I was on TV news at noon yesterday for backdrops at Taiwan High Court

I walked into the Taiwan High Court Prosecutors Office yesterday at 11:53 a.m., several TV and media reporters were waiting there for reporting the live news of Legislative Yuan Chairman Mr Wang Gin-ping. When I went through the customs into the high court prosecutors office, the Cti TV news reporters was on the air making live satellite broadcast report, therefore I was supposed to be appearing in the satellite TV news at noon yesterday.

After I had a counseling in the High Court Prosecutor’s Office, at 12:03 p.m. I was leaving the High Court Prosecutors Office, carrying my weathered, black Baruch JANSPORT backpack, with hanging ornaments of a Big Mac stuffed toy and a little angel charm, passing through TV cameras of Cti TV news, TVBS news and other media broadcasting satellite news to leave the Taiwan High Court Prosecutors Office and went to the McDonald’s at Carrefour Mall for lunch.

Commander issued clearance

On August 1, 1994, I was told to leave the platoon leader post at Panchiao Military Police Station for supporting the Red Cross Association mission at MP base at Linkuo, Taipei County, to enlist in a military exercise. The US Congress at the moment was visiting Taipei and scheduled to visit the military exercise for friendship and also for weapon purchase promotion activity. Then US First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton was leading the group of US delegates that was visiting Taiwan. Just a month before in July, I had received a document from the Human Resource Department of the Executive Yuan and the National Defense Department, which was a promotion list for the Panchiao Military Station HR officer to review. There were some one hundred military officers being promoted on the list, waiting for HR officer to approve, including general ranks, field grade colonel ranks, lieutenant ranks, with various military posts for review and approval. Since the company leader and my senior Mr Lin Dong-Bei was absent at that time, I was told that I was the deputy of my senior and then I stamped my rubber stamp on the human resource document which was on my desk. This promotion document was including my name on the list to become the staff officer of MP, occupying lieutenant colonel rank, from the previous MP platoon leader post with second lieutenant rank. It was notifying that there would be soon a military base training along with the promotion.

The US Sergeant Ms. Eva Ivory, who was dropped dead gorgeous in her Eisenhower MP uniform as an MP petty officer to keep the safety of the Military Police Reserve Officer Class members, she was reported to be dead on August 14, 1994 around Taipei City, Beitou area. Several days before, my parents were coming to the Linkuo MP base to have an on-camp visit, while I was still in a Red Cross mission to support the military exercise activity. I was told by some private to go to the visiting room at the front gate of the military base because I had a guest coming to camp on that day. Therefore, I dropped my on-camp job and went to the camp visiting room. When I was just arrived at the guest’s visiting room, I saw my parents have their Germany imported national car, OPEL Vectra sedan, directly driving through the military camp base to the guest’s visiting room. The car door of the backseat was drawn open when I came near the car to spot that it was my mother in the car, and I was told to get in that OPEL sedan without leaving me any space to have a second thought. Before I could have anything on my mind, the car door slammed closed and my father had already been operating the sedan through the military base front gate and passed the guard on the check point. I did not quite notice from the back seat that my father handed in a clearance issued by the camp commander. The German product OPEL sedan was leaving the front gate of MP base and I was alerted with lightning reflexes to speak out and ask my parents that if they had requested a Leave of Absence for me from the military camp leader. My parents told me that it was acted by the military order. As the approving identity informed and identified when the OPEL sedan passing through the front gate of military base checkpoint, the camp commander Mr Sheng Shi-Ki together with the Watching Group commander Mr Lin Fong-Cheng on the checkpoint clear the OPEL sedan to leave during the military exercise period. Mr General Sheng Shi-Ki was newly promoted to general rank, and Mr Lin Fong-Cheng was former Taipei county Administration Chief.

But my parents did not make a photocopy of that clearance issued by the camp commander for future inquiry. That seemed to turn out to be an annoying problem and lasting for decades up to this moment. In fact, on August 1, 1994 when I was leaving the Panchiao Military Police Station for the Linkuo MP base to register in a Red Cross supporting mission just before the military exercise began, it was supposed to be a task force mission supported by several of the only twelve members of the Red Cross MP Reserve Officer Crew membership holders in the Army Military Police Corps, with the clearance issued from camp commander, there would not be another Leave of Absence needed or should be permitted from the military base camp officials.

But on the military police camp I was very shy and on August 23, 1994 when the Panchiao Military Police Station company leader and senior Mr Lin Dong-Bei coming to the base to see me, I was just wearing a fatigue shirt with only private armband, trying to avert to answer the question why I was leaving the military base front gate, or the question about where I have been to , and even arguing for if a leave of absence was required as a second lieutenant platoon leader to support a Red Cross mission in a military exercise enlisting activity, or even the previous physical confronting and quarrels with the company leader senior Mr Lin Dong-Bei. Without my lieutenant ranks sticks on my shoulder, I was lying in bed and refusing to answer the senior Mr Lin for any possible question he might raise, including the HR promotion list which I endorsed with my rubber stamp. The interaction between me and the senior Mr Lin Dong-Bei seemed to be recorded and discussed later by the US officials as sort of pretext to accuse me to be without courage, or simply a cowardice deed. That criticizing of lacking courage and cowardice was not true. Actually, I was just shy away from arguing with the senior Mr Lin about the issue that if a leave of absence approval was required as a Red Cross mission supporting member in a military exercise on base occasion.

Actually, on the second day after I had reported to the Linkuo MP base when I was enlisted in the military exercise, on August 2, 1994, I was wearing the sash as order of the platoon leader in the base camp for regular camp activity, there was a thrilling cold feeling making me trembling, and the camp political warfare officer, Mr Yang Ru-Ming suddenly appeared along with an informer role, setting aside the previous day in the company officer requesting me to help their company platoon leader job because the company was short of manpower, especially the second lieutenant officers, the informer claimed to the camp political warfare officer Mr Yang Ru-Ming that I was an identified spy and a questionable member from outside the MP base. I was given a shot of injection in the Paramedical Office after I was ordered coming back to the Panchiao Military Police Station for an errand required by the Linkuo MP base Paramedical Office. The endgame was looming quite horrible when I was offered a medical leave of two days as the regular vacation from the Panchiao Military Police Station and went to the nearby Panchiao Chung-Hsin Hospital down the street from my house for an allergic cure injection and found out that my left arm was turning up totally bruised, as if hit very hard by the hooligans in the military camp. But the next day in a sound sleep when I waked up the bruise was all subsided and I was coming back to the Linkuo MP camp around August 6, 1994, as the two day’s regular vacation permitted to stay outside the military camp. My mother was horrified by the bruise on my arm and the injection. She came to find the officials that she knew for consulting about what to do with such an event.

At the meantime, the US Sergeant Ms Eva Ivory was blamed for that injection, and then she quitted her military training before her death on August 14, 1994. Then US President Mr Bill Clinton’s mother, her name was discovered later in 2005 from the autobiographies to be called Mrs Virginia, with an identity quite like Ms Betsey White, the governor’s daughter at YWCA, Taipei City, saying that she would take all the responsibility of moving the German product OPEL sedan outside the Linkuo MP base front gate to make a lieutenant leave the post. When they were arguing around August 22, 1994, Mrs Virginia was in a rebellious tone to say that she would follow the opinions which she found out in the southern part of Taiwan, that she would be sided with the people of the south and if they would hate “Military Police” then she would follow them and then she simply just said that she hate the Military Police, in spite of that the voice from the USA was advising her and warning her that Mr Dwight Eisenhower, Mr General and the former US President, he was an MP member. Mrs Virginia at the moment was saying that she would carry the responsibility of moving the German product OPEL sedan outside the MP camp base to make the Red Cross MP officer leaving the military post, and also carry the responsibility of the August 14, 1994 US Sergeant Eva Ivory’s death, Mrs Virginia died on August 24, 1994 in the USA(Las Vegas area).

