For the reason that I did not pay any money to this Pinterest user account but as the victim user, only hereby notify the Pinterest company or local administrator at Taiwan with you, that you could be involved with the infringement to the user and perverting the court of justice in the USA federal law court and Taiwan local district courts.

It's an identity theft case of Green Card and Social Security Number SSN057-86-4042, alleged to be using HBR magazine, Time magazine, Citibank credit card and Microsoft hotmail of multiply identity accounts to whitewash international crimes and US treason cases by CIA agent.

On July 19 a subversion case was filed against two CIA agents as prosecutor alleged to be perverting the course of justice to prosecute and progressing a libel case without any necessary legal consisting elements, for the defendant myself was the eye-witness of 1983 rape case of that libel legal consisting element, in that in the aftermath of the rape case born a daughter of her father without marriage to her 2004 July 13 dead mother of the libel case.

My Time magazine new subscription started this April in 2013 using a belated coupon suspect to be notification purpose but with a loathed low subscribing price within a foul play libel case progressing period together with an alleged international law case in the Hague, Holland, as it was notified with Time journalists murdered or missing in 2009 from desk in Taipei office.

It's an identity theft case alleged to use HBR magazine, Time magazine, Citibank credit card and Microsoft hotmail accounts to whitewash international crimes and US treason cases by CIA agent. The US green card under identity theft was bonded with a social security number SSN057-86-4042, issued on August 26, 1996 in the New York Brooklyn Office based with* the 1996 CUNY Baruch business graduate school status, with original Taiwan identity card number F121485303 printed on ROC (Taiwan) passport as the active identity reference. The alleged green card identity theft case was reviewed on July 23, 2002 by United Nations in Switzerland with my Taiwan identity card F121485303 together with the photo passport submitted by an outpost young waitress in Switzerland hotel near Interlaken and verified with my 1979 UN Child Abuse Case account, for a custodian being of or under the behalf of then US New York Senator Mrs Hillary R. Clinton on August 1, 2002 in Frankfurt. There could be legally described as an alibi alike action and was conducted through an EU-police from Germany in motorbike of Mr Brian near an entrance ramp at Frankfurt, Germany. Mr EU-police Brian verified my passport of custom stamps from Paris, Zurich and Frankfurt with an alleged stolen green card identity issue at the ramp root of a normal speed raised highway, but mandated by the Germany former chancellor to nullify a local town hall mayor's military order in a reason that the Germany EU tourist Visa holder on the spot was clean, cleared and should to be allowed to leave the spot free as a tourist. Mr Brian the bike EU-police from Germany police station seemed to be with French origin, and mentioned probably to be son of then French financial minister who appeared on the France National Day on July 14, 2002 in the morning and upon midnight meeting me twice near the Eiffel Tower. Then these two French father and son both collected me with mobile vehicles, who revealed interests in my prescription drug use of Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Risperdal, and the son seemed interested in about to querying same question with me the children's lost mother as it was several years ago on August 2, 1996 at the spot of CUNY Baruch College Lobby Hall where I shook hands with his French father. They would be both served as celebrity reference to this identity theft case with UN review. But it was also manifested that CIA agent Ralf Liu was their partner at least for that period. That could be barrier to my green card identity theft case in a global view internationally, although the French father and son both seemed to be kind to me.

For the reporting of an identity theft issue of a US Citizen green card of New York permanent residency, bonded with the Social Security Number SSN057-86-4042, which previously I wrote a forwarded email to report to Mr President Obama on August 26, the AIT(American Institute In Taiwan) American Citizen Services office yesterday replied my August 30 email but bypassed latest two additional information providing emails sent on August 31 and September 2.

The additional information in replying email on August 31 was to notify AIT American Citizen Services office, within that hour having been faxing to AIT American Citizen Services via local Family Mart Convenience Store fax machine for a three-page legal action documents, to provide as evidence documents for an Green Card identity holder, ie. eligible to be addressed as American citizen with the services, to file a subversion lawsuit in local Taiwan Hight Court against three incumbent or former CIA officers, Mr Liu Dong-Yun, Mr Hsu Shi-Siung(Yuan), and Ms Chang Lee-Chuan, alleging them with subversion cases of perverting the course of justice.

One page faxed of the evidence submitted to Taiwan High Court was provided with the Time magazine subscriber delivering mail address, using three digit postal code, ZIP 220, apparently being adjusted from normal and original five digit postal code, ZIP 22064. The Time magazine with subscribing customer address of Mr David Chang living in Taipei Banciao area was mandated to change by the CIA Agent Liu as the Taipei Law Court Judge, joined with Agent Hsu as the assistant attorney, to issue a law court order from Taipei Law Court. The law court order of assistant attorney Hsu Shi-Siung(Yuan) was not executable because of issuing from an assistant attorney, later together with an executive order carried out by Mr Liu Yang-Liang issued in the name of Prosecutor Lin from Banciao District Court Prosecutor Office, to mandate that address postal ZIP code adjustment from five digit code ZIP 22064, to three digit code, ZIP 220, to infringe Time magazine's customer interests, and to be served as the evidence of the alleged perverting the course of justice, in addition to prosecute and progressing a libel case without any necessary consisting elements, for the defendant was the eye-witness of 1983 rape case of that legal consisting element as the law court perjury evidence. That was a subversion case with perverting the course of justice alleged sued against two CIA agents, probably both with Ivy league graduate degrees, which is the main reason that I write this email to Mr President Obama.

Finally, it is about the AIT American Citizen Services seemed insisting on September 3 email that my reporting green card under identity theft issue to be an I-551 Form lost issue to remind me to contact USCIS office. Actually my August 31 email in the paragraph 5 mentioned there was an American Officer standing out from an office desk in Mitac company which desk drawer contained my green card with photo attached, probably on the 5th floor or 9th floor of Mitac company in August 2000, I was on the 10th floor of the same Mitac company building. The American Officer seemed to be a native American, younger than me, and to show interested in that green card identity overseas when he looking through the passport pages or something. Therefore, when he queried my social security number card as a reviewing American Immigrant Officer, he seemed to be with a little shyness, and the female purchase Ms Lin who did an errand for me was in the same office observing this behavior of an American officer, and he was to review my social security number card and green card status, she was in a position to be of inconvenience to show me that green card, probably with passport, from the drawer of the desk that the American Officer previously examining at hand. Actually, that green card was only several foot* away from me with my photo attached on it, and I was under influence of Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Risperdal prescription drug, but that young officer did not say anything about the photo* and even denied that green card was mine*, let alone gave me a chance to review my identity card. Several days later NSB or CIA agent Ralf Liu who stole that green card identity of mine broke into my house with sharp knife and scratching the drawer safely stored the Social Security Number card. However, Agent Ralf Liu seemed to meet that native American Officer in person, not only by cue up notice or fulfilled some military order only for a check-up of that American Social Security Number desired by that American young officer. Although later they both denied this which on that day of intruding my house being asked by the observing police force with agent Ralf Liu cunningly answered that the break-in was conducted by himself that he was helping his classmate Mr David Chang, having nothing to do with the young native American officer appeared in Mitac. However, as far as I know, from August 2000 through October 2001 just before the lynch of a military car accident upon me, with a pretext that Mr Ralf Liu used and occupied his US identity therefore the young native American officer had my green card, which had attached my photo in military second lieutenant officer uniform, which was acquired from the Mitac purchase office drawer in August 2000 to be his own green card identity for more than one year. In this, the case reported to be as a green card identity theft issue was correct, it would not be a I-551 Form lost issue. I cannot apply another new green card from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrant Services, for this would be an illegal deed to be granting the identity theft infringement and even to be taken as the false identity to white-washing international crimes including the treason felony happened in the United States which I mentioned in the subversion case filed against the CIA agents to the local high court.

The day Brooklyn Bureau officer Ms Michelle notified me to pay the New York State Residency Green Card regulation fee should be August 29 1996, only three days after August 26, 1996 which I filled in the I-551 Form. Although Brooklyn Bureau officer Ms Michelle was teasing that regulation fee of Green Card to be a fine without penalty, which confused me for a while, somehow she notified me that a regulation fee of six hundred dollars required by the office meant that the Green Card was already being approved. Therefore, it will not be the I-551 Form lost issue and shall be a New York Residency Green Card and social security number identity theft issue.

