In my previous essay released on January 2, 2013 “My ex-girlfriend and my classmates”, mentioned that 1998 November when I asked my ex-girlfriend about the T-shape scar on her abdomen and after that we parted mostly from my ex-girlfriend’s decision. She did not mention that quite clearly, only with a hint that she had a conflict in the National Security Bureau(NSB) and together with her sister she argued that although I was with the intake of Risperdal Janssen drug(J&J) I should bear responsibility to take care of the stuff as an adult male. But actually they did not explain quite clearly, I took that as the appendix remove operation. But it was not. As far as I know, it was from an abortion action to give up the already conceived child, but instead my ex-girlfriend’s sister took up the advice from local official that they make a surrogate births for the aborted fetus with some kind of medical or governmental project which was binding with military contract or long-term research funds that governmental budget allocated. For the consideration of my ex-girlfriend’s sister, at the moment she was intended to preserve evidence of the alleged rape to her sister and the military violence for child abortion in the NSB(National Security Bureau) after the rape. She took up the official advice from NSB just within two days after the abortion operation, could be in July 1998. As to the surrogate births child, my ex-girlfriend had a sexual intercourse on April 4, 1998 with my high school classmate Mr Tsai in the NSB within a private room, that was just after her menses which she told me in that very morning and from the getting along with her on the previous weekend dating. On that day which was also a weekend day, we had sex in the morning but had used the Durex condom my ex-girlfriend gave me in January as my birthday gift, and then she told me that she was going out to attend some military gathering(in the NSB) but I did not take in what she said in that day very well. I was lying in bed in her room all that morning waiting for her. Later in April 1999 my ex-girlfriend’s sister had borne a child which was a girl as a surrogate mother. I have seen the baby girl once in 2000 in a distance when the baby girl together with her brother Kelly walking down the stairs in their grandmother’s apartment, not very far from my house.
My ex-girlfriend’s sister had an MBA degree from Kansas, USA in 1995 with her husband, and she was a teacher in local elementary school for special education. Her first child named Kelly who died from car accident or with combining medical faults in April 2002. They threatened to send Kelly to the special education class with warning from the USA that they would abandon the child if they dare to send him to special education class. That my ex-girlfriend’s sister had taken that the surrogate births baby girl child as was mine, since the very day she decided to do the surrogate pregnancy, or maybe from the White House warning that it was an insult to Mr President Bill Clinton, and the USA First Lady, for Mr Bill Clinton had a child from a surrogate mother which the USA official had been avoided to be released to the public.That surrogate pregnancy was recorded in the file together with surrogate mother discussing articles in the children’s newspaper Mandarin Daily News scientific news in the 1970s. Mr Clinton had come to Taipei in 1990 November and had stayed for half a year, in library searching for related articles, when I had met him on November 2, 1990 in Hsin-Chu City. The local official who was making that suggestion to my ex-girlfriend’s sister was said to be former Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-cheng. He had a university age child died in the USA around 1983.
Around 2004 November my ex-girlfriend was trying to contact me from the neighbor community, at least for three times for that already elementary school age surrogate birth girl, after her sister made the same effort to contact me from that dwelling apartment previously. From these information which was what I had known, implied that both my ex-girlfriend and her sister had not been aware that the surrogate child was not mine but had taken that baby girl as to be mine. My ex-girlfriend was stop by her sister from the community to find me out from my house, hinted her that according to some DNA Paternity Testing report, her child from surrogate births was not mine, but Tsai’s. It was a report in 2000 from the USA, and the NCTU professor Mr Yang Gu-yang(Mr Soong Kai-Tai) went to the USA investigating for the report. Mr Hong Xiu-Bao who was mentioned to be executed in 2005 in my previous January 2 released article, was ordered to go to the USA to follow up Mr Yang Gu-yang’s investigation about the DNA Paternity Testing in year 2000. When Mr Hong Xiu-Bao came back years later, he chose to inform Mr Tsai who was the surrogate births child’s father and my ex-girlfriend’s sister who was the surrogate mother and refused to inform me, who was ever to be his platoon leader in 1994. There was a NSB Central Army troop arrived in Chia-Yi at the moment, and Mr Hong Xiu-Bao was inquired that why he released the so-called “military top secret” to Mr Tsai, then got executed from one NSB leader, Mr Liao Cheng-han, who ever claimed that he was Chia-Yi country folk. There was also a call for the execution in the name that Mr Hong Xiu-Bao did not obey the military order and violate his superior in military order. But that seemed to refer to Mr Chen Tien Long, not me. The Chia-yi country folks later came to find the executioner, but Mr Liao seemed had an execution order, probably from the high level USA official or Taiwan official to be exempted from the revenge killing of Chia-yi country folks. Mr Liao Cheng-han’s sister and his Canadian young son Eric’s same mother, who had a failed heart operation and died late 2004 in infirmary of Taipei suburb military directing headquarter, and he was seeking revenge on the Chia-yi country folks. That’s what I heard from Mr Liao in his late years before his death.   
Mr Yang Gu-yang was said to have a DNA Paternity Testing himself as well as the testing of Mr Tsai and mine with my ex-girlfriend. That was because Mr Yang had a dispute with a girl who seemed to be his student in the NCTU about who was the father of the new born baby or a pair of children. That girl was a daughter from the Uni-President company, who served in the Military Police Special Squad under military training, also was a student in NCTU campus. When the Uni-President Mr Gao Ching-Yuan got the report from his daughter from the USA, there was another DNA Paternity Testing conducting to be verifying that if Mr Yang(Mr Soong Kai-Tai) was Mr Tse-Ven Soong’s youngest son, Madam Chiang Soong Mei-Ling’s relative. Setting aside the DNA Paternity Testing of his daughter, the DNA testing report of Mr Yang’s was ordered to be bringing back as higher priority order than his own daughter’s DNA Paternity Testing report. That was that, you know.
Before 2005, Tsai’s father had the same idea as my ex-girlfriend’s sister about the governmental funded project of the surrogate births child, while he knew that his son Mr Tsai had been alleged to rape my ex-girlfriend. He had thought that the child was mine but not Mr Tsai’s. At the meantime there had been warning from the USA, including the CIA and the White House level command line that it was an insult to the USA White House Mr and Mrs President Clinton to conduct a project of surrogate birth child and to do with the United Nations Child Abuse Case account Mr David Chang who was just dropped out from City University of New York in October 1996. Mrs First Lady Hillary Clinton once was said to comment that the only United Nations account child who she had been known since he was a nursed infant baby, there would not be any possible real relationship between this UN account Mr David Chang who represented Taiwan and she that represented the USA at the moment. That was a very serious statement, when I was doing the intake of J&J Janssen drug to be numbed. Mr Tsai had come to the USA and filed a report about the day in April 1998 he had sex with my ex-girlfriend and signed certain contract, so did my ex-girlfriend after him to explain that when she flied to the USA. Both the handed in reports was said to be advised to be altered for the privy’s purpose. Mr Tsai’s father was glad that Tsai had the chance to replace me, who had a photo with the USA First Lady on August 2, 1996 the CUNY Baruch school open day, to be the hottest person on behalf of Mrs Hillary Clinton from Taipei. But when Mr Tsai’s father got the information from Mr Hong Xiu-Bao telling Mr Tsai and my ex-girlfriend’s sister in 2005 that according to DNA Paternity Testing from the USA, the father of the surrogate births project child was Mr Tsai, not me, Mr David Chang, Hong’s 1994 MP platoon leader, Tsai’s father was very angry and threatened to kill Mr Liao Cheng-han and me, Mr Chang, that ”Mr Liao Cheng-han and Tsai’s classmate Mr Chang by coalition to ruin Tsai’s future.” But later Tsai’s father changed his comment during the lawsuit Tsai and his father himself both involved related with Mr Liao Cheng-han’s multiple identities, said that Liao as Tsai’s leader in the NSB manipulated Tsai to make NSB military action to kill Mr Chang, his son’s high school classmate, as the first target, would make Tsai lose all his friends and to be only himself and got ruined. Tsai’s father changed his words to say that it was evil for Mr Liao Cheng-Han as Tsai’s NSB leader to manipulate Tsai against his friends and classmates, he would therefore kill Mr Liao Cheng-han to stop it before Tsai was losing all his friend. That was before Mr Liao Cheng-han died on March 17, 2008.

