Then the false charge case against the libel plaintiff would be settled by the law court forever.
The prosecuted libel case which would last for a sufficient period of time, enough to surpass the duration of legal process of the rejected false charge lawsuit, filing a request for trial after the false charge being dismissed and rejected, the ongoing of the false charge trial, and even plus the duration of the appeal to the higher court by the libel defendant for a lost false charge in the lower court. Meanwhile, the appeal court and the prosecutor of the false charge case in the lower court would probably favor the legal process which is currently progressing in the lower court by the libel plaintiff together with the prosecutor who has decided the libel case to be prosecuted and trialed, and the lower court judge would hold a libel trial. While as both a libel case defendant and a false charge case plaintiff, if it were to lose the false charge lawsuit out of the inherent time gap ensued, and were to miss the timing to negotiate with the privies in the law court right before the faked libel case being prosecuted, it is an inferior situation and position and the defendant of the faked libel case would be assumed guilty for the alleged libel crime brought to trial in court to be taken as the committed suspect in the lower court. It is deemed to be right both in logic thinking and in the legal system process because the faked libel case has been prosecuted in the lower court and the defendant of the faked libel case who files the false charge lawsuit is deemed to be without any judicial proof of his innocence of that faked libel case against him in the lower court. Yesterday, from the International Herald Tribune(I.H.T.) news report saying that Mr Yasir Arafat’s widow in July called for an exhumation. The BCC news says that Arafat’s widow objected to a post-mortem at the time of his death but asked the Palestinian Authority to permit exhumation to reveal the truth. The CNN news report says that France is leading the investigation, forensic experts from Switzerland and Russia took their own samples for independent analysis. Arafat won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994, along with the Israeli leaders Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres, for their work on the Oslo accords in 1993. According to the BBC online news yesterday in electronic written form, Mr Arafat died on November 11, 2004 in French military hospital in Paris.
I remember in those years around 2004, many celebrities in Taiwan died in the Banciao community which Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-han invested. Those reports were about the Toyota company’s succeeded CEO at that time went to Washington D.C. for testifying their company business in front of the US congress in 2006. But it was several months later after the correspondent’s death. Amid those tremendous quantities of newspaper reports it was never mentioned the place where that correspondent actually died.
Weird enough, but still even more stranger was that the Breeze Center CEO Mr Liao Cheng-han, also CEO of the Heyson soda drink company on March 17, 2008 died with a gun shot right in his invested Banciao community at the entry of the underground tunnel connected to the community, the press released date including newspapers and television media was in 2008 November, six months later. The public memorial ceremony was held in his home at Taipei City within only one day to be closed, because Mr Liao Cheng-han had been buried in Taipei County and excavated from his tomb to be exhibited in his own home. Three celebrities from government and entertainment circle came to the ceremony and felt horrified. The government official the next day ordered the public memorial ceremony to be cancelled, with one local television ever shooting Liao’s death body released in the news report for certain broadcasting period. We could also say that it was kind of exhumation for Mr Liao Cheng-hand of Breeze Center and Heyson company CEO, under sort of official investigation in November 2008.

This Sunday I was reading the Bible, Matthew 24:1-Matthew 24:51, about Jesus sitting on the Mountain of Olives, the disciples came to him privately and asking him about when and the sign of the Christ coming. I remember in spring of 2004 I went to the movies at theater in Taipei City, The Passion of the Christ, starring Mel Gibson, it was about the story of Jesus Christ. Just like the Bible scripture text says, Matthew 24:49, “and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards,” the prison keeper and the Roman soldiers beat Jesus very hard, and then Jesus carried his cross himself to the mountain where he was crucified. When Jesus’s brothers all went away with his words in Matthew 22:21, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s,” and his reply to the Sadducee’s who say there is no resurrection, about marriage at the resurrection in Matthew 22:23, he was telling the Roman soldiers that the prison keeper who had beaten him was killed and the relatives of the prison keeper just came to see him and asked him questions. We can find this in Matthew 24:51, “He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
Jesus was supposed to be weak and have loose bowels, and the Roman soldiers seemed to have the same symptom. Jesus Christ said to the Roman soldiers that the cause of loose bowels diseases was because the cup and dish they were eating were not clean, Matthew 23:25 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.” Matthew 23:26, “Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.”
When Jesus Christ’s brothers were all left, and in the mountain of Golgotha mentioned in Matthew 27:33, it began to rain.