Ms Michelle was teasing me for that regulation fee for a fine partly of the reason that she was an agent came from Michigan State, as far as I know, investigating for a subversion case which on August 26, 1996 notified in the Brooklyn bureau office earlier known to me as for August 14, 1994 Sgt. Ms Eva Ivory Taipei death case and later on that day in the Brooklyn Bureau office revealed by message that it was an "AMERICAN SUBVERSION CASE", supposed to be the August 24, 1996(*1994) death case of Mrs Kelly Virginia, that is, death case of the mother of then President Mr Bill Clinton, on the spot getting the message Ms Michelle told me to leave the office without waiting my NCTU classmate Mr Tan Bo-Wei of Polytech graduate school student, who seemed to be called into the backroom for an inquiry of those so-called "subversion case" and "American subversion case" on August 26, 1996.

Ms Michelle was saying that she was applying Residency for New York State after she settled in the Brooklyn Bureau as an officer. That seemed not quite easy, and my green card application for New York Residency was approved only in three days! But later in the briefing of United Nations, probably for human rights or child abuse case meetings, Ms Michelle was mentioned with confidential agent contract signing to be taken as an illegal immigrant from Jamaica or Cuba, not from Michigan State, to be a foreigner not adequate for assisting my human rights case, in that "seriously affecting the privy's interests." But this impeachment was fighting back with a racial discrimination argument and her style of fluent English. It was the Brooklyn Bureau officer Ms Michelle together with the CUNY Baruch Business School Graduate Program adviser Harvard Business School DBA Ms Tery Mitchell who were responsible for my social security number and green card applying matters. There were two full months from August 29, 1996 which I was notified to pay the regulation fee for six hundred dollars, through October 22, 1996 which I dropped out from school, but I just totally forgot such a crucial important thing, after I communicated in front of Lexington Subway Station that I would rather stay in Baruch to finish my MBA program. But the answer was that Mrs Wu Shu-Chen was the representative and human rights fighter from Taipei, the decision concerned with the international student Mr David Chang should be decided by their own representative. That's who had the last word in 1996 New York City.

But there was student or staff member coming to the CUNY Baruch business school classroom at downtown Manhattan to tell me that "the lady, and what should mean the USA first lady, did not want Mr David Chang to apply for a job as a newly approved New York resident, because by doing this Mr David Chang would be too pompous to show up his green card only just because of the death of his grandmother." That would be a related conversation to do with the green card approval, surely the green card was approved earlier in the New York City. Later in 2000 after dropout from Baruch, was the Mitac Corp employee of purchase department who wanted do an errand for me. She required me to give her a copy of my Household Registration Transcript. The purchase department employee she casually mentioned that I have a green card but did not explain to me quite clearly, and at that time I was under influence of the prescription drug Risperdal of Janssen, Johnson & Johnson to be quite slow in response.

Around that week of August 14, 2000, I was called to her purchase department office, and she only told me to give back her money of New Taiwan Dollars NTD$18,000 because I owed her that money, or she would not give me the identity to let me become an American. But on the spot in the office probably I was distracted by some irrelevant matters or got filtered and blocked with required and important information, I abruptly replied that I did not borrow any money from her. She did not explain quite clearly for the green card. On that day in the office there was a young man after a message not very friendly communicated that there was an American Immigrant Officer on the spot for the green card interview or something, the young man stood out in the office and told me that he was that American officer, not a hired henchman of Mr Mio's family Mitac company. I think that he had been asking me for my Social Security Number Card for a check up, but I replied for a wrong answer because I totally forgot this blue card or got distracted under the prescription drug influence. That is, totally into oblivion for this crucial important social security number card. Several days later because a 1996 November telephone bill which I decided not my responsibility*(bill after November 1996 in New York City*) mailed from the New York Nynex company, asking me for an international telephone call back to answer for a female Boston law firm snooty lawyer. That Boston lawyer seemed on purpose to raise the tone asking me that, "You mean that you don't want to pay your money...", which I was affected via the telephone, together with my prescription drug influence, after I hanged up the telephone I tore up the social security number card, partly reason was that because in that week earlier my house got break-in with a sharp knife scratched the drawer of a chest, a safe place which I stored my social security number card. I tore up the social security number card because I felt dangerous and also anger for the threatening and unfair treatment for those several years. But that day was well after the American immigrant officer appeared in Mitac company asking for a check up of my social security card required for my green card to be dispatched. But it was a pity that apparently I did not have the lore or wisdom required to connect that blue Social Security Number Card safely lying in the chest of drawer was with the identity card asked by the young USA immigrant officer in Mitac, for only in a week's lapse. I didn't say that I was deceived in the office, because I was not sure if that would be deceiving.

Later I heard a military action was called up from the USA at that moment planned to be arrived in a week but the troop arrived at Taipei just only three days later. That was identified as a forlorn*(hope*) troop from the USA acted as a kind of Counterintelligence or MI-5 purpose military action, was taken to be for the purpose of handling the things related to my green card identity theft issue and misdeed of rampant agent. On the arrival of Taiwan, local officer nervously asked that what was their military mission at Taipei, the leader replied with casual, saying that the privy had torn up the social security number card and he would have no chance to get that Green Card by any means. Therefore, mission completed. No effort demanded to pay. That's what I known. Some related information that I could remember was that at the moment I was trying to connect the Stephen Covey's Taipei Office from the back cover of The Seven Habit* of Highly Effective People but only the address located at Taipei City could be found, simply could not be reached at the moment or at that inferior status.

Maybe at this moment besides contact the AIT American Citizen Service, I could also file a subversion case against the Taiwan National Security Bureau(NSB) organization which was organized to interfere my green card applying process or even conducting an organizational identity theft to mess up the US green card for a patriotic act, and I have prepared a legal action document to sue the National Security Bureau agent. But currently I have a subversion case at hand previously filed against two CIA agents Mr Liu Dong-Yun and Mr Hsu Shi-siung who were court Judge and Prosecutor progressing a libel suit without any necessary consisting legal element. If this green card identity was recognized* (not*) to be mine but to be belonging of another person, say, Mr Ralf Liu, of another CIA agent active for a while in New York City, I did not have a say of the green card applied by me in 1996 August. That was because of this that I could only report to the officer of AIT Immigrant Visa Unit, as a legal issue of Green Card Identity Theft.

My Form I-551 was filled in on August 26, 1996 in New York City but only the social security number applying fee of several dollars(*$50 dollars) was paid. Later the Brooklyn bureau officer who could be called Michelle notifying me that the green card application was lacking a copy of birth certificate and the dialogue was that,

"You should come to the Brooklyn Office again."
"And pay your six hundred dollars(or sixty dollars, I forgot)."
"What is the fee?"
"To fine you."

I did tell my mother the message that the Brooklyn Bureau officer Ms Michelle notified me to pay for six hundred dollar(or sixty dollars) to fine me in the international telephone call. I guess* that could be the green card regulation fee and my mother said she would check it out. I think that she would be finding out from Taipei because after she signed a contract with government to replace her August 24 reconcile agreement. That day I planned to visit the New York Brooklyn Bureau for an inquiry was hindered by the Taipei city mayor-elect* official Mrs Wu Shru-Chen and some others. Until October 22 the day I dropped out from CUNY Baruch, I forgot this matter.

What I try to say was that the Form I-551 was not lost, and it was well kept in the New York City Brooklyn Bureau office until 2000 when a copy Household Registration Transcript was brought by Mitac Corporation Purchase department officer, and she said to do an errant*(errand*) for me after knowing that I had a communication with the USA, should be the communication during a law court holding period. At that moment I was doing an intake of Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, Risperdal drug, there was a proxy (*agent) acting for me because of the J&J Janssen Risperdal drug, the New York City Council member Mr David Wu, his sister and also his cousin. Later he raised a legal issue but seemed to be solved.