From the information inside the base, the camp commander Mr General Sheng Shi-Ki firstly held the opinion that Mrs Virginia was dying in the USA, and besides, the Republican boss Mr Hugh Rodham in 1990 November just died at Taipei with his daughter Hillary Rodham simply just getting pursued to kill when she was investigating the case, out of revenge activities and conflicts between the Democrats and the Republicans overseas, therefore Mrs Virginia’s death could be having nothing to do with Taiwan. But only a week later in September 1994, the information source from the USA revealed that there was a Political Warfare Cadre Academy member from Taipei, Mr Liu Yang-Liang, had set out for the USA on August 14, 1994 just after Sergeant Eva Ivory’s death, approaching Mrs Virginia and asking for testifying the death case of Sergeant Ms Eva Ivory, until the death of Mrs Virginia on August 24, 1994. That Political War Cadre Academy member, Mr Liu Yang-Liang was my classmate in Jianguo High School, also was Sergeant Eva Ivory’s junior classmate in the Political Warfare Cadre Academy in 1994.

According to reliable source, then US President Mr Bill Clinton was reported to be shown up on television of some cable TV or satellite news, located in China, of Shenzhen or Shanghai areas, and then US First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton was meeting him after Eva Ivory’s death on August 14, 1994, via Hong Kong and flied back to the Washington D.C. of USA. Later the information denoted that the USA President Mr Bill Clinton said that he did not observe how the death of Mrs Virginia happened, and Mrs Virginia seemed to be deceased at the Las Vegas area in the USA. Both the autobiographies “My Life” of Mr Bill Clinton, and “Living History” of Mrs Hillary R. Clinton in 2003 have details including photos and descriptions of Mrs Virginia, Mr Clinton’s beloved mother.

After September 1994 when reviewing the MP base military exercise or on the day August 22, 1994 when Mrs Virginia just said that she hate the Military Police, then MP General and commander Mr Sheng Shi-Ki withdrew the promise that he was helping the second lieutenant officer Mr David Chang from the MP Reserve Officer class since Virginia sided with the southern Taiwan and acted to represent Mr Bill Clinton and acted to be sort of proxy of the S. Lt. Mr David Chang, me. Although my parents had handed in a clearance from the commander to the checkpoint, they just denied it.

When I arrived at the New York City on June 29, 1996 to start my City University of New York, Baruch Business Graduate School class with my I-20 form having been exchanged to the student F1-Visa, there were lots of discouraging voice advising me to back off the graduate study because it would be dangerous for me and with potential to cost my life. One advice was 1996 May at Taipei City at the cram school street after I had received the Baruch and Buffalo and Kent University I-20 forms, several of my MP Reserve Officer classmates warning that authority banned us to study in the USA. Another advice was in early July 1996 when I just arrived at the New York City, identified in sort of Taiwanese style friendly tone a message queried me why I would come to the USA and when I answered that I came to USA for my graduate study, the man of the message represented the USA or New York City just advised me to quit the graduate program and go home. He said via message to me and the bystander audience that, “You go having some sightseeing. Forget your graduate study program, by all means you would be sent back to Taiwan. You could not finish your MBA program.” On the first Tuesday after school open day when I had Marketing Management class on August 3, 1996, discussing about some Harvard University published textbooks and the dyslexia, I was advised by Mrs Wu Shu-Chen, the Taipei mayor’s wife to leave the graduate program, because that would be no good to take the life of a relative to stay in the program and reading smoothly with the Harvard University textbook. But my grandmother Mrs Chang Wang-Me died on August 9, 1996, six days well after Mrs Wu Shu-chen giving this advice to leave the Baruch business school graduate program. Why she would make this suggestion? On July 15, 1996, Thursday, I had a direct contact with Maria Perry and Sally Virginia on a booth on 42 Street at the Time Square. On July 24, 1996, Saturday, I came again to the booth but did not reach any of the store staffs, though. If the New York State citizen Sally Virginia who told me at the booth that she was born in 1969 would have a faked name but only to notify me that it was the name of Mr. President Bill Clinton’s mother, it could be very plausible. The initial of Mississippi High School second grade student was MP, to denote that I was a military police officer from Taipei, was also plausible. Maria was 17 years old, Zodiac sign Virgo, but did not tell me her birthday. Later the information notified me that the 19 years old Ms Julia could have come there the other day, but I did not see her at the booth. In July 1996 at Manhattan, New York City, message identified as from then US President Mr Bill Clinton, said that he would like to know that if the 27 years old Sally Virginia was using her name to tell David about his mother’s death on August 24, 1994, but President Mr Bill Clinton said that apparently Virginia’s death had nothing to do with David, as the conversation revealed for sort of polygraph test alike query and David just passed the test. But later the former US President Bill Clinton said that he would make the 1994 death case of Virginia, his beloved mother, upon this United Nations Child Abuse Case account Mr David, a child who Mrs Hillary R. Returning back to 19 years ago, if only we could use the clearance issued from the camp commander in August 1994 to avert all of these difficulties.

Taipei Bus Boycott Civil Rights Case, a lost Anti-apartheid badge of South Africa from the cub scouts

The 1986 Taipei Civil Rights Case of bus boycott defending seat with a black man and his young son defending a bus seat of local Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School student Mr. David Chang, me, in a forum discussing situation but failed, the black man therefore was executed by the military agency in a reason that because he was holding an immoral opinion. At the agency there was a local citizen who represented the Ethiopia while the black man from USA explained that he would like to represent the South Africa, because there was an anti-apartheid issue that related to civil rights movement of black ethnicity. After the explanation, he said that he wanted to help the high school student David because David had an Anti-Apartheid cloth badge from the cub scouts, and he was trying to prove that David had that South Africa anti-apartheid cloth badge in the civil rights forum.

Actually in 1982 as a cub scout Mr David Chang, me, was donating NTD$50 dollars to the Rescue Ethiopia From Hunger charity activity and was given back a Rescue Ethiopia cloth badge. I brought that cloth badge back home to present it to my mother but some official of local authority told my mother that he would like to see that cloth badge for unknown reasons. Early morning in the classroom, I saw several senior students, probably from other classes roaming into the classroom to the classmate who was collecting the donation money and displaying those exquisite cloth badges, they grabbed a lot of those badges coercively and acclaimed that they would take these cloth badges because they were thinking that these cloth badges were delivering to students for free. On the same day, the teacher praised little David, me, in class when she knew that I had donated a fifty dollars for charity, but this disgusted my classmates who could not afford the charity donation. Later some classmate came to me and said that the teacher was requiring me to tell my mother for another NTD$200 donation for an Anti-Apartheid cloth badge of South Africa, which was bearing the ROC(Taiwan) national emblem on it with white background and a yellow camel. The next day little David, me, came back with the money asked, but the classmate who was collecting the donation money returned NTD$50 to me, leading me to the school canteen to buy a pack of milk to drink, saying to me that you have to purchase this for yourself to consume then you could start to donate that charity money, and told me that the next day to bring back the Rescue Ethiopia From Hunger badge and kept the South Africa’s Anti-Apartheid badge only.

But that Rescue Ethiopia badge was required by local authority to review for several days which supposed to be in my mother’s purse in the morning while I could not find it in my drawer and anywhere else I could think it had been placed. Little poor David, me, gave back the South Africa Anti-Apartheid badge with NTD$200 in total donated. That’s all the story.

During which period, an intangible message notifying that local Wikipedia user contributing pages were subject to review including a local outstanding Harvard alumni reviewer, who was serving government post at the moment. It was a reliable information source fed-in though intangible, with the monthly fees of HBR magazine subscription paid, the notifying message timing coincided with that related Wikipedia local reviewer's information.

This malicious and perjury purpose Wikipedia contents to cover Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's(邱淑貞) death could be resulted from the quarreled Chingmy Yau, a.k.a. Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's(邱淑貞) deceased postmortem inquest collided with authorities by the police of former Taipei County, Taipei District Court Judge, together with certain Hong-Kong CID criminal investigating department police members and USA FBI agents, which eight years later succeeded by an event of my nine months legal troubles with a libel case against me without any necessary legal elements constituting it. No alive plaintiff, no unborn daughter, no offending intent, only for a single entry mentioned the classified Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death on Yahoo-Kimo website blog which was intended for legal actions revealing two disguised death cases of my relatives during Chingmy Yau, a.k.a. Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death inquest, the police and law court inquiring both two of them and both two of them were dead with the fallout of the inquest on Ms Chiu Shu-Chen's death. Who could require their discipline?

