inertial paradox, seeking help early to intervene, and take the prevention and take action for it. That would be, hmm, not the best but good enough and acceptable.

Taiwan famous computer company Chief Executive Officer(CEO)’s young son last August in the early morning standing on street at Banciao near the community which he recently lodged, he told a foreign stranger who escaped from suburb Kiwanis camp with hand gun that he was the computer company manager, and they seemed to argue for something. The stand-off lasted for an hour and the foreigner wanted the notebook computer at the young son’s hand but refused. The early morning commuter time traffic was busy with pedestrians, motorcycles, and cars roaring by, the young son bullied the foreigner but got shot dead aimed at his abdomen. The scene was closely observed by the surveillance camera across the street of some internet cafe. That internet cafe was an underground tunnel entry which were long used by some runaway passengers. Within 72 hours, there was a picture shot of that suburb Kiwanis camp crew hanged out in that internet cafe, facing that shot-dead spot earlier in the morning, laughing and chatting, with one or two local familiar faces to be recognized on the picture. The assassin came out from Kiwanis camp, carried by an intermediary with motorcycle sent him to that spot and fetched him back to the Kiwanis camp, which bears the pattern of professional killing possibly with money paid.
The second case was a New York Taiwanese student with Canadian nationality. His father was airplane pilot. The gunman was seeking him from New York to Taiwan. That New York student is still survived up to this moment because when he had found out the killer was seeking him, he changed his identity several times with lots of identity theft third parties covered him, and the killer was not very clear who exactly he was. Besides, his pilot father had died by gun shot assassination to close the deal. The pattern of this case is similar to the first case that paid money plays a part in the killing.
The third case was trying to take a Taiwanese who participated in the Singapore Starlight training program lately ranked general in the troop. The game money seemed to pay to Thailand killer that was belonging to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN), which includes Singapore troop. The Thailand killer considered the rapprochement Thailand with Singapore and maneuvered to get a word from one local prestige engineering university alumni, who was Taiwan active agent professed to have a career of engineer and sales job in Taipei, to replace that Singapore Starlight troop general as the hunting target. That prestige university graduated engineer answered some words which was bringing back to the game money payer for review. It was finally deemed as a grant from the engineer to be the hunting target, and that engineer was my classmate whose name was mentioned during the negotiation in front of the US Embassy by a Zurich citizen who was killed on the spot in 2002 winter. The Zurich citizen was accompanied me back to Taiwan with her Zurich neighbor, a white woman who was bereaved of her son in the airplane crashed into Taiwan Straight in 2002 summer. The game money paid with the same pattern as the previous two cases, and the hunting target was changed by the Thailand killer, which brought out the fourth case.

 
When I was a teenager pupil in my junior high school, the school teachers told us that in the central library at Taipei City, the researching savants were always forgetting their biological timing. Oh, they forgot to be engaging with someone else, getting married, having children and consisting a family. My art teacher Mr Huang was just forty year old and looked like a single male when we were fourteen, and the young female teachers were making fun of him, saying that he was the one as depicted. But later we found his son Huang was in our class. The dude who was in politics at that time as an English secretary or something, he was complaining that his old friends were only making a living but without marriages. And he cannot forgive them with this. Nobody listened to him, you know. One of my rich-father elementary school senior classmate when I went to the elementary several years earlier out of the reason being driving out the urban kindergarten by that so called “child malign abuse” misdeeds, he was leading an information trying to reveal us as an eleven-year-old child to come to that library. And he discovered another such time-forgetting savant Mr Lin in that library, with kind of savant syndrome. He was trying to conclude that savant was to read all those newspapers in the central library but without paying subscription fees to the publishers, and so forth that was resulting to his memory, time deficiency to forget his marriage in his early forties. However, we still found that one of my junior high school classmate Lin was that savant’s young son. And that library savant Mr Lin seemed to hear about this, coming to our junior high school to send his son a lunch box, also clear the air. That’s sarcastic, I might say, as I was beyond my forty years old without their good fortune of biological time essence.
Nevertheless, I paid the newspaper and magazines subscription fees. Recently I found a picture in the Psychology Today magazine. Ouch, there was photo of a local female popular singer in this month’s PT, and the message in-library coming to my sense it was hinted ambiguously that she was dead! One of that privy from local law establishment of my classmate lured me to write that intangible message down. “How would the photo of a local singer being posted on that PT magazine without anything happened?” But as to me, my subscription to magazine PT was just due last month. I did not have this issue. Therefore, I did not write this down. Later some earlier incoming message getting back to reveal one word or another about this singer, saying that my classmate of the law establishment had met her in the states. But something my classmate hadn’t revealed to anybody, was that she explained to him that because she was disliked by everybody and she did not want to stay here anymore. That’s all. That female singer could be alive in her second life in the states, but for some reasons they were making an investigating alike survey, because although she was alive she had been getting through some kind of death experience. The picture prompted up without sincerely revealing the fact at first hand. So lucky I have subscribed to that magazine without following the advice of that library in 2006. Because my subversion case against local rich business family and government criminal police department still on-going in law court and I was undergoing a hospital mental evaluating order from the district court. This was of crucial importance because it would definitely affect my case in the law court. That’s all. How lucky I am, thank God.

The high-card structure is good, but the hand lacks length in spades, and awkward rebid problem is likely. If you open, start with one club, intending to bid 1NT over a response of one spade. That will limit your strength quickly and will get you to hearts…”
Oh, the Hershey chocolate bars are made in Hershey, Pennsylvania. If you open intending to bid 1NT, that is to say you want to bid 1 no trump over a response of one spade in contract bridge card game. A borderline bid is saying that you are in a borderline, you cannot decide whether to open the bidding or not. In the Roth-Stone system, many 13-point hands did not meet the requirements for opening the bidding. But today players are opening 10-point hands. There are sound arguments of these two approaches, many of them applying to tournament. In most natural bridge bidding systems, the opening bid of 2 club is used exclusively for hands too strong for an opening bid at the one-level.