This morning around eleven o'clock I went to American Institute In Taiwan(AIT) to explain that my green card and social security number which I applied personally on 1996 August 26 in New York City was under identity theft issue, which could be the cause of legal troubles that I currently was enduring in the law court for more than eighteen months. The AIT officer asked me if I had called the police for the green card identity theft issue. I replied that except today reporting to AIT I had not reported this green card identity theft issue to the police since I was in Taiwan not in the United States of America. There were two JPG pictures attached in this email of my passports pages which both passports were issued from the ROC Foreign Affairs Office, that is, both were issued from governmental establishment with the 1996 issued passport attached my student F1-Visa of CUNY Baruch graduate school and my 1996 personal photos. The two passports were with different passport number.

I presented my passports to the AIT officer, and specifically remarked that the City University of New York Baruch Graduate School 1996 Student F1-Visa attached to my passport was the legal document via which on August 26, 1996 I applied in person for my social security number card and New York residency, that is, the green card. The AIT officer* told me to wait outside the office before he connected for me with the officer and then gave me the name card of the AIT American Citizen Services to write this email to you. The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Habeas corpus is a judicial device by which jailed people may require their jailer to justify their imprisonment to a court. It is a fundamental safeguard of individual liberty, and the Supreme Court has interpreted it to give federal courts review over state court convictions and to enforce federal constitutional guarantees. It is generally accepted that only Congress has the power to suspend habeas corpus. President Abraham Lincoln’s suspension of the right during the Civil War met with strong opposition.

Amendment IV (1791)
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Applying to arrests and to searches of persons, homes, and other private places, this amendment requires a warrant, thereby placing a neutral magistrate between the police and the citizen.

Amendment V (1791)
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Indictment by a grand jury requires the decision of ordinary citizens to place one in danger of conviction. Double jeopardy means that when one has been convicted or acquitted, the government cannot place that person on trial again. The self-incrimination clause means that the prosecution must establish guilt by independent evidence and not by extorting a confession from the suspect, although voluntary confessions are not precluded. Due process of the law requires the government to observe proper and traditional methods in depriving one of an important right. Finally, when the government seizes property to use in the public interest, it must pay the owner fair value.

Amendment VI (1791)
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Defendants in criminal cases are entitled to public trials that follow relatively soon after initiation of the charges. Witnesses must be brought to the trial to testify before the defendant, judge, and jury. Defendants are also entitled to compel witnesses on their behalf to appear and testify.

Honorable Supreme Court Chief Justice Mr Yang Ding-Zhang:

Without any necessary legal consisting elements, New Taipei District Court Case Number 101 Savant Yi 2318 Libel criminal case had been sued by Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han for more than one year against privy Mr David CK Chang, me, began on December 29, 2011, the New Taipei City Criminal Police Squad violating ROC Constitution Article 8th of habeas corpus constitutional rights of citizen, arrested the privy Mr David CK Chang, me, from home at No. 204 ChungHsio Road, Banciao District, New Taipei City, for the reason of Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-han sued a libel case against the privy because the privy had posted an article on Yahoo website personal blog. Firstly, the libel case was sued without lawful plaintiff because the Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han had died on March 17, 2008 and this criminal case shall be sued by only the libel case victim himself according to the criminal code mandated. The death certificate of plaintiff Mr Liao Cheng-Han in 2008 was applied by the former Air Force Commander Chen Zhaomin from Pentagon, USA. In 2008 Commander Chen Zhaomin went to the United States and visiting the Pentagon, in person proceeding the paper works of documents of the death of Mr Liao Cheng-Han, the former Black Cat flying pilot. Secondly, the privy’s Yahoo website article was serving for the purpose of detective investigation and written form testifying to death criminal case of Ms Chiu Shu-Chen on July 13, 2004 being raped, killed, chopped into pieces, and thrown into the high seas during military action at Banciao apartment next to the privy Mr David CK Chang’s house, to be a first class brutality of war crime promulgated in November 2004 by Hong Kong and Singapore agents. The New Taipei City Criminal Police department arrested citizen from home and conducting interrogation for ambiguous reasons for a libel case lawsuit against the privy, then transferring the interrogation to the former Banciao District Court Prosecutors Office, now the New Taipei District Court Prosecutors Office, for more than a year went through three investigation courts, tried on August 29, 2012 and January 16, 2013 in criminal court and sentenced guilty on January 31, 2013, although the criminal court judge justified by written form in verdict that “The privy Mr David CK Chang was innocent but should serve for one year as a custodial inmate in adequate institution.” In fact, the penalty sentenced to deprive freedom and the privy has to do time for one year as the inmate of certain custodial house, and that is a de facto guilty sentence. The New Taipei District Court was successively violating the ROC Constitution Article 7th, the Article 8th, and the Article 16th against the privy’s civil rights during this one year of libel criminal lawsuit. Several petition letters pleading for impeachment of Judicial Yuan were filed in electronic document letter form sent to the Control Yuan ombudsman Mr Wang Chien-Shien. The most recent pleading letter for impeachment of the Judicial Yuan violating citizen Constitutional rights was sent three days ago on April 27, 2013.

Last month the privy Mr David CK Chang was staying at the National Central Library, being informed that a law case claiming the land of privy’s private property upon which the privy’s house was built for it was a foreclosed mortgage announced by the USA Federal Law Court in 2000, and bringing it on to the New Taipei District Court Prosecutors Office earlier this March by some foreigner who could be met with the privy in this public library. The object targeted in law court was private property located at No. 204 Chunghsio Road, Banciao District, New Taipei City, where the privy David CK Chang and his family have been dwelling in, which the claiming creditor 2000 in the USA was Shin Kong Bank, in the Federal Law Court claimed that the land was mortgaged with a deed of land by Mr David CK Chang in person to the Shin Kong Bank for several hundred million US dollars, paid in the Las Vega area within some lottery house or Casino. Over 20 Pings, or 900 square feet, the private property located at No. 204 Chunghsio Road Banciao District, New Taipei City, was a farmland bought by the privy David CK Chang’s family in 1978, or Minguo 67th year, with the introduction of Hope Elementary School teacher Mr Lai to the local largest landowner Mrs A-Yuan (or Mrs A-Man) whose land was across Chung-her and Banciao boundary at Taipei County. It was a fragmental farmland which located all within Banciao boundary. As the local government upgraded from Banciao Town to Banciao City, in government administration there were public policy of urban planning and city redistricting in 1978, the fragmental farmland was changed from the farmland district and redistricted to the residential and commercial land district. In 1978, or Minguo 67th year, the privy’s family through familiar constructor Mr Chen built up a five story apartment alone, and in the summer of 1979, moved into the building as the home of household, downstairs was rent for the textile, factory or garment firms. Mr Liao Cheng-Han, the Heyson soda company’s young son and the client of Rose Law Firm in New York and Arkansas, ever registered his residence address at the downstairs without consent of the privy’s family. In 1981 when privy Mr David CK Chang was K-5, elementary fifth-grade at night when privy’s father was not home, the Military Police Special Squads member Mr Li and his colleague, breaking into the household and dropped dead nearby, resulted to disputes in the United Nations of an investigating case and legal actions with the Black Cat pilot Mr Liao Cheng-Han in the U.S. Federal Law Court in New York areas for decades. The break-in in 1981 to the privy’s house caused at least two items being stolen, according to the privy’s father Mr Cheng-Chi Chang reported to the local police station, including the privy’s temple religion blessing gold medal when he was born and a deed of farmland which was invalidated in 1978 or Minguo 67th year being redistricted to residential and commercial districts and re-registered to the government land administration office. The government told privy’s father Mr Cheng-Chi Chang that modern government did not have the convention to issue a deed of land to the citizen. If the citizen registered again to the land administration office for the private property as a residential or a commercial areas household, that would suffice to invalidate the previous stolen deed of farmland document. For this the government head officer assured the privy’s father Mr Chang Cheng-Chi that he need not to worry about the theft deed of farmland document that someday in the future it would to be taken as legal document coming back to claim his private property. Although the deed of farmland was with US Federal Court sentence document as a mortgage certificate to claim to recover the debt, but in fact the privy’s father Mr Cheng-Chi Chang in 1981 had reported to the Taipei County Police Station to be a theft item, belonging to the privy Mr David CK Chang and his family. Hereby, the privy Mr David CK Chang claim to the New Taipei District Court and Prosecutors Office to seize the stolen goods and return it to citizen of New Taipei City and the privy Mr David CK Chang, because the document, a deed of farmland, was a stolen goods reported in 1981 to the police in spite of that it had been an invalidated document since 1978.