The Beautiful 15-year-old High School Girl

When my sister Melody was 15 years old, she went to the Private Zaixing High School at Mucha of Taipei City and boarding at the high school dormitory. When Melody was home for holidays she heard me chatting about my Chinese literature teacher Wang Shi-cheun at Taipei Municipal Chen-Kuo High School, what he was talking to us in class that the journalists said the McDonald's Junk Food was unhealthy on the China Times newspaper, my teacher Wang said that was just sarcastic because the last shift of McDonald's part-time working students would dump out the unsold French Fries, hamburgers, etc., to show their food quality control to the public, and the McDonald's even mandated those part-time working students not allowed to fetch back those dumped fast food to eat. Several days later in a cloudy winter day, all my family overslept and I was late for my high school class. The Chinese class teacher and adviser Mr Wang told me that he would impose fine for class fund of a sum of money for my being late for the class. This decision of imposing fine for class fund annoyed Melody, because when she was in the junior high school of Taipei County, she was not allowed to dine at the McDonald's and then had that kind of fine for class fund in her junior high class for teasing. Melody was in that kind of high school noble uniform of Private Zaixing High School, and scold that, "How kindly you are to impose fine upon this poor student for class fund when you already know he is without money!" Within weeks, my sister Melody was dropped out from that noble high school, the president then was Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling.

During that period of time, a lot of trouble things happened to our family, including an appendix removing operation of Melody, and after that a labyrinth inner ear operation of my father. My sister at the time had a stomachache to go to see the doctor in Veterans General Hospital, and that doctor was so strange to tell my father to use his own discretion to decide if Melody would need an appendix removing operation. My father at last decided by himself to let the surgeon remove Melody's appendix. Melody was then a teenager and pretty beautiful to attend that private noble high school in Taipei City. She had to strip off all her clothes before the young surgeon and sent to the operating room, the nurse was chatting to that young surgeon when shaving off Melody's pubic hair just grown after her menarche. Finally the young surgeon of Veterans General Hospital completed the operation, went out of the operating room and told my father that the appendix was not inflamed, that is, Melody did not have appendicitis!

The file record was said that at the time in Taipei the authority just desired to utilize this chance to investigate and find out who was conducting this kind of nerve pain for such unnecessary surgery, just like the undercover police was searching clues quietly. But my father and Melody were suffering loss for dumb, for these years, they were depressed and were not leading a very happy life since.

In 1995 February, when the governor election failed Mr George W. Bush was greeting to us at Taipei for Happy Chinese New Year, he also was in mourning for the Detroit girl Eva Ivory who died half year before at Taipei. Eva's body was still left at Taipei City at the time. Mr George told us that his first daughter died very young and he was always with grief. The son of then Premier Lien, Mr Lien Sheng-Wen, a fresh student in 1994 of New York University and the New York Colombia University, and the senior of Melody my sister at Private Zaixing High School in 1987, ever made a suicide case upon Melody by telling Mucha Police Station to take Melody responsible and documented Melody's name in the police record. Knowing that the Taipei authority has decided to burden the USA Sergeant Eva's death case upon me to parallel what they did to my sister Melody of the previous high school student suicide case in 1987, Mr George W. Bush told me that you poor little second lieutenant Mr Chang, you did not own this country, for all 100 recruits of 43rd MPRO class only these few served. I guess Mr George W. Bush at the time knew their plan to falsely accusing me about Eva Ivory's death case but he did not hint me about this. When I went to New York City in 1996 for Baruch College business graduate school study, the son of former Premier Mr Lien Shen-Wen was already there and to be an assistant lecturer in CUNY Baruch. Aunt Hillary Clinton at the time was the first lady in the White House, after the jobless Mr George W. Bush telling me to visit my school open day because he knew my history that I would refuse to see the boss like president Chiang Ching-Kuo and he came with the first lady to see me, aunt Hillary took a personal picture with me at school opening day. Several days later aunt Hillary was with Eva's mother, the FBI agent, and the NYPD officers, she almost hinted me for seeking asylum by going to the New York police office for a talk, but I was only talking about the sovereignty and domestic authority reasons not to cooperate with her at New York City. Without a sight Aunt Hillary then told me therefore she could not help me and that I would be very unwise to refuse her for her help offering. But at the time I did not understand the authority from Taipei City had a crew there in New York City, within three months, my grandmother died at Hospital emergency room, and I was like hijacking back to Taipei and dropped out of Baruch.

On August 6, 1996, Friday (Thursday), in the classroom of City University of New York, previous day on August 5 was the United Nations Child Abuse Case civil rights lawsuit hearing in USA Federal Law Court, there was a United Nations single page opinion survey with investigation agreement followed the Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) signing, out of the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) recruiting activity on going at CUNY Baruch College classroom. The United Nations opinion survey was with open end questionnaire, saying that “Do you consider that you are, or were persecuted by organization, or under some kind of situation, environment to make your rights or benefit hurt?”

I signed the questionnaire bearing the UN emblem with the English word “Yes”, under the online intangible guiding of questionnaire filling to start a UN investigating process. Only four days later, on August 9, 1996 Taipei Time, my grandmother was killed at Taipei Veteran General Hospital(TVG) with gross negligence medical faults to have a heart operation for heavy cold. In the New York City, Mr Percy(Mr Bush Jr.) or other federal government officer commented that since my grandmother died, which meant that she was guilty and therefore the anonymously one who filed for United Nations investigation, was guilty too. The United Nations investigation agreement I signed on August 6, 1996 in City University of New York classroom, was declared to be closed with the investigation request party, guilty. That was just boloney. What an investigation from the United Nations!

In 2005 November, at Starbucks Coffee at Taipei City in front of the Taipei Railway Station, the message mentioned Mr Examination Yuan committee member, and the later 2006 January Examination Yuan Chief Mr Yao Chia-Wen, together with then Taipei County Administration Chief Mr Su Chen-Chang, that they previously claimed a military police 105th investigation squad officer perjury for documenting and testifying that Mr Yao Chia-Wen received a United Nations order through the Taiwanese Association of America(TAA) system(there was also observing another KMT party punishing order ongoing at the same time on August 9, 1996) to ask the TVG Hospital kill my grandmother in the hospital. At the same Starbucks Coffee, it was revealed that the MP 105th squad investigating officer had been executed previously in September 2005 for a manslaughter case, plus perjury to be put to death. There at the Starbucks Coffee the relative of executed MP 105th investigating officer was said to be persuaded and file for a UN investigation, as it was notified.

Seven years later, on June 29, 2012 there happened an event which caused a Chicago citizen of American nationality, with his Thailand or Turkey CIA contract, died in the night on July 4, 2012, the USA National Day at some hospital in Beitou area, Taipei City. It was notifying that a process was under observation to be following the pattern of 1996 August 9 TVG Hospital, which seemed to be the case filed for the UN investigation in 2005 November by the relatives of executed MP 105th investigating officer. The United Nations investigation seemed to cost not only money donated to the organization but also cost civilian lives. That’s what I know. But I did not get the detail investigating result of the 2005 and 2012 case.

I have ever engaged with a girl seriously to talk about marriage but only lasted for nine months that she decided to part with me. That was after dropped out from my graduate study 1996 in New York City. My ex-girlfriend at that time was also at New York City too. We had known each other for only several months. We were not seriously engaged with each other until 1998 January. She was suggesting at New York City that a girl like Mississippi high school rose queen was better to be girlfriend than the blonde, blue eyes elder girl from the suburban New York State. “If it were for me, I would select that Mississippi high rose queen to engage with,” some words like that said in public at the New York City. After I had dropped out from the CUNY Baruch on October 23, 1996, we spent that 1996 Christmas Eve for dinner and my ex-girlfriend seemed very happy with me and thanked me for the Christmas dinner. She knew that I was hospitalized previously for the energy harassment in the New York City, while she also made a lot of friends in the New York City including several of my classmates. In March 1997 she changed her mind and planned to leave me, when I had told her that I had difficulty in finding jobs after dropout. But in 1997 December after I asked my classmate to introduce me to his company for an engineering job, I begged her, my ex-girlfriend, to be with me, saying that if she were to leave I would be only myself without anything, for I was dropout from the New York City University. She hesitated but accepted my begging words. I used the new company’s telephone at Mitac in early morning to beg her.