Commander issued clearance
On August 1, 1994, I was told to leave the platoon leader post at Panchiao Military Police Station for supporting the Red Cross Association mission at MP base at Linkuo, Taipei County, to enlist in a military exercise. The US Congress at the moment was visiting Taipei and scheduled to visit the military exercise for friendship and also for weapon purchase promotion activity. Then US First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton was leading the group of US delegates that was visiting Taiwan. Just a month before in July, I had received a document from the Human Resource Department of the Executive Yuan and the National Defense Department, which was a promotion list for the Panchiao Military Station HR officer to review. There were some one hundred military officers being promoted on the list, waiting for HR officer to approve, including general ranks, field grade colonel ranks, lieutenant ranks, with various military posts for review and approval. Since the company leader and my senior Mr Lin Dong-Bei was absent at that time, I was told that I was the deputy of my senior and then I stamped my rubber stamp on the human resource document which was on my desk. This promotion document was including my name on the list to become the staff officer of MP, occupying lieutenant colonel rank, from the previous MP platoon leader post with second lieutenant rank. It was notifying that there would be soon a military base training along with the promotion.
The US Sergeant Ms. Eva Ivory, who was dropped dead gorgeous in her Eisenhower MP uniform as an MP petty officer to keep the safety of the Military Police Reserve Officer Class members, she was reported to be dead on August 14, 1994 around Taipei City, Beitou area. Several days before, my parents were coming to the Linkuo MP base to have an on-camp visit, while I was still in a Red Cross mission to support the military exercise activity. I was told by some private to go to the visiting room at the front gate of the military base because I had a guest coming to camp on that day. Therefore, I dropped my on-camp job and went to the camp visiting room. When I was just arrived at the guest’s visiting room, I saw my parents have their Germany imported national car, OPEL Vectra sedan, directly driving through the military camp base to the guest’s visiting room. The car door of the backseat was drawn open when I came near the car to spot that it was my mother in the car, and I was told to get in that OPEL sedan without leaving me any space to have a second thought. Before I could have anything on my mind, the car door slammed closed and my father had already been operating the sedan through the military base front gate and passed the guard on the check point. I did not quite notice from the back seat that my father handed in a clearance issued by the camp commander. The German product OPEL sedan was leaving the front gate of MP base and I was alerted with lightning reflexes to speak out and ask my parents that if they had requested a Leave of Absence for me from the military camp leader. My parents told me that it was acted by the military order. As the approving identity informed and identified when the OPEL sedan passing through the front gate of military base checkpoint, the camp commander Mr Sheng Shi-Ki together with the Watching Group commander Mr Lin Fong-Cheng on the checkpoint clear the OPEL sedan to leave during the military exercise period. Mr General Sheng Shi-Ki was newly promoted to general rank, and Mr Lin Fong-Cheng was former Taipei county Administration Chief.