Before June 2000 Mr Bill Clinton was still in the White House as US President, the defense of the U.S. federal court was manifested as some Yale University lawyer, signed in law court document as defendant lawyer Mr William Jefferson, have pointed out that the Chinese character in the deed of farmland was in English to be the meaning of agriculture district and thus was an invalid collateral. But at the moment in the United States of America the defendant was an identity theft offender of the privy David CK Chang’s green card identity, a classmate of privy’s Military Police Reserve Officers, Mr Huang, in the federal law court when his Yale lawyer Mr William Jefferson proclaimed that it was puzzling that apparently the defendant acted to be against his own legal interest to forsake the claim of invalidated mortgaged deed of land at Taipei County. The identity theft offender and federal law court defendant Mr Huang no sooner faked death after the federal law court announced verdict and authorized the claiming of the mortgage collateral at Taipei County, (while another identity theft suspect, Mr Ralf Liu, was alleged to be seen in the same federal court but at the moment had not yet been involved with the mortgage collateral fraud case of privy Mr David Chang's family private property at Taipei County in the very federal law court, until months later Mr Ralf Liu was alleged by another federal felony court to be involved with serial killing of Americans then Mr Ralf Liu made his identity theft to fake as the privy to present in court, and was retrospectively referred to the previous federal court together with or instead of Mr Huang). Mr Huang was one of the two military police reserve officers which Ms Chen Chu signed in 1994 to be CIA agents. For many years in the U.S.A. served as the federal government officer and only could be reached in Washington, DC and New York areas through the Defense Controller Officer. The suspect of deed of farmland mortgage collateral fraud case precedent to Mr Huang to conduct an identity theft to the privy Mr David CK Chang's green card identity together with illegal mortgage of a deed of farmland at Taipei county for loans, was alleged to be Mr Wu, the young son of Shin Kong Bank family Mr Wu Dong-Liang and Mr Wu Dong-Jin brothers. Mr Wu was around the same age as the privy Mr David CK Chang. The young son Mr Wu was said to have been killed in a Las Vegas casino or lottery house, after borrowing money from the bank with the theft deed of farmland as mortgage collateral and conducting an identity theft to privy Mr David CK Chang’s green card or passport in order to apply for his own green card of USA permanent residency. Related identity theft cases, including Mr Liu Yan-Liang conducted upon privy Mr David CK Chang’s green card identity to commit a fraud offense to make the privy’s identity confused or presented in the US Federal Law Court when Mr Liu Yan-Liang was involved in a death and treason federal criminal case related to Mrs Virginia Kelly Clinton, the U.S. President Bill Clinton’s mother, who died on August 24, 1994 in Las Vegas areas. Mr Liu Yan-Liang apparently framed the privy Mr David CK Chang to be the suspect to the Federal Treason Criminal Court. Another identity theft committed to confuse or mislead law court was in June or August 2000 when the New York and California Federal Law Courts were proceeding a treason criminal case against suspects who involved in serial killing of American citizens by participating foreign violence organization, and one of the suspects was alleged to be Mr Ralf Liu who presented in the Federal law court and framed the privy Mr David CK Chang by conducting an identity theft offense to the privy’s green card identity. The green card identity being theft and used to be framing the privy in the federal law court was the social security number account SSN057-86-4042, applied around August 26, 1996 from the office Brooklyn Borough Bureau in New York City. The Social Security Number was approved at the office on the very day with a notification of Taipei civil rights case, and at the same time the officer in the Brooklyn bureau was also applying for the privy Mr David CK Chang a green card but it had not been completed because of lacking a birth certificate of the privy. In addition to the Brooklyn Bureau office the privy applied in person for the social security number with the green card, in 2000 Mitac Corps it was notified that the privy’s United Nations Child Abuse Case custodian Mrs Hillary R. Clinton as the United States First Lady applied another permanent residency green card from the bureau of Washington, DC for the privy. The citizen of former Taishan of Taipei County, Mr Ralf Liu, conducted identity theft by using both the social security number of Polytech University student Mr Tan Bo-Wei and the social security number account of privy Mr David CK Chang which was granted in particularly for the Taipei civil rights case. Mr Ralf Liu in New York City was to apply for jobs after August 2, 1996, the current incumbent New York City Mayor Mr Michael Bloomberg and the Meg Ryan sisters of the former Barnes & Noble bookstore clerks, 1996 in New York City were notifying the privy Mr David CK Chang to deal with the identity theft. Mr Michael Bloomberg noticed in September 1996 that Mr Ralf Liu successively conducted identity theft to Tan Bo-Wei’s and the privy’s social security number accounts. As Mr Tan Bo-Wei also applied for work with job application form filled in the social security number but being rejected because Mr Tan Bo-Wei used the social security number account which the privy Mr David CK Chang had registered with the I-20 form to the Department of Education on June 29, 1996 and also it would be effected after August 2, 1996 the school had opened with the City University of New York Baruch Business Graduate School programs began. According to the federal law, the student Visa exchanged from an I-20 form could not be used to apply for jobs as a work visa with I-41 form, therefore Mr Tan Bo-Wei was using the privy’s, my social security number to fill in the job application form while Mr Ralf Liu was filling in Mr Tan Bo-Wei’s social security number for the job application. Because the social security number being conducted identity theft was not of the privy’s, and besides, the City University Business Graduate School business program classes had begun, the privy, me, Mr David CK Chang, did not follow Mr. Bloomberg’s instruction to render investigative assistance in the investigation of Mr Ralf Liu’s identity theft offense. The privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing on August 21, 1996 rendered a reconciled settlement by signing a reconciliation agreement upon the August 9th death of her mother-in-law Mrs Wang-Me Chang caused by suffering medical gross negligence in hospital, and received a reconciled payment of one hundred and eighty thousand New Taiwan dollars, but then came the intimidation from the government officials that criminal murder case shall not be reconciled and therefore on August 24, 1996 the privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing agreed to change the one hundred and eighty thousand new Taiwan dollars payment from being as the reconciled payment to being as the signing bonus of a military contract, and therefore the privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing was to be with a military contract signed, paid signing bonus and subject to governmental military control. This was a fraud case on August 24, 1996 because it was a reconciliation act for the death victim’s relative to sign a reconciled agreement with a reconciled payment that the government had something to do with the lethal gross negligence faults, but the death victim’s relative being threatened and cheated to admit that it was instead a legal act signing a military contract with signing bonus money, and from then on was subject to governmental military control having no say about the unfair treatment of dead relatives. More than ten years the privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing after the death of mother-in-law Mrs Wang-Me Chang, successively suffered the bereavement of the death of brother-in-law, Mr Ching-Yuan Chang who died in June 2000, her sister Mrs Yu Jin-Zhi’s death on September 28, 1999 in front of the Presidential Office Building Taipei, nephew Mr Zong-dian Liu’s death on October 10, 1999 in Chiayi Sun Link Sea Resort after trapped in the tour bus await death, sister-in-law (Yu) King Zhi on July 15, 2004 or later during the police inquiry and the judicial investigation killed by medical gross negligence in the hospital, the husband of sister-in-law, Mr Weng Guo-ying was also killed in 2007 during the judicial and police investigation, a total of six relatives have been killed in the form of manslaughter to be as an insult, and also to be an affront to the privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing for the fraud of reconciliation to be deceived to become signing a military contract with signing bonus, that she was lacking capability of protecting her own relatives and with the military contract she should take the responsibilities of the death of her six relatives, furthermore was required to die for the lacking of capacity to protect the six death relatives, because that was insulting herself to sign the military contract lacking capability to result to the six deaths of relatives. Actually the money amount NTD$180,000 was paid on August 21, 1996 from reconciliation of death of mother-in-law Mrs Wang-me Chang, but the privy’s mother Mrs Wu Yu-Shing was then threatened and deceived on August 24, 1996 to be taken as the signing bonus money payment from military contract signing. It was to be an advanced fraud, an unfair deed, an illegal deed of bullying, and an infringement of government.