On January 13, 1998, was my birthday in the Chinese lunar calendar of January, the 23rd, my ex-girlfriend bought a package of Durex condom, saying that she would make that a gift to me and practicing with me how to use condom, like we were both in her high school class. I made an action to ram her in her bed without using that condom she gave me, it was hard that during the period I was with my intake of the Risperdal prescription drug, affecting physically and psychologically, she cried out for hurt after that one attempt to ram and I backed off. Several days later on February 2, 1998 was the Chinese New Year, we made a trip to Taichung and Kaohsiung with my ex-girlfriend’s sister and her husband, where we met the movie star Ms. Chiu Shu-Chen and her fourteen years old daughter Ms. Liao Yu-Wen at Kaohsiung. There seemed to be another younger twelve years old boy around. Later on February 18 my birthday, my ex-girlfriend offered to have sex with me for the third time. After these several times to have sex, we did not discuss the marriage or anything else. On April 4, 1998 my ex-girlfriend seemed to participate military activity in the National Security Bureau(NSB) on Mt. Yang-Ming, and that day was my high school classmate Tsai’s birthday, a friend my ex-girlfriend made 1996 August in the New York City. Tsai was threatening my ex-girlfriend to have sex with him, saying that she had lured him, therefore she should fulfil the sexual activity with him. Tsai seemed to pay her money after that sexual activity. They did not have any other real relationship engaging after this single exchange on Tsai’s birthday.

My ex-girlfriend later had a quarrel in the NSB gathering with her peers. When she told me about this around 1998 November, she thought that they were all my friends and all of them therefore acting against her in the NSB confronting because of me. Later when I found in her abdomen a clear cut in T-shape scar that she was taken to hospital for operation for the confronting earlier and for the sexual exchange with my classmate Tsai on April 4, without notifying me. As I know, Tsai’s family had been engaged in some kind of subversion lawsuit since we were still in late high school year. Tsai’s father were driving a Lotus Sports Car of luxury class, when I went to find Tsai, they even tried to deceive me with his uncle for mistaking as his father. “We should not trust him, though he was your classmate. We made this deception, one day it would help us to win in the law court.” My ex-girlfriend asked me to part with her in November 1998. She gave me an additional Christmas night staying in the China Trust Hotel, for our previous 1997 Christmas Eve I was wearing my black underwear bought from New York City, not taking off with her, promising first night would be in the wedding day, but she did not accept that idea.

On April 18, 2000, more than a year since we parted in 1998 Christmas, she brought to Mitac for me with a black necktie, a French Givenchy wallet and a key ring with “David Kawikka” letters on it. She told me that she bought them from Hawaii to be my birthday gift, though my birthday had passed. The Givenchy wallet was triggered a dialogue, that was from Mr Sarkozy, saying that Givenchy was owned by him.

On November 24, 2005, my university classmate Liu approaching Tsai, who was with my ex-girlfriend, making sexual interchange with my ex-girlfriend by talking to Tsai with prying words that he knew what Tsai and my ex-girlfriend did on April 4, 1998 and he would “testifying it in military style.” After Liu and my ex-girlfriend having that sexual activity, Liu told Tsai that he would make himself the same status with Tsai, “Since we were both David’s ‘best friend’ in your Jianguo high school and in our National Chiao Tung University(NCTU), we were equal now.”

The Chiayi elders would notify me with this. The 1993 military police sergeant which was subordinated to me, Mr Hong Xiu-Bao, in 2000 came into the Mitac company where I had begged my ex-girlfriend to stay with me. Mr Hong bumped into my seat in Mitac and said to me that, “Platoon leader(Bai aide), you got looked down by others. You did not cope with your girlfriend’s affairs(with your classmate.)” But Mr Hong did not give much respect to me. He told others that he could see that I was with the influence of intake of Risperdal prescription drug. Several years later, maybe in 2005 or maybe in 2008, Mr Hong seemed to be executed for some weird reasons at Chiayi, the city where he was born. The other Chiayi elders such as Formosa Wang Yung-Ching and Nan-Kang Tire Mr Chen Wei-Tao, ever mentioned this stuff to me. Wang first in 2000 when I was in Mitac, said that he was not comfortable with my senior Mr Kevin Chang in the company, but later around 2008 he said to others that he could not make out exactly which one he earlier referred to, “since they were all David’s classmates, they looked all the same.” Mr Chen Wei-Tao said to me that my ex-girlfriend was with Mr Chen Teng-Long, one Mt. Yang-Ming resident, hinted someone else, “and that stuff would need to cope with by yourself.” Later on December 15, 2010, Wang passed away at age 95 in USA at New Jersey hospital, he would release news such that he was Taipei county Hsin-Tien citizen, not Chiayi citizen. And in the same way that Mr Chen Wei-Tao would say that he would be Nan Kang Chen, not Chiayi Chen. That could be a hint that they would not be with me if I would not take care of what they mentioned to me of my ex-girlfriend’s affairs. That seemed to be from the USA of Mr Percy’s words saying that he would not be with them if they could not resolve the stuff they mentioned to me.

On the day November 24, 2005 Liu was approaching Tsai and my ex-girlfriend to have sex after threatening Tsai and my ex-girlfriend. Later in 2010 December Liu used the agency money to purchase the 85-degree Cafe and Bubble Tea Drink Shop near my house, just after Formosa Wang’s death on December 15, 2010. I had been buying in the Bubble Tea Drink Shop for some lemonade drinks several times, but somehow in 2011 July my mother saw I left the drink package cup in the garbage can she banned me to buy in that Bubble Tea Drink Shop for that drink was too expensive. But Liu anonymously threatening that if I declined to buy (both in the 85-degree Cafe and the Bubble Tea Drink Shop), he would file a lawsuit for discrimination against me. Later it turned out that the libel lawsuit against me without any necessary legal elements to consist, lasting for a year, which began on December 29, 2011, together with 2011 June the Holland agent Julia Kirby arguing that her elder sister’s death at hospital could be attributed to me who was dwelling in Taipei County and patronized the Starbucks Coffee, the lawsuit haven’t been settled down until now for more than a year. You know what, it was just boloney to think that you would get justice from the establishment within which there were so-called law people presided.

Ms. Parks was arrested and taken to jail for refusing to give up her seat. On December 5, 1955, African-Americans in Montgomery began a boycott of the public buses led by a minister who had recently come to the Dexter Avenue Baptist Church in Montgomery, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The peaceful boycott continued for 381 days during which time 90% of the African-Americans in Montgomery refused to ride the buses. The US sergeant Ms Eva Ivory before August 14, 1994 death at Taipei City, she raised a civil rights case of Taipei city bus in 1987 and directly refer to me, a Taipei County citizen. From unknown source, the case was described as that when 1987 I was a high school student, one day on the bus to be asked to give up seat to a stranger as they usually did at Taipei area, an agent chose defending my seat was executed. At the moment from intangible message notifying that an Africa ethnic man with his young son, expressed their opinion that it was wrong to ask the boy give up seat on bus, and they would like to defend that high school student’s bus seat. But they seemed to be arguing with local military agents within some kind of forum, finally when the high school boy gave up the bus seat to a stranger, the African ethnic seat defender was executed by choosing from a group of agents who were eligible by the argument defending seat that the authority could not force the boy to give up seat on a bus. The African ethnic man and his young son were said both signing military contracts to enter that forum argument, then the young son was said to be evil for that defending argument. But the young man was getting away with that argument, not knowing his father was executed. From some unknown source it was said that “the day was his birthday.” I remember that the young man before entering the forum just days before told me that he was my classmate, that he ever came to Taipei County to attend the Hai-Shang Junior High School for several classes.

That was before he signed that military contract and decided to make the defending on my bus seat in a military agent forum. The executed African ethnic person, later was said to be the young man’s father. The case was described as when the bus seat giving up on the city bus by the high school boy, me, there was a video tape recorded in film, sending to the USA and United Nations, and the tape was concerned with an African ethnic man’s execution by the agency authority. Related persons in the forum were identified for several ones at that time, including a female American, who was Ms Jessica Han(a.k.a. Maria, that name was originally used by Ms Hillary Rodham to write a column in the China Times, but Maria said that was her name when she came to our high school class to see us) mother of one of my high school classmates Mr Ren Qian-wen.