At the agency there was a local citizen who represented the Ethiopia while the black man from USA explained that he would like to represent the South Africa, because there was an anti-apartheid issue that related to civil rights movement of black ethnicity. After the explanation, he said that he wanted to help the high school student David because David had an Anti-Apartheid cloth badge from the cub scouts, and he was trying to prove that David had that South Africa anti-apartheid cloth badge in the civil rights forum.

When I subscribed to Harvard Business Review magazine for five years since 2004 to 2010, about four years ago the HBR magazine ever introduced Wikipedia as a new internet function and also an information source. During which period, an intangible message notifying that local Wikipedia user contributing pages were subject to review including a local outstanding Harvard alumni reviewer, who was serving government post at the moment. It was a reliable information source fed-in though intangible, with the monthly fees of HBR magazine subscription paid, the notifying message timing coincided with that related Wikipedia local reviewer's information.

Chiu Shu-Chen(邱淑貞) contents until a libel alleged of me about my Yahoo blog and a seizure conducted from my home by local New Taipei City criminal police after last Christmas on Dec 29, 2011. This malicious and perjury purpose Wikipedia contents to cover Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's(邱淑貞) death could be resulted from the quarreled Chingmy Yau, a.k.a. Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's(邱淑貞) deceased postmortem inquest collided with authorities by the police of former Taipei County, Taipei District Court Judge, together with certain Hong-Kong CID criminal investigating department police members and USA FBI agents, which eight years later succeeded by an event of my nine months legal troubles with a libel case against me without any necessary legal elements constituting it. No alive plaintiff, no unborn daughter, no offending intent, only for a single entry mentioned the classified Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death on Yahoo-Kimo website blog which was intended for legal actions revealing two disguised death cases of my relatives during Chingmy Yau, a.k.a. Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death inquest, the police and law court inquiring both two of them and both two of them were dead with the fallout of the inquest on Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death. Who could require their discipline?

The shooting spree was conducted by a sniper with six bullets and randomly killed five victims from a parking lot building across a river. The suspect arrested by detective Emerson was called James Barr, a former US Army sniper who was self-making bullet shells in his house when he was arrested which were matched the bullet shells found on the parking lot the sniper conducting the shooting. Both detective Emerson and Jack Reacher went to the parking lot, where detective Emerson picked up the dropped bullet shells. Jack Reacher later came there on site to get any clue that he could find. The other suspect was Charles, a sniper trained in middle east area with advance moving targets. Jack Reacher and Emerson were returning words in the firearm and cardboard boxes storage room, that if Jack Reacher remembered the serial number of the gun.