The Privy Mr David CK Chang, me, staying in the public library from the summer of 2004 until this moment, and on December 29, 2011 was arrested by the New Taipei City Criminal Police Squads with the New Taipei District Court, being violated citizen’s constitutional rights, for more than one year during which period through interrogation, trial, conviction and the privy was appealing to higher court as well as pleading impeachment of Judicial Yuan to ombudsman of Control Yuan. The New Taipei City Criminal Police Squads after the collateral claim lawsuit was filed against the privy in New Taipei District Court Prosecutors Office, came to the Banciao Farmer’s Association to interrogate the privy’s sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang, but it was as matter of fact a harassment to privy’s sister who had passed the qualifying exam to return to the Banqiao Farmers’ Association again after expelled from the institute earlier. This police interrogation was to inquire twelve employees in the Banciao Farmers’ Association. Except for the privy’s sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang, the inquiry at the office with the twelve employees were all questions to do with this government institute, such as whether there was sexual harassment in the Banciao Farmers’ Association, whether there was corruption situation, or whether they had found illegal activities in the Banciao Farmer’s Association, or even a query that if there was a suggestion related to the organization. The exception of the inquiry on April 13 the plainclothes criminal police made was to ask the privy’s sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang only personal questions, about the day before on April 12 that Ms Mei-Chi Chang’s brother Mr David CK Chang, the privy, had posted an article on the Internet titled “Allegation of the McDonald’s involved with money laundering case on campus at National Chiao Tung University, HsinChu City”. The plainclothes interrogated the privy’s sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang and threatening that if Ms Mei-Chi Chang could not stop the privy, her brother, writing those articles and continued posting on the Internet, “we would start another criminal libel case like Breeze Liao Cheng-Han’s lawsuit more than a year ago, and your brother would get a guilty sentence the same as the Breeze Liao’s libel case without fair treatment according to citizen’s constitutional rights.” The plainclothes waited outside until the lunch hours at noon just passed twelve o’clock at noon on April 13, because the employees were fewer in the office of Banciao Farmer’s Association. The two criminal police officers including one signed in 2002 by the former Taipei City Mayor Ma with prosecutor qualification recently, with another plainclothes went into the Farmers’ Association employee’s office and left him to keep a police inquiry record with the twelve employees. The peripheral outside the Farmer’s Association Banciao Office pulled a security crew of members from HsinChu areas. The surveillance area's ranges were covered by the Banqiao Fuchung MRT subway Station and the Family Mart Convenience Store. It was reported from the international Satellite surveillance camera of the presence of McDonald’s money-laundering case suspect, Mr. Chen Mao-yang, identified by unknown people around to call Mr. Chen Mao-Yang’s name loudly in the surveillance range, while the Satellite picture could be with wrongly recorded area name mistaken as Linkuo areas (the marked locations may be mistaken as Linkou Farmers’ Association region). All the money of USD$70 million, or NTD$ 200 million dollars, excepted the amount deposited in the DPP secret account, most of the money was used by Ms Shiang-Wen Lu spent in various purposes, including agency fees spent on the Giraffe English Institute located on Chunghsio Road, Banciao District, New Taipei City. The DPP party member and the privy’s relative Mr Chia-ling Chang received two million or 10 million New Taiwan dollars by signing the privy’s name Mr Chaokai Chang on the receipt to withdraw a sum of money from the secret account of DPP. Then Mr Chen Mao-yang, also of a DPP party member, also mimicked privy’s name Chaokai Chang repeatedly and signed on the receipt to fetch for several times for an amount of tens of millions of New Taiwan dollars from that DPP secret account, and conducting money laundering to transfer the money to the National Chiao Tung University campus, opened the McDonald’s on campus in 2012. The illegal profit generated from McDonald’s at NCTU on campus was alleged to be reached one hundred million New Taiwan dollars in revenue for one year more until this moment, and the suspect Mr Chen Mao-yang could have sold back his McDonald’s shares to Mr Terence Tsai who had sued a Taipei citizen David CK Chang appropriation lawsuit earlier in court to be a completed cycle of the money laundering. The related lawsuit of the libel case of Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han sued against privy Mr David CK Chang, it had been previously notified the privy to be an appropriation case filed against the privy Mr David CK Chang by Mr Terence Tsai alleging a man called Mr Chaokai Chang of Taipei citizen with his signature to embezzle agency money for NTD$ 2 million or 20 million dollars and would not return the money. As we all know that according to Money Laundering Control Act, which money generated from certain specific crimes is closely monitored by law enforcement officers sponsored by the banking and financial sector, the financial transaction with proceeds monitored and should be updated for a half-day or one day base report. For what the law convention mandates and how the financial agents enforce the Money Laundering Control Act related regulations, the privy Mr David CK Chang being framed with only several faked signatures and alleged appropriation of agency money from Mrs Hillary R. Clinton’s agency money reported last July, without any chance to justify or even to know why the privy would be jailed or put into custodial house for institutionalization, it’s so preposterous the District Court or the Prosecutor’s Office had never notified the privy of anything about these framed allegations and had that one year custodial sentence done with the absurd libel case of Breeze Center Mr Liao Cheng-Han.

An alibi on 2004 July 15 from Caesar Park Hotel Kenting per Citibank request for customer

The night on 2004 July 13, I was driving my Toyota 1.6 Altis(which was purchased from Toyota Tao-Miao Company Ltd., seemed to be Breeze Center 2001 Spring Toyota sample car, of Japan model Prius 1.5, and I had sued a fraud case against Toyota company last July in 2012), and before 9:00 P.M. checked in the California Hotel, which was located at the Youth Road, Kaohsiung City.

The next day on 2004 July 14, I was driving my purchased Toyota Altis 1.6 from the California Hotel at Youth Road, Kaohsiung City, down the way to the most southern part of Taiwan at Kenting and checked in the Caesar Park Hotel, Kenting. There were rumors that a stolen car police report to do with my car, murder cases, military exercises in Kaohsiung City, and I had met a killer with Toyota driver seat window remote opening to the killer the night before, that area seemed to be under police surveillance. Because I was Citibank Citi-Gold credit card customer, the Citibank had requested the Caesar Park Hotel reception to make a residence testifying to the police for the Toyota owner who had checked in their Caesar Park Hotel, with their Citibank Citi-Gold credit card statement would be served as a legal proof for the CitiGold customer to avoid legal dispute in the future, before I left the Caesar Park Hotel Kenting in the afternoon on July 15.

In the early morning at 3:00 A.M. 2004 July 16 I was driving my Toyota Altis 1.6 back to Taipei from the road outside the Tzu Chi University at HuaLien. I was staying there for hours from 9:00 P.M. July 15 to 3:00 A.M. July 16. I read two newspapers of July 16 and July 15 in the afternoon on July 16, when I had driven back to Taipei, parked my car at the rent parking lot and had grabbed a sleep until P.M. 2:00. July 16, there was a newspaper report of July 15 news on the Liberty Times, which was two nights before, with a closeup, half of the front page picture of a Toyota Prius with windshield glass shattered with a bullet hole and with news report of driver killed by rifle. The China Times same Prius 1.5 rifle killing was reported two days later on 2004 July 18, which was felt a little weird. It was notified that the rifle killing event upon a Toyota Prius 1.5 driver was only blocks away from the California Hotel, Kaohsiung City, at the same night I had checked in that hotel. The Liberty Times front page news closeup picture of Prius 1.5, was notified to be of that same Toyota Prius 1.5 model as the Breeze Center 2001 received three sample model cars from the Toyota Japan company, which Taiwan authority imported for a testifying purpose upon the three Breeze Center Toyota sample cars which had tax legal quarrels previously. The shot dead victim of newspaper closeup picture in the Prius 1.5 car was said to drive the car to the spot, chasing for a coordinated pursuit mission after my Toyota Altis 1.6, which was alleged by police reports to be a stolen car owned by Mitac Mr Miao Hua-bin and modified from the 2001 Breeze Center Japan sample car, before the victim Prius 1.5 driver was shot dead, on purpose, surely. As I was informed, the shot dead murder event was happened on the same day 2004 July 14 just passed midnight, and I had checked in the California Hotel before 9:00 P.M. on July 13. The killer at 8:20 P.M. July 13 looked at me from outside the remote opened driver seat window, went to the Kaohsiung City police station to report a cut harm by the Toyota car owner on his hand, which the killer was holding a Rambo Knife invading “his family owned” California Hotel, as the killer claimed to the police. The Kaohsiung City Police Station dismissed the killer to say that it was definitely cut by himself by his own Rambo knife. Further details of the treason felony mentioned in legal complaints 101/09/24 @ 13:29 filed to Supreme Court, “The guilty verdict given on Sep 18 Taiwan High Court slander case against Legislator Tsai Trong-rong was with implication of Taiwan High Court subversion case number 101 HE 667 in that Breeze Mr Liao Cheng-Han had an alias pseudonym of Mr Su Chi before Liao’s decease.” The legal complaints mentioned “…causing potential annihilating atomic bomb attack upon the main island of Taiwan, is the implication and legal constituting element of treason felony.” Explains as following:

1. The legal complaints filed to Supreme Court mentioned that Banciao District Court, case number Savant 101 Yi 2318 Libel Case prosecuted against the privy Mr David Chang without any necessary legal constituting elements. The criminal libel case shall be incriminated by the very crime victim Mr Liao Cheng-han by law, but both the legal yet controversial owners of this confusing identity, the Liaos brothers, elder Mr Liao Cheng-han and younger Mr Liao Jun-San, both of the nuclear payload carrying Bomber and Reconnaissance USA plane pilots, were successively deceased. Mr Legislator Tsai Trong-rong “planned for the press and media releasing the death news of the disappeared commissioned reporter Mr Liao Cheng-han, because in 2008 autumn the USA officials ever required Mr Liao Cheng-han to file an important report to his US superior, but the reporter Mr Liao Cheng-han was killed by muffle gun in the community died on scene.” Because the brothers of Mr Liao both were pilot of USA (code name Black Cat) Reconnaissance and Bomber, out of patriotism prompted Mr Liao expressing intention and determination to sacrifice for Taiwan to avert annihilating attack of nuclear payload bomber before his death on March 17, 2008 in the Banciao community.

When I dropped out from City University of New York business graduate school program and just came back to Taipei, in November 1996 I was registering to the Wang's psychiatric clinic, Hsinkong clinic on Chiahsin Street at Taipei City. Message was from Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling who was at the moment in New York, telling Dr Wang Ke-ming online that it was the White House USA First Lady requesting David Chang, the second lieutenant MP to take care of the human rights or civil rights case, not the Republic of China at Taiwan Madam Chiang, herself, speak to Mr Wang Ke-ming, your clinic. But Dr Wang Ke-ming on the spot replied, "Nope, you listen to me and shall not worry about this." From the atmosphere could discover that Madam Chiang did not have a good mood and speak not very much. As to my personal message, she said "You followed what Hillary R. Clinton, the first lady told you to do. That would be enough for me," and partly telling her courteous followers, "To lost a university president(USA) and a lawyer(New York), only to save a second lieutenant, would be like the Chinese proverb says to lose a madam and further lose a troop." What Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling means was that the Women Association members including the First Lady Hillary R. Clinton, 1994 at Taipei City and 1996 at New York City, asking me to write down some documents for legal purpose, "Second Lieutenant Chang you could follow what US First Lady Hillary R. Clinton instructing you to put it down as legal documents." As concerning my own interests after writing these documents for legal purposes when I mentioned it, I was told that, "this nation would compensate you, with no doubts." I only asked one sentence in Dr Wang's psychiatric clinic about what would happen after I write down these documents, "That means after I write these documents which were supplied as legal purpose, I would be identified as a psycho, the lunatic, just like my sister Mei-ling Chang in 1987 was identified as a psycho, the lunatic?" Dr Wang heard this answer just only laughed, and I was starting my five years long psychiatric clinic appointment days at Wang's clinic. Nevertheless, these documents was ordered by Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling before her pass away in 2003 to write down for the USA First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton for legal purpose in November 1996 at Wang's Clinic, Taipei City.

In March 2010 one day in the morning when I was washing my face and brushing teeth at the bathroom, some communicating message was identified as the USA civil rights and human rights caring workers, mentioned the summer of 1996 in New York City, the reason why my dropout from CUNY Baruch business graduate school, "was that the family alike caring officers of your country operating a governmental special service job, their identities made the USA Federal Government a little misunderstanding. "As a matter of fact, you ever claimed that you were second lieutenant MP officer, even had a occupying rank of lieutenant colonel to be a staff judge or military judge. That is a circumstance similar to these people who harass and hurt you, no one could help you for this." I turned to a bad mood immediately and protested to these words delivered at my bathroom, "I was a victim, that's different." About three months ago(from this documents was writing), in November of 2010, on the bus commutes between Panchiao and Taipei City government, the 651 line bus, one morning when I got off the bus at the stop of NTUH, the online real time or maybe a record message communicated a dialogue seemed to be a conversation happened in the National Taiwan University Hospital(NTUH) psychiatric clinic, and I presume the patient was 1994 Military Police Commander Marshal Mr Cao Wen-sheng, aka National Chiao Tung University(NCTU) 1990 president Mr Ruan Da-nian. Mr Cao told the NTUH psychiatric doctor, "I did not intend to tell lies." "I was inmate of the mental asylum for some days at that time, and when I was back home I found my national identity was invalidated." This conversation content in the NTUH psychiatric clinic sounds like calling help, and from the data at hand I had the news report in 1997 United Daily News and the China Times on the page of Society(Culture and Crime news), which said that National Chiao Tung University(NCTU) president Mr Ruan Da-nian died of the heart attack disease. The NCTU president Mr Ruan Da-nian had a secretary called Ms Lin Shiu-si, when I was in the university I had two courses of Japanese language in her class. When these days I was coming to the National Central Library to write these documents, sometimes I found her was getting on the bus from the bus stop near the Panchiao Military Police Station.

When I was junior year in National Chiao Tung University(NCTU), my classmate Mr Sean Jiang came to ask me about the reason why university president Mr Ruan Da-Nian being oust from the president office. In this January I had a complaint letter sent to the Judicial Yuan, with title, 100/01/23 @ 16:12 "The Original Document of Risk Agreement of the Possessed Child(RAPC) Which Mrs Wu Shru-chen Claimed Dr Ma Ying-jeou had in 1996 Civil Rights Case". In this complaint letter the first paragraph mentioned, "...I remember that in New York City of August 1996, when Dr Ma Ying-jeou had a dialogue with the USA 42nd President Mr Bill Clinton, as a director of Kuomintang Party(KMT) Youth Working Crew, Dr Ma Ying-jeou approved a punishment imposed upon the CUNY Baruch Business Graduate School international student Mr David Chang."

The punishment approved by Harvard Law School alumni, Dr Ma Ying-jeou, to impose certain penalty upon international student David Chang in 1996, was assigned by then KMT Party chairman and the former President Mr Lee Teng-Hui to Dr Ma Ying-jeou because Dr Ma Ying-jeou was at New York City at the moment. The penalty documents which Dr Ma Ying signed into approved penalty could have three different sources: one is from Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian, who came to Washington DC to find the White House aide(both east and west wing), refused by President Clinton about his contract withdrawing appeal, on August 5, 1996 before he boarded the airplane flying back to Taipei, he dropped a file anonymously to his custody superior US official(the document file was finally transferred from the custody superior official to Harvard alumni Mr Ma Ying-jeou) to express he was dissatisfied with his own CIA military contract which mistakenly signed by the dead US sergeant Eva Ivory and denied by the White House to withdraw from desk of the US President's oval office; the second document could be from the newly set up task force of National Security Meeting Secretary Mr Ting Yu-chow, submitted from Taipei to the USA federal government to review, along with August 15, 1994 a single name list for revenge as David Chang listed on it submitted anonymously by the national defense subsidy receiver Ms Chen Chu; the third document could be signed and submitted by the City University of New York Baruch business graduate school student organization member to the overseas KMT Youth Working Group branch at New York City.