Nine years later in August 1996, when I went to New York City with I-20 and F1-Visa of CUNY Baruch business school graduate program, there was a civil rights case of city bus submitted from Taipei authority to US Congress for review, which mentioned on August 5, 1996 during a hearing of United Nations Abuse Child Case related civil rights case filed by a New York lawyer but dismissed on the very day at New York City. On August 8, 1996 at YMCA, Philadelphia, on an extracurricular activity occasion, I had met the Holland diplomat daughter Ms Julia Kirby, and there mentioned that the city bus civil rights case related privy of USA nationality bringing up the executed victim in 1987 bus seat surrendering case to the congress and the United Nations for review, one of the authority was then US President Mr Bill Clinton, but was only with dialogue and questions not clearly identified. As far as I know, this civil rights case of bus giving up seat situation in 1987 was recorded by video film of me and submitted to be filed by the United Nations and the US Congress. But in August 1996 the video submitted with the civil rights case was another 1987 high school student who was attending the same high school as me but was citizen of Taipei City, not Taipei County. The civil rights case in August 1996 was referred to me again when the executed African agent case mentioned. I was at that time attending CUNY Baruch business graduate program at New York City. Within only several hours later, my grandmother Mrs Chang Wang-Me died on August 9, 1996 Taipei Time at Taipei Veteran General Hospital at Taipei City, due to medical gross negligent faults with heavy cold hospitalized but with surgery of a heart operation died on August 9. It was said the case was directly related to the 1987 bus civil rights case discussed at the moment in 1996 Philadelphia YMCA and August 5, 1996 civil rights case filed to the Federal Court at New York City. Identified as Mr Wu Jin-qin, my mother Mrs Wu’s step-mother’s son in August 1996 at Taipei County San-Shia military coordinating and information office, seemed to admit that he was in the forum 1987, and the other related privy was including my high school classmate’s mother Jessica Han(Maria), who just came back to the USA and married to her son Ren Qian-wen’s father, Mr Ren Nian-Chao(a.k.a. Ren Da-Nian, Cao Wen-Sheng, Harvard Law School alumni) because Mr Cao’s newly title of the Marshal of Military Police and president of National Chiao Tung University(NCTU) looked good and eligible to be her husband. They were in the United States of American at the moment in 1996.

Mr MP Marshal Cao Wen-sheng also submitted a CIA contract candidate for review in my name without notifying me in advance. That CIA contract candidate review was selected on August 1, 1996, with complaints of the displeased Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling that the quota in 1996 was limited to be only two contracts available. It was then hinted by aide that she had one candidate of young son suitable for the contract at the time in California, Mr Miao, and the other was at New York City, Mr Lien. “If the contract quota limited to only two, then this ‘Child Abuse Case’ candidate from the United Nations civil rights case which was initiated in 1979 (by Mrs Hillary R. Clinton), the quota should assign to your own quota number since you had been the US first lady.” The dialogue content was such as this. Therefore, at that moment I was out on the street at New York City, facing such situation and the US First Lady(at that time I did not have her name) asking me if I would plan to sign that CIA contract submitted by Marshal Mr Cao, I was asking a question instead of directly answering the US first lady. Firstly I was stating the background for energy abuse harassment and for my sister’s prescription drug intake since 1987, I would be counted in the civil rights fighters if the US first lady would need a civil rights henchman. But for the lesson USA first lady teaching us in the previous years that the civil rights case would exclude agent contract signing university students, as Ms Hillary Rodham in 1980′s coming back to Taipei transferring the child abuse case to Taipei local Ms Chen Chu and answered that she could not handle the civil rights case for certain reason although she was a Yale University student eligible for civil rights care, some of the Taipei County government officer explained to us that it was because Ms Hillary Rodham had signed a military contract. Therefore in August 1996 I answered by a question instead, that if I devoted to the civil rights case, I would not sign the CIA contract, and I asked then USA First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton that should I sign that contract. I could not see the US first lady, but on the street with intangible message, she answered me that she could not decide it for me. Just two days later, on August 3, 1996, another of my classmate Mr Liu Dong-Yun with his father making a donation of around NTD$ 200,000,000 to the Democratic Party political fund, the US First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton also took a personal picture with him under this fund donation situation as with me who was without any money donation on August 2, 1996 of the City University of New York Baruch College school open day(I think that the ceremony of Baruch College school open day was held probably with agency celebrating festival at the same place). And then Mr Liu signed the contract of one of the two quota mentioned by Madam Chiang Soong-Mei-Ling previously.

Currently ongoing lawsuit with subversion case involved in the law court with two local police stations filed documents alleged a new Toyota car to be stolen car because of the marked out and dubious mismatched engine serial number secretly testified by the former Breeze Center Japanese manager Mr Gang Ichiro. That Toyota car, Corolla Altis 1.6, Break into Style, which I purchased on November 7, 2002 from a car saleswoman Mrs Gao was wife of a Toyota employee, with an official tax and customer receipt printed my name on it. There was a mortgage loan NTD$300,000 of the Toyota car applied from a female accountant from the Tai-shin Bank which was signed at McDonald’s in Taipei City near the Siemens Marketing company Schmidt which demanded the sales representative to buy a car for employee’s self career. On July 29, 2004 I sold the Toyota car back to the same saleswoman Mrs Gao with a Toyota dealer representative Mr Yang at McDonald’s in Taipei City near Taipei City Zoo. The two-year-twelve-terms mortgage was all paid off except the last term paid by cash withdrawing NTD$25,000 from ATM on July 29, 2004 the day I sold the car to give to that saleswoman Mrs Gao per request from her. The Toyota dealer Mr Yang returned me with a paycheck of NTD$300,000 but signed on the check a weird name of Mr Ding instead of his own name Mr Yang that printed on the business name card. The Toyota dealer Mr Yang said that it was his boss’s name. After I handed over the Toyota car near the Taipei City Zoo at the McDonald’s with the returned paycheck, I deposited the paycheck on the same day into my Citibank account at Banciao branch.

After these years, except the lawsuits against me ongoing currently in court hinted me to connect with this Toyota problem car, the government issued official customer receipt had my Toyota purchase official receipt deleted in the government electronic receipt system. It was alleged to be my high school classmate, an IRS alike agent of National Tax Administration, who indirectly had the lawsuit filed against me or as a direct law enforcement or prosecuting member in the law court after deleted the Toyota purchase tax and customer receipt from the government electronic system. They did this probably because that saleswoman Mrs Gao on July 29, 2004 at the McDonald’s asking me to hand in all the documents of official tax and customer receipt, new car license(photo copy) with the Toyota car sold back to them. But I had picked up the official tax and customer receipt with the new car license(photo copy) at the night before I sold the Toyota car in a white Lexus luxury car envelope which previously contained car fixing manuals only. Saleswoman Mrs Gao seemed to give all these car purchase documents to a female agent, some acquaintance of a Mitac company employee and got the documents later. That Mitac employee was an engineer alleged to be my senior colleague from 1998 through 2000 in the company. That white Lexus luxury car envelope was given to me by saleswoman Mrs Gao’s husband on the day in November 2002 he drove the Toyota new car to my house from his Toyota company at Taoyuan to deliver to me. Saleswoman Mrs Gao’s husband also gave me a photo copy of the new car license document, which was previously short of from the car purchase documents of Toyota envelope from saleswoman Mrs Gao, and he reminded me that he was a Toyota formal employee who would not cheat customer because cheating was not allowed by the Toyota company regulation. As I know, saleswoman Mrs Gao’s husband seemed to be fired from that Toyota company at Taoyuan just days after he delivered the Toyota new car to me.

That Toyota car had many problems. It was a sample car which Toyota Japan company sent to the Taipei City Breeze Center for public relationship purpose and in a Breeze Center lottery gifted to a Union Bank(UB) Information Department employee. Later that car was sold by the UB female employee to the Mitac computer company chairman’s young son, Mr Miao, who was at the moment an agent of USA Central Intelligent Agency(CIA) and Japan Waseda University MBA. That’s when Mr Miao was making an agent contact to that UB female officer who got the gift Toyota car from Breeze Center lottery, Mr Miao said to that UB female officer that he know me and just came to take care of me because my anti-psychotic prescription drug intake for years as their Mitac company’s former employee, therefore the UB female officer sold the Toyota car through this relation. That gifted Toyota car originally was a 1.5 c.c. model of upper half year 2001 manufactured, the same model as the later Toyota Prius 1.5 c.c. model. On their Toyota assembly line at Taoyuan, Mr Miao rebuilt the engine part from 1.5 c.c. model to a 1.6 c.c. Corolla Altis hybrid model, and marked out the original engine serial number for the purpose to be sold in the second half of 2002 manufactured year as a new car with an illegal engine serial number. That car was brought to me by saleswoman Mrs Gao who happened to be an agent working at that Toyota assembly line at Taoyuan. That’s all the problems I know about that Toyota car.