On August 6, 1996, Friday (Thursday), in the classroom of City University of New York, previous day on August 5 was the United Nations Child Abuse Case civil rights lawsuit hearing in USA Federal Law Court, there was a United Nations single page opinion survey with investigation agreement followed the Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) signing, out of the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) recruiting activity on going at CUNY Baruch College classroom. The United Nations opinion survey was with open end questionnaire, saying that “Do you consider that you are, or were persecuted by organization, or under some kind of situation, environment to make your rights or benefit hurt?”
I signed the questionnaire bearing the UN emblem with the English word “Yes”, under the online intangible guiding of questionnaire filling to start a UN investigating process. Only four days later, on August 9, 1996 Taipei Time, my grandmother was killed at Taipei Veteran General Hospital(TVG) with gross negligence medical faults to have a heart operation for heavy cold. In the New York City, Mr Percy(Mr Bush Jr.) or other federal government officer commented that since my grandmother died, which meant that she was guilty and therefore the anonymously one who filed for United Nations investigation, was guilty too. The United Nations investigation agreement I signed on August 6, 1996 in City University of New York classroom, was declared to be closed with the investigation request party, guilty. That was just boloney. What an investigation from the United Nations!

 
I have ever engaged with a girl seriously to talk about marriage but only lasted for nine months that she decided to part with me. That was after dropped out from my graduate study 1996 in New York City. My ex-girlfriend at that time was also at New York City too. We had known each other for only several months. We were not seriously engaged with each other until 1998 January. She was suggesting at New York City that a girl like Mississippi high school rose queen was better to be girlfriend than the blonde, blue eyes elder girl from the suburban New York State. “If it were for me, I would select that Mississippi high rose queen to engage with,” some words like that said in public at the New York City. After I had dropped out from the CUNY Baruch on October 23, 1996, we spent that 1996 Christmas Eve for dinner and my ex-girlfriend seemed very happy with me and thanked me for the Christmas dinner. She knew that I was hospitalized previously for the energy harassment in the New York City, while she also made a lot of friends in the New York City including several of my classmates. In March 1997 she changed her mind and planned to leave me, when I had told her that I had difficulty in finding jobs after dropout. But in 1997 December after I asked my classmate to introduce me to his company for an engineering job, I begged her, my ex-girlfriend, to be with me, saying that if she were to leave I would be only myself without anything, for I was dropout from the New York City University. She hesitated but accepted my begging words. I used the new company’s telephone at Mitac in early morning to beg her.
On January 13, 1998, was my birthday in the Chinese lunar calendar of January, the 23rd, my ex-girlfriend bought a package of Durex condom, saying that she would make that a gift to me and practicing with me how to use condom, like we were both in her high school class. I made an action to ram her in her bed without using that condom she gave me, it was hard that during the period I was with my intake of the Risperdal prescription drug, affecting physically and psychologically, she cried out for hurt after that one attempt to ram and I backed off. Several days later on February 2, 1998 was the Chinese New Year, we made a trip to Taichung and Kaohsiung with my ex-girlfriend’s sister and her husband, where we met the movie star Ms. Chiu Shu-Chen and her fourteen years old daughter Ms. Liao Yu-Wen at Kaohsiung. There seemed to be another younger twelve years old boy around. Later on February 18 my birthday, my ex-girlfriend offered to have sex with me for the third time. After these several times to have sex, we did not discuss the marriage or anything else. On April 4, 1998 my ex-girlfriend seemed to participate military activity in the National Security Bureau(NSB) on Mt. Yang-Ming, and that day was my high school classmate Tsai’s birthday, a friend my ex-girlfriend made 1996 August in the New York City. Tsai was threatening my ex-girlfriend to have sex with him, saying that she had lured him, therefore she should fulfil the sexual activity with him. Tsai seemed to pay her money after that sexual activity. They did not have any other real relationship engaging after this single exchange on Tsai’s birthday.
My ex-girlfriend later had a quarrel in the NSB gathering with her peers. When she told me about this around 1998 November, she thought that they were all my friends and all of them therefore acting against her in the NSB confronting because of me. Later when I found in her abdomen a clear cut in T-shape scar that she was taken to hospital for operation for the confronting earlier and for the sexual exchange with my classmate Tsai on April 4, without notifying me. As I know, Tsai’s family had been engaged in some kind of subversion lawsuit since we were still in late high school year. Tsai’s father were driving a Lotus Sports Car of luxury class, when I went to find Tsai, they even tried to deceive me with his uncle for mistaking as his father. “We should not trust him, though he was your classmate. We made this deception, one day it would help us to win in the law court.” My ex-girlfriend asked me to part with her in November 1998. She gave me an additional Christmas night staying in the China Trust Hotel, for our previous 1997 Christmas Eve I was wearing my black underwear bought from New York City, not taking off with her, promising first night would be in the wedding day, but she did not accept that idea.
