This week I used internet website form to file a complaint document to Judicial Yuan concerned the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP), of the former Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Yu Ching, whose name was a pseudonym and used a suspicious doctorate in EE from some German university to run the 1986 Taipei election campaign. He was elected the county Administrative Chief in 1986.

Droit du Seigneur. droit [dRwa] means right, and les droits or la droite means the right. le droit means law. seigneur [ ] means lord. From Wikipedia online look-up result, Droit du Seigneur, which refers to the virginity of girls was belonging to the lord, and the lord has the right to sleep the first night of the girls.

This year is 2011, my 41 years old age. When I said that the "machine" is "ex-USB", it is because I had been always under torture by the energy device. What's the difference between a machine bearing my name and an "ex-USB" when I decided it should be treated as that? It is about the issue of "free will".

In message communicating around 1994 Taipei, the former USA President Mr Bill Clinton tried to explain to me that I was not an American while I held sort of American values conviction that I thought I was kind of American. Later in 2008 when I wrote document related to this, we make fun of this by saying that even we were not USA, we were USB.

Since 2004 July I went to National Central Library, six more years, there were many local figures reviewing my status and adjusting filed records. From the very beginning, and after 2005 July I subscribed to International Herald Tribune(New York Times) for 16 months, there was an analysis of the parallel parameter setting. Yesterday, it came to the setting situation, again. That sounds like a targeted group of victims such as “trouble-maker”, or “the corrective or wanted” bounded to sell. Something like that, prompted to the democratic style military politics to choose as target. It was discussed like a special duty of the Reserve Officer of military training. This time, the selecting procedure was hindered by the various small factors added in recent twitter data to prevent the writer of previous set posted articles of website personal blog, or annoying web documents, being targeted. Last week when I read the autobiography, Bill Clinton: An American Journey, Great Expectation, on page 418, I found the cipher "Lily King" and "Hsiang-Wen Lu, Sibyl Lu" coded, the same number of their birth date.

I am 40 years old this year. Ever since the year 1994 when Ms. Eva Ivory died at Taipei City, that had been the fate to be single and lonely. We can change that political correctness. And we found that not too late, you know. After five years stayed at National Central Library, Taipei City, writing hundreds of documents about this imputed death case many years ago, it becomes more clear for me to see through my future.