On April 30, 2004 around 11:00 A.M., I drove this Toyota car to Tony Roma’s steak house at Taipei City to have lunch. I ordered a Heineken bottled beer, drinking up almost three cups at noon. I paid the lunch by my Citibank credit card Citi Gold. A waiter came to that Tony Roma’s steak house later, it had alarmed me that he was sent by the NSB teacher agent Ms Chang Lee-Chuan who later came to the Citibank call center in 2006. That waiter came to my table in the high class business restaurant to collect the empty Heineken bottle at exactly 1:31 P.M., which was reminded by the Citibank call center, but later at 1:53 P.M. that waiter came to me again, asking me to collect the beer plastic cup which seemed to have 20 c.c. beer remained, which was one-tenth of the height in the 160 c.c. or so plastic cup. I did not remember if the waiter asked me to drink up that 20 c.c. or so beer in the high class business restaurant. The NSB teacher agent Ms Chang Lee-Chuan later wrote a report of driving after consumed alcohol with that waiter collected evidences, which were the 3:30 P.M. official tax and customer receipt of the restaurant, and the Heineken bottle collected as a waiter. The NSB agent and teacher Ms Chang Lee-Chuan later in 2006 was in Citibank call center making some harassment to me, which I have recorded a harassment report in English posted on my website several years earlier.

Around November 2004 of the same year, the Taipei City Mayor was said to file the NSB agent Chang Lee-Chuan’s report in the government for not very clear purpose. Basically the Citibank call center had customer requested issue demanding agency officer to handle this event, for the NSB agent called to the restaurant to stand-by the table doing things not beneficial to the Citibank credit card customer making them felt not comfortable. But on April 30 the Mayor seemed to reply that such Citibank customer was not important, “because he was ever serving at local military police station as officer.” That’s not quite fair for me, you know. Besides, the report of driving after consumed alcohol was not quite correct. I picked the car from underground parking lot after 6:30 P.M. in the evening and drove onto the road at 7:23 P.M. exactly. In 2004 November the NSB report was filed by the Taipei City government to be sort of second-division-human-resource document.

That day on April 30 after 3:30 P.M. I paid the lunch at Tony Roma’s steak house at Taipei City by Citibank credit card Citi Gold, I was alarmed that it was too early to drive the car, so I came into the Starbucks Coffee located in the same building as the Tony Roma’s restaurant at 4:20 P.M. or so and stayed to 6:30 P.M or so. I stayed within the Starbucks Coffee, thinking about the Fordyce Condition newly diagnosed by the National Taiwan University Hospital(NTUH), which was supposed to be caused by a shot in August 2003 at the Taipei Municipal Hoping Hospital, out of the non-hospital activity related with NSB agent Ms Chang Lee-Chuan and agent Ms Huang’s CIA training requirement. But Ms. Chang Lee-Chuan was a witness to the French minister Sarkozy’s wife Mrs France November 12 1994 death case. Mrs France had a shot and a cut-throat on November 12, 1994 at Taoyuan hospital. The other witness at the hospital were Chelsea, William, Julia, Sarkozy. The US First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton was also there but left earlier before Mrs France’s death at the hospital. Agent Ms Chang Lee-Chuan and agent Ms Huang as trainees were in 2003 August on the remote site manipulating, together with the nurse’s coercive behavior to test the lethal potential injection on me, out of a physical examination required by the NSB agents partly controlled Human Resource department in the Arima company job interview. The Japan manager of Taipei City Breeze Center, Mr Gang Ichiro who had received the sample Toyota cars was also identified to be at the remote site as manipulator in 2003 August, a general rank agent at Taiwan and to be newly accepted by the USA Central Intelligent Agency(CIA) at the moment by excellent intelligence work in South East Asia area for several years since 1990.

After 6:30 P.M. on April 30, 2004, when I had paid the bill of Starbucks Coffee by my Citibank credit card Citi Gold, I went to the underground level-2 parking lot of the building to pick my car. When I was paying the parking lot fee in the fee-collecting machine, I was delayed exactly 13 minutes. Again, when my car was driving from underground second floor to the parking fee checking point latch, I was delayed exactly another 13 minutes to pass the latch. There was certain occasion reminded me to check wrist watch for these two time lapses and that the number coincides with the number of New England States. The side street adjoining the building which had the Japan Interchange Association Taipei Office located, blocked by cars not moving for about 10 minutes. Surely you could see how angry I was, but it was 7:23 P.M. in the evening when I was driving the car onto the road and read it from my watch, while that Heineken beer was consumed in the restaurant at noon. If the filed record of drunk driving of Toyota car owner was for legal testifying, that would be simply perjury.

From latest issue of Harvard Business Review, says that “Barnes & Noble closed all 798 B. Dalton locations and its underperforming megastores(including its flagship store in New York’s Lincoln Center). It also aggressively expanded into the textbook segment, acquiring a leading U.S. contract operator of college bookstores. And by focusing on higher-margin gifts, gift books, children’s books, and textbooks, B&N found a way to make the brick-and-mortar operation profitable on its own even as its rival Borders succumbed to bankruptcy and liquidation.”

During June through October 1996, three months I was staying at the New York City, I had only walked around the Barnes & Noble green facade bookstore, glanced at windowshop displaying newly released X-File television scripts, novels, and picture books without entering that bookstore to take a look at the newly sales. But 2001 I purchased a DVD of movie Amadeus, two-sided double compact disk, area 1 version from Barnes & Noble internet online bookstore service. Taiwan seems to have the DVD playing setting of area 3. I have only watched that movie Amadeus for once in my IBM Thinkpad X23 with ultra base DVD set only could adjust playing area code limited to five times. I am very sorry to know that.  

Recently, I have dropped by the local Eslite Bookstore to buy the filling pages of financial planning paper for my blue planner/organizer Datamate. But only two days after I purchased from Eslite Bookstore instead of Kingstone Bookstore on October 28 and filled in the financial pages, I got the blue planner/organizer Datamate lost on October 30 in local New Taipei City Library with twice distraction that day, adding a whole day’s computer network annoying context, plus the plainclothes stayed within that establishment on that day as background. The heiress of Eslite Bookstore seemed to come with me riding elevator up to the fifth floor of that Eslite Department Store. She got off the elevator on the third floor which sold grocery and commodity while I got off on the fifth floor which was the Eslite Bookstore. The Citibank Visa and Master Card had a promotion on that day with Eslite Bookstore. There should have been some inner telephone pages at the end of that blue planner/organizer Datamate, but I detached those private materials from the blue Datamate planner/organizer only a month before, in the middle of a night in September. There have been an impossible lawsuit ongoing without any necessary legal elements consisting of a libel crime against me for a whole year until this moment, the privies of the lawsuit on October 30 who were manipulating at the New Taipei City Library obviously had aimed at those private telephone pages which contain telephone number and address of tour guide from mainland China, intended for a spy contact evidence to submit to the law court for their treason case against me filed earlier, which had something to do with the Harvard Master of Public Health(MPH) alumni Mr David Chang 2001 Microsoft Hotmail account dispute for using the same name registering conflict issue. I think that these lawsuits are totally shit. Rat!

The Chicago born magician David in 1999 and 2000 intensely performed the David Magic Show World Tour and came to Taiwan more then twice for his magic show. David’s magic show was dedicated to the VIP circle only, but the general public could also watch his magic show on television. The magic show on television was sort of interactive show. The year 2000 David Magic Show World Tour had brought him a good fortune, as some US VIP audience ever commented, but the magician David decided to say good-bye to the stage and audience. When he was performing the last scene in his show to extend one hand through the clothe movie screen to come into the stage, synchronized with the scenes, magically. Finally David came out with his beautiful wife and several children, his son and his daughter, to say thank you and wave good-bye. That’s what I remembered about magician David’s show.