As to the first anonymous file which the DPP Taipei City mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian dropped to his superior US official just before he boarded airplane to fly back to Taipei in August of 1996, in which the superior US official means Chen's human rights custody whom was just been transferred from Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling to Mrs Hillary R. Clinton after Chen expressed his dissatisfaction with Madam Chiang Soong's custody. Meanwhile the Harvard University alumni Ms Annette Lu of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) was also at New York City, she once spoke out that the file which the DPP mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian dropped to the US superior before boarding the plane at New York City had an error to mistake the related person who involved some kind of sexual scandal. But Ms Annette Lu of DPP was challenged at New York City with the question, "how do you know? How do you know the file submitted with pictures shot at the Sofitel, a hotel at Manhattan, was not the student the file referred to?" Ms Annette Lu could not answer this provoking question with the teasing of her single status manifested, Ms Annette Lu then turned to me to ask me to answer the question myself, but at the moment I did not think it was necessary to answer such a personal privacy intrusion question until August 9, 1996 we were informed by the City University of New York and the White House officials that at Taipei Veteran General Hospital my grandmother was dead under certain degree of medical gross negligence. Ms Anette Lu of Harvard alumni was to intervene this perjury which she knew could be fatal, but it finally ended up with an inconvenience of her to explain to the US Federal Government officials about the fraud mayor-elect Mr Chen made of the submitted file with pictures shot by DPP New York City members at Sofitel Manhattan because she could not answer the question, "How do you know?" The file submitted on August 5, 1996 from Taipei City mayor-elect Mr Chen Shu-bian mentioned the Sofitel Hotel at Manhattan in New York City, which hotel was the national flag carrying United Airlines partner hotel at that time. Two private detective shot pictures were enclosed in the report file, but the date of the pictures were altered obviously by Mark pen. The faked dates of the pictures were marked in a difference to be in two days or in two months. The private detective who shot the pictures was said to be overseas member of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) branch at New York City, or maybe affiliate of Taiwanese Association of America(TAA USA), after shot the pictures in the Sofitel hotel they brought the pictures to mayor-elect Mr Chen Shu-bian to make the DPP mayor-elect know that Madam Chiang would be familiar to the Taiwanese like him and Mr David Chang very well in New York City. The original message in summer of 1996 notified me was intended document forgery by the mayor-elect Mr Chen who submitted the file to the White House supervisor, but the Federal Government officials in the White House subordinated the report to the KMT director Mr Ma Ying-jeou who came to New York City at the moment. Mr Ma Ying-jeou simply noticed that the dates(with the mark pen signs) on the two pictures were different, but because the original document file was submitted from the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) official, not from the KMT party official to the White House supervisor, as a KMT leader he did not bear the responsibility to check the authenticity, therefore he approved the report to the White House to review, along with the penalty assignment ordered by KMT chairman Mr Lee Tang-hui from Taipei to punish the international student Mr David Chang at New York City. The picture 1996 shooting at Sofitel Manhattan could have been related to several possible persons: the 17-year-old Mississippi high school student Ms Maria Perrie who was in summer vacation, the 27-year-old New York Sate citizen Ms Sally Virginia, the subletting landlord Ms Chu Xian-Ying, an immigrant from Shanghai, the international homestay student Mr David Chang, me, from Taipei at Queen Borough, and my cousin Ms Ivy Chang who served as stewardess at the United Airlines. This dispute had an almost confirmed premise: 1. Mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian had known the date on the picture from the Sofitel hotel which was used to report to his superior who was then appeared to be the White House authority, was wrong and altered by mark pen. The file reported at New York City 1996 August surely was a forgery; 2. Mr Ma Ying-jeou only noticed that the date on the picture from Sofitel hotel had a mismatch by two days(or by two months), but he approved it because the penalty for the CUNY Baruch international student David Chang was requested by the KMT party Chairman Mr Lee Teng-hui; 3. As to the First Lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton at the White House, probably she was very busy with the Federal government affairs, and the family members of the 1994 August Taipei CIA training dead sergeant Ms Eva Ivory and first private Mr Tim Scott Landon at the moment were in New York City lobbying the first lady Mrs Hillary R. Clinton, she probably had no time to notice the mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian, the former Taipei Legislator and the human rights custody report direct account, dropping a file with name and picture date double errors at New York City before aboard airplane flying back to Taipei.

Finally, I want to ask a question: the US international student Mr David Chang who graduated from National Chiao Tung University(NCTU) in 1993 from Taipei Panchiao area, in 1996 applied for City University of New York Baruch Business Graduate School and went to the USA himself with F1-student Visa on June 29, 1996. Mr David Chang ever rejected the invitation to join the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) and to sign the National Defense related contracts from Legislator Mr Chen Shui-bian, therefore it should be obvious that Mr David Chang had never received any governmental subsidies from ROC National Defense Department or any scholarship from the KMT Party or DPP(similar to Rhodes Scholarships). I want to ask that what kind of penalty process requested by the former President Mr Lee Teng-hui, a Cornell University alumni and the KMT Chairman, to ask the Harvard University Law School alumni Dr Ma Ying-jeou who in 1996 August was at the New York City to approve?

My cousin Mr Chang Chia-ling filed a slander lawsuit on April 1, 2006 against his former employer who fired him with a reason that he was insane. He found another job around June 23 or 27 in the same year 2006, and his father, my uncle Mr Chang Wu-Shiung acted as my cousin’s legal representative to follow up the lawsuit. My uncle then granted the law court for transferring slander case proceeding to the Supreme Court when he was told that he mentioned two relatives of mine, Mrs Yu Jing-Chi, who later died in July of 2006, and Mr Wong Kuo-Ying, who later died in January 2007, were witnesses in New York 1996 to my grandmother Chang Wang-Me’s medical gross negligence death case, and the testifying referred that the former president Dr Lee Teng-hui of Cornell University had connection with my grandmother Mrs Chang Wang-Me’s gross medical negligence death case on August 9, 1996 at Veteran General Hospital, Taipei City, before I was dropped out from CUNY Baruch business graduate school on October 23, 1996. My uncle Mr Chang Wu-Shiung seemed to be dead of heart operation several months later after the death of my relative Mr Wong to be counted to three death cases after the 2006 June Supreme Court proceeding, but could not be formally confirmed yet.  

Right after a New York State military camp watching Taipei, aiming the range scope to be at observing movie star Ms Chiu Shru-Chen dying in one Panchiao community on July 15, 2004, when her daughter Ms Liao Yee-wen, 17 years old, in New York together with a later signed FBI agent who was an adolescent in 1994 had a scholarship alike agreement or contract signed by US President Clinton to assist the investigation of 1994 August 14 Sgt. Perhaps Ms Gui Mei-loon was told to sign the FBI contract leaving Lien’s group and to find Ms Liao Yee-Wen, the daughter of the forced suicide victim Ms Chiu Shru-Chen on July 15, 2004, together flew back to Taipei in several days after the forced suicide case. The wedding video tape was supposed to be submitted by my classmate Mr Tsai Wang-Ju to the USA FBI agency for Ms Chiu Shru-Chen forced suicide death case investigation. The video was recorded by Ms Chiu Shru-Chen’s family on the wedding ceremony. When the FBI investigating crew reviewed that video tape, they found that there was 1965 born Mr Liao Cheng-Han, the former Breeze Center owner, and also there was Mr David Chang, me, in June 2003, came to the wedding site greeting the newly-wed acquaintances, having a chatting with Ms Liao Yee-Wen of the bride’s sister. Although the USA FBI agency was using this video tape to assist the Chiu Shru-Chen forced suicide case investigation, however, seven years later, on December 29, 2012, the New Taipei City Criminal Police Station seized me from my house with a previous day brief notice to knock my door to take me to the Criminal Police Station to interrogate for a Libel case on Yahoo! posting article which was said to be reported by Breeze Center owner Mr Liao Cheng-Han to the criminal police station. That was shameful for using me to assist that criminal case investigation but had my relative Mr Wong Kuo-Ying as sacrifice because he was a witness of president Dr Lee Teng-hui connected with my grandmother's gross negligence death in 1996 New York. ...the file submitted on August 5, 1996 from Taipei City mayor-elect Mr Chen Shu-bian mentioned the Sofitel Hotel at Manhattan in New York City, which hotel was the national flag carrying United Airlines partner hotel at that time. Two private detective shot pictures were enclosed in the report file, but the date of the pictures were altered obviously by Mark pen. The faked dates of the pictures were marked in a difference to be in two days or in two months.