There were several newspaper reports locally at Taipei related to the magician David and his show, mostly bad news and related to death. One of these news was about year 2000 on television of a magician David’s escape show. The setting was a huge aquarium, a young girl in red was lying inside the aquarium with water covered, in a fit of spasm, quiet. Later the young girl was put in front of the aquarium on the floor, lost consciousness. The worker in the show heard from the television said that she was just shocked. But the newspaper later reported that the young girl was deceased. Although the young girl was not identified only mentioned as a foreigner, some said that she was the younger sister of movie star Ms. Meg Ryan, heiress of Barnes & Noble.

For those years since 1996 August in the New York City to the later years at Taipei, it was said that the K-Swiss sports shoes manufacturing company that founded in California was also belonging to the property of magician David and the son.

Prescription drug intake leads to less privileged dissension. Despite differences in educational background, cultural context and philosophy of life, a twenty something young man will become minority in society if he accepts the psychotherapy and prescription drug intake. The diversity and dynamic in society thereafter discourage this young man, and he probably would devote the whole life to civil rights and social movements. He shall be less privileged, and the cry for equality is more akin to dissension.

Prescription drug intake leads to prison of conscientious objector. A conscientious objector is a person who refuses to join the armed forces because they think that it is morally wrong to do so, for religious beliefs or other philosophies issue. When the young man accepts the psychotherapy and prescription drug intake, evidences show that he behaves like a conscientious objector, de facto rejects the military service.

Speaking out loudly his opinions of civil rights or human rights in social movement publicly, the young man is a dissident to the police and government authority that regularly arrest him and harass him. A casual seizure from home for inquiry by criminal police force, a law court held for the young man to stand trial for a crime without any necessary consisting legal elements, a prison is nigh for the young man to be the prisoner of conscience just for his civil rights beliefs and philosophies.

When a false charge lawsuit is brought to the law court too early, versus a libel case is sued without any necessary legal elements consisting the libel crime, mind the time gap inherent in the false charge sued against the plaintiff of the faked libel case is of crucial importance for the libel defendant not to lose the false charge case in the law court investigating and trial process. The libel plaintiff might maneuver a libel case with none of the necessary legal elements existed to be in favor of the plaintiff and at the same time also make use of a kind of time gap inherent in the false charge against the libel accuser in the lawsuit process, which in this case the cause of time gap is the libel defendant too early to file a false charge against the plaintiff of the faked libel case. But no matter to appeal for the reconsideration of the dismissed false charge case or to file a request for the false charge case to trial, it probably would be totally blocked by the prosecuted libel case in the lower court to be rejected by the lower court or to lose the case, and then even further to be rejected and lose in the appeal court. Then the false charge case against the libel plaintiff would be settled by the law court forever.

The prosecuted libel case which would last for a sufficient period of time, enough to surpass the duration of legal process of the rejected false charge lawsuit, filing a request for trial after the false charge being dismissed and rejected, the ongoing of the false charge trial, and even plus the duration of the appeal to the higher court by the libel defendant for a lost false charge in the lower court. Meanwhile, the appeal court and the prosecutor of the false charge case in the lower court would probably favor the legal process which is currently progressing in the lower court by the libel plaintiff together with the prosecutor who has decided the libel case to be prosecuted and trialed, and the lower court judge would hold a libel trial. While as both a libel case defendant and a false charge case plaintiff, if it were to lose the false charge lawsuit out of the inherent time gap ensued, and were to miss the timing to negotiate with the privies in the law court right before the faked libel case being prosecuted, it is an inferior situation and position and the defendant of the faked libel case would be assumed guilty for the alleged libel crime brought to trial in court to be taken as the committed suspect in the lower court. It is deemed to be right both in logic thinking and in the legal system process because the faked libel case has been prosecuted in the lower court and the defendant of the faked libel case who files the false charge lawsuit is deemed to be without any judicial proof of his innocence of that faked libel case against him in the lower court. This outcome would carry out a guilty presumption in the lower court to cause the defendant of the faked libel case to lose his false charge lawsuit against the faked libel case accuser.

Therefore, when a libel case without any necessary legal elements consisting the crime versus the false charge brought to court too early by the defendant, it is seriously biased for the law court to overemphasize the due process of justice to be in favor of the well-trained lawyer to take advantage of a time gap to invalidate the false charge against the libel case plaintiff.

According to local information source, last November the US criminal investigating officials ever provided the picture of murder suspect mentioned on my November 6, 2012 essay “Patterns; Legal System Field Survey Report”, to the local police and law court authority for the inquiry purpose. The Taiwan famous computer company CEO and relative of the murder victim had one copy of that photo to review during the murder investigation, and I was as their neighbor to know it from the neighborhood community which they both lodged. The location of that photo was at a nearby internet cafe which the CEO’s young son were shot dead across the street. The timing of that photo taken was within 72 hours after the murder happened in last August. On the photo there were several foreigners with one or two Taiwanese shown chatting and laughing on it, one of the Taiwanese was said to be the district court prosecutor with central intelligent agent identity, the other was said to be one of my university classmates. As the information source revealed, the local police and court authority was submitting another synthesized picture with my face and figure appeared on the photo to answer the US official investigating query just before this whole year of baloney libel law suit without any necessary legal elements to consist the crime. That was kind of perjury to the US investigating officials, you know. That internet cafe at nearby was opened by a Council Member of Changhua County and relative of the 2008 March 24 executed victim of a miscarriage of justice from a 2004 libel case indicted and settled to jail. The internet cafe was transferred to nearby grocery store owner around the same timing, probably this April. Before the internet cafe was transferred from the county council member to the grocery owner there were coffee and beer provided at the bar in the internet cafe, and the photo was shot when the murder suspects from Kiwanis camp pulled the coffee table to the front door to have all of them chatting and laughing in the photo.

Actually, on October 29, 2012 my blue planner was taken within the New Taipei City Library, or simply in law that the planner was only forgotten by the privy myself in the library to be just lost. On that day in the New Taipei City Library there could be found several special agents in plain clothes hanging out in the computer facility room, apparently for the purpose of collecting information and related evidences. There were apparent energy harassment in addition to the computer network unstable problems upon the privy myself before the planner forgotten on the computer table. In my lost blue planner, there were detail records of the date and expense of my hang out to that nearby internet cafe where the murder suspects pictures were shooting. It was started from April 20 2012 when the Apollo Internet Cafe opposite to my house was closed in this April, well after the murder date which was supposed to happen in last August of 2011. That synthesized picture with my face and figure shown on it was supposed to be shot by the camera of the 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop nearby my house when I made a six months duration of monthly fixed amount consumption within their 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop just after 2008 May my patronized McDonald’s NO.79 outlet nearby my house was closed. The 85-degree C Cafe Coffee and Bread Shop which I had an oral quarrel in the National Central Library with their owners because I could not stand the energy harassment and also stopped making any consumption there after 2008 December.

Also according to the local information source that in addition to the district court prosecutor, there was a local judge involved the perjury but the local information source did not mention any apparent reason or motive that the judge would involve with this perjury of a synthesized picture which was sent to the US investigating officials for a murder investigation. Besides, the criminal police officer was supposed to be within the implication and arrested me in November 2004 from the McDonald’s and on December 29, 2011 arrested me from my house, without any justifiable reasons. The criminal police officer was in some kind of dispute out of the agent contact signing quota issue, quarreled with that prosecutor and my university classmate in 2002 within the neighboring community, but that university classmate was not the same one who appeared on the internet cafe photo mentioned by my November 6, 2012 essay “Patterns; Legal System Field Survey Report”. That criminal police officer was also a prosecutor since last year to pass a national government officer examination but without any case presided in the district court.

Later in 2002 the criminal police officer signed a contract from then Taipei City mayor to be an undercover agent to investigate the community where the criminal police officer quarreled with my classmate and the prosecutor because they both dropped him from the signing of the agent contract, in which community the USA FBI agents Ms Suzuki and Ms Chelsea in 2002 summer came to investigate the elementary pupil Kelly car accidental death case and thereafter some coerced sex cases happened and reported from the very community. The criminal police officer was ever heard to have complaint that the US central intelligence agent quota was occupied by the prosecutor and local NSB agent contract quota was occupied by my university classmate, and he was said to be jealous of me because these two high level agents were all mentioned as my classmates. He should be mistaken me to be having that kind of privilege to sign the high level agent contract in priority order just like my classmates signed their contracts, and therefore depriving his chance to sign the USA or local agent contract. Actually, I did not have any of that contract signed. That was ever since the day on August 2, 1996 I was with my F1-Visa status, I counselled with then USA First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton in the New York City, that I should not sign the central intelligence agent contract but to take care of the civil rights case of my sister and my case as well as a civilian not in a military agent status. I thought that I had a tacit grant of nodding alike there in the New York City. But just in days after my grandmother died on August 9, 1996 at Taipei City in the hospital, the third party source informed me in the New York City that the USA first lady signed my classmate of that prosecutor because my classmate of that prosecutor in charge of a political fund was pending which was previously planning to donate several hundred million New Taiwan Dollars to the Democratic Party account, and probably she was also considering her father Mr Hugh Rodham’s death case on November 12, 1990 at Taipei Hospital would need somebody to follow up. It was not for the concerns of my sister or my civil rights case. Nevertheless, I never signed any agent contract to occupy the quota which that the criminal police officer complained to deprive his chance and envy of me to have that privilege.

My university classmate was mentioned in the fifth case of my November 6, 2012 essay “Patterns; Legal System Field Survey Report”, killed in the Thailand male singer and local female singer related disputes. That university classmate of mine was said to apply for signing a central intelligence agent contract and had himself under agency review to be in a recruit training status. The agent contract seemed to be rejected earlier in this year. My university classmate had a high school age daughter, was said to be missing from a false car accident and hospital mistreat since last connected in March this year. The first thing we have to make out is that whether one or two of the victims, the father and the daughter, are survived, or if both of the victims are all deceased. If the daughter was not dead, she probably was with her binding agent status to observe her father in his recruit status in the killing. If the victims are both alive, it is reasonable that they could be found in Shanghai, New York, California, or the other areas in Taiwan which their agency contracts would allow them to perform their missions in these places. If in these places could not find them, they were supposed to be vanished and deceased. We could find out that such criminal case was suited into a well-recognized pattern that in order to prevent the relative of the recruit to bother the military training too much, such criminal case would happen in an acceptable probability ratio and in a kind of natural occasion. That is the pattern we discovered in such a criminal case.

Relationship may help victims survive a murder. We found that while some victims had been seriously harassed in a murder case, they still stood on the side of the murderer at the police station. In Psychology, this is called the Stockholm Syndrome. Even after the victims have been rescued by the police, they were still reluctant to cooperate with the police. Sometimes they would be found to assist the murderer during the proceeding of very crime. Besides, the charisma the murderer could have may dominate the victim, it is justifiable that maintaining a good relationship with the murderer may help the very victim survive a murder.

To build up a relationship could have been a status quo and could have been lasted for a long time, the victim could have known the murderer for a couple of years while the police could be dropping in only for a short period. The victims have reasons to believe that the police intervention would not last for very long, and these kinds of victims would probably show that Stockholm Syndrome described in Psychology. They would appeal to their own efforts or sometimes they would take that as personality advantages to keep a good relationship with the murderer. Such kind of Stockholm Syndrome sufferers may do some errands for the murderers, speak ill of the police, and even see the murderers as their relatives and refuse to report the crime and their personal sufferings to the police or not cooperate with the police. This is the typical characteristic of the Stockholm Syndrome victims.

Although they are crime victims, sometimes their decision to keep a good relationship with the murderers may help the victims survive a murder. We think that it is possible that at times the murderers would set aside such victims who were still trying to make efforts maintaining relationship, when the murderers had taken enough sacrifices for their murders. This kind of effort to maintain relationship with murderers will pay rewards for the victims, in other words.

Recently some political celebrity said that we should focus on the economy issue instead of the politics for a candidate to prevent being the beggars after elected. But an illustration in recent Economist magazine prompted us to ask a question that why the fifty shades of pirate would get an invisible hand stretching out of the tablet screen to be deleted? Oh, that internet novel was introduced for several times in the Time magazine. I read it at New Taipei City Library near my home. I haven’t read these magazines such as Time, the Economist, Newsweek, etc. in the local library in my hometown before this February in 2012. Sometimes I went there on foot and had a lot of entries of district court progress and the law court document date are carefully indexed on my last month lost blue planner. That blue planner was Hapor Datamate, a product from a US company that the owner was an American friend when he told us that he served a military service at Taipei in 2001. I have a makeshift planner which I carried to the New York City in 1996 when the fall session of city graduate business school program began. Perhaps, the lawsuit in district court for a year began right after last Christmas means no harm to me. It is also worth mentioning here that there’s a little error today on that “newspaper magazine”, that it says so in the editorial in chief page, at least it was stated as such when I read it in the National Central Library at Taipei City. The cover picture of this issue of the Economist magazine could contribute to why the editorial in chief page expresses itself as a “newspaper”, for on the picture the stars and stripes on the ground which Mr Obama and Mr Romney carefully select the white stripes to walk on while the stars block adjacent red stripes counted more than four red stripes, and the longer stripes are more than three stripes to be infinite. The song in the British band the Police sounds like this, there is a black spot on the sun today; it’s the same old thing as yesterday. Hmm, the Police band singer Sting will come to Taiwan for a concert in the near future in December. But I don’t think I can get there, though.

There was a report of the Libby Leak Case in the newspaper in 2010 April. Around the same time period between 2006, 2008 June when Mr George W. Bush was still the President and 2010 November when Mr Obama has replaced Mr George W. Bush to be the 44th USA President, there was an FBI anthrax specialist suicide in Washington prison when the law court investigation began. It sounds like the words coming from the lawyer once in the Chicago legal circles, and he said that in November 2008 or in 2010 there was an identity theft in this Libby Leak case(or maybe the leak cases were with two identities and therefore, was of two legal cases), and that the prisoner should not die for the crime he had never committed. The law expert and political celebrity who was bringing up this issue seemed very angry and very serious about the outcome of the Libby Leak Case legal process. Later I heard that the foreign teacher sweetheart once to be my neighbor came into the local community asking for the whereabouts of her lover, supposed to be that prisoner jailed in the Washington D.C., Mr Libby. I heard that they were once discussing about their marriage in the summer of 2006 and again in 2008 November when the press released news about the leak case. Because that man had been dead, you know, that they would plan for a vow was seemed to be a drama-like fancy, a little like a copy of the script from the Stephen King’s novel Lisey’s Story. The foreign teacher sweetheart made an excuse to us which she said that her daughter would like to know it, since they just read the news of Mr Libby with picture on the newspaper in 2010 April. At the moment in 2008 November(I remember it was in the summer day Mr Obama just elected to the White House as the 44th US president and the I.H.T. newspaper repeated the Libby Leak Case news again for the same news report in 2006 July when Mr. George W. Bush was the President), when I was in the library and the Leak lawsuit privy delivered a message to the reader area. It sounds like saying that maybe I could help him, because he was subsidiary of Taiwan and used to live in Taiwan. He had a sister staying in Taiwan, according to some local information source. But as a newspaper reader in the library, I did not know how to help such an anonymous stranger whom was only referred to the newspaper picture to be a high-level officer jailed for FBI investigation, although he said that he was of the same status as me. I did not quite understand what he said. Finally the custody of that anonymous stranger answered, saying that if this petty agent alike reader in library of Taiwan could not give a hand, the anonymous stranger would have to face the trial or death, something like that. Later some seniors in the library told me in private that to read the newspaper is a risky activity.

I pondered that the newspaper could be like the Toyota car that I bought which I could no longer drive on road anymore, or even like the luxury Mercedes Benz car which I should only envy of. I got knocked down by the library security police at Taipei City after Department of State Secretary Mrs Hillary R. Clinton’s birthday, and then seized by two of the New Taipei City Criminal Police officers from home. A baloney libel case charged against me thereafter and it has been lasted for a whole year to this moment, sued without any legal consisting elements, even with the plaintiff Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han had been shot dead on March 17, 2008 by the angry and obsessed defendants for abuse the libel lawsuits. I was kept from the library newspaper since the criminal police seizure after last Christmas on December 29, 2011.