The private detective who shot the pictures was said to be overseas member of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) branch at New York City, or maybe affiliate of Taiwanese Association of America(TAA USA), after shot the pictures in the Sofitel hotel they brought the pictures to mayor-elect Mr Chen Shu-bian to make the DPP mayor-elect know that Madam Chiang would be familiar to the Taiwanese like him and Mr David Chang very well in New York City. The original message in summer of 1996 notified me was intended document forgery by the mayor-elect Mr Chen who submitted the file to the White House supervisor, but the Federal Government officials in the White House subordinated the report to the KMT director Mr Ma Ying-jeou who came to New York City at the moment.

Mr Ma Ying-jeou simply noticed that the dates(with the mark pen signs) on the two pictures were different, but because the original document file was submitted from the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) official, not from the KMT party official to the White House supervisor, as a KMT leader he did not bear the responsibility to check the authenticity, therefore he approved the report to the White House to review, along with the penalty assignment ordered by KMT chairman Mr Lee Tang-hui from Taipei to punish the international student Mr David Chang at New York City...

In this January I had a complaint letter sent to the Judicial Yuan, with title, 100/01/23 @ 16:12 "The Original Document of Risk Agreement of the Possessed Child(RAPC) Which Mrs Wu Shru-chen Claimed Dr Ma Ying-jeou had in 1996 Civil Rights Case". In this complaint letter the first paragraph mentioned, "...I remember that in New York City of August 1996, when Dr Ma Ying-jeou had a dialogue with the USA 42nd President Mr Bill Clinton, as a director of Kuomintang Party(KMT) Youth Working Crew, Dr Ma Ying-jeou approved a punishment imposed upon the CUNY Baruch Business Graduate School international student Mr David Chang."

The punishment approved by Harvard Law School alumni, Dr Ma Ying-jeou, to impose certain penalty upon international student David Chang in 1996, was assigned by then KMT Party chairman and the former President Mr Lee Teng-Hui to Dr Ma Ying-jeou because Dr Ma Ying-jeou was at New York City at the moment. The penalty documents which Dr Ma Ying signed into approved penalty could have three different sources: one is from Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian, who came to Washington DC to find the White House aide(both east and west wing), refused by President Clinton about his contract withdrawing appeal, on August 5, 1996 before he boarded the airplane flying back to Taipei, he dropped a file anonymously to his custody superior US official(the document file was finally transferred from the custody superior official to Harvard alumni Mr Ma Ying-jeou) to express he was dissatisfied with his own CIA military contract which mistakenly signed by the dead US sergeant Eva Ivory and denied by the White House to withdraw from desk of the US President's oval office; the second document could be from the newly set up task force of National Security Meeting Secretary Mr Ting Yu-chow, submitted from Taipei to the USA federal government to review, along with August 15, 1994 a single name list for revenge as David Chang listed on it submitted anonymously by the national defense subsidy receiver Ms Chen Chu; the third document could be signed and submitted by the City University of New York Baruch business graduate school student organization member to the overseas KMT Youth Working Group branch at New York City.

As to the first anonymous file which the DPP Taipei City mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian dropped to his superior US official just before he boarded airplane to fly back to Taipei in August of 1996, in which the superior US official means Chen's human rights custody whom was just been transferred from Madam Chiang Soong Mei-ling to Mrs Hillary R. Clinton after Chen expressed his dissatisfaction with Madam Chiang Soong's custody. Meanwhile the Harvard University alumni Ms Annette Lu of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) was also at New York City, she once spoke out that the file which the DPP mayor-elect Mr Chen Shui-bian dropped to the US superior before boarding the plane at New York City had an error to mistake the related person who involved some kind of sexual scandal. But Ms Annette Lu of DPP was challenged at New York City with the question, "how do you know? How do you know the file submitted with pictures shot at the Sofitel, a hotel at Manhattan, was not the student the file referred to?" Ms Annette Lu could not answer this provoking question with the teasing of her single status manifested, Ms Annette Lu then turned to me to ask me to answer the question myself, but at the moment I did not think it was necessary to answer such a personal privacy intrusion question until August 9, 1996 we were informed by the City University of New York and the White House officials that at Taipei Veteran General Hospital my grandmother was dead under certain degree of medical gross negligence. Ms Anette Lu of Harvard alumni was to intervene this perjury which she knew could be fatal, but it finally ended up with an inconvenience of her to explain to the US Federal Government officials about the fraud mayor-elect Mr Chen made of the submitted file with pictures shot by DPP New York City members at Sofitel Manhattan because she could not answer the question, "How do you know?"...

It was the governmental effort to push the Education Reform Policy of Taiwan from 1998 through 2008, which usually addressed as the Taiwan education reform for ten years, although it began in 1994. The most important mission to reform education was considering the reaction to the democracy and therefore the reformer could cope with the rampant corruption of the ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) in Taiwan areas after the General Election Policy of the congress and presidential office was gradually actualized into effect. The ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) caused a lot of problems and often hindered the governmental democratic policy. The 1998 reported case was the elected government officials of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) coming to elementary and secondary schools to harass teachers both found at Taipei County and Taipei City. Nobel Laureate Dr Lee Yuan-Tseh was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry from Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and also hired by the Academia Sinica of Taiwan to be researcher and president of that national research institute. The education reform was initialized by Dr Lee Yuan-Tseh in 1994. A message delivered before Mr Frank Hsieh of DPP serving at the Executive Yuan in 2004, was claimed to be from the United Nations officials, tipped off the governmental officials who involved in the energy device harassment to the UN abused child victim Mr David Chang. One sunny day at Taipei City near Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, at the spot of GuiYang Street crossroad traffic lights, timing was around 2005 or 2007, during which I was staying at National Central Library to prepare documents for the governmental energy device harassment legal action, there was a volatile form message, addressed as from the United Nations officials, notifying to the former United Nations 1979 Child Abuse Case Mr David Chang, and also the victim in 1996 right at its very headquarter location of New York City to be harassed to drop out of CUNY Baruch Business Graduate School, that most of members in the cadre of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) including the former DPP Taipei City Council member and then incumbent Legislator Mr Frank Hsieh were all having interests something to do with the ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company) in Taiwan areas. It was said that Mr Frank Hsieh recruited members in Taipei City similar to the club of ARM-MC(American Reading Machine, membership company), for his own brand name "Japanese Formula Mathematics." During more than a couple of years in Japan for the college of law study, some official of Japan in Tokyo ever asked the student Mr Frank Hsieh about the details of his "Japanese Formula Mathematics" membership club in Taiwan. Mr Frank Hsieh answered the official of Japan in Tokyo that the membership organization was ordered to set up by the Taiwan official from late President Chiang Ching-kuo. The official of Japan in Tokyo then told Mr Frank Hsieh to remove the "Japanese" from the name of Mr Frank Hsieh's membership club to be only as "Formula Mathematics". The late President Chiang Ching-Kuo probably planned to use the Japanese Formula Mathematics membership club organized by Mr Frank Hsieh of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) to balance the USA ARM(American Reading Machine Company) of the Harvard Public Relationship(PR) Manager Mr George Bush Jr. and cashier Ms Chen Chu when I was an elementary school pupil of 12 years old. Mr Frank Hsieh of Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) was not told by the late President Chiang that the late President Chiang Ching-kuo sponsored the membership club of "Japanese Formula Mathematics" in Taipei City from the national resource allocated by him. That is, the "Japanese Formula Mathematics" membership club which the former DPP City Council member Mr Frank Hsieh organized was another form of energy auxiliary reading machine company in Taiwan areas in public supported by the late President Chiang which was similar to the USA ARM-MC(American Reading Machine-membership company). In 1998, there was a report of official threatening harassment from the fee collectors of "Formula Mathematics" membership club in Taipei City, together with the commission fees collectors in Kaohsiung City which were recruited by Ms Chen Chu for the Japanese new-model Reading Machine. The fees collectors in 1998 went into the elementary and secondary schools both in Taipei City and Taipei County to ask the teachers to conform to their request to unify the quiz numbers for the reading machine commission company to regulate the pupils to boost up their scores in school. That's when the efforts of Nobel Laureate Dr Lee Yuan-Tseh paid for initializing so-called ten-year Education Reform Policy in Taiwan in 1998. The snobbery of the reading machine company made the DPP involved officials dictated governmental administrations and bullied the school teachers.

The Kyoto University Law School graduated Mr Frank Hsieh of Taipei City Council member used the eduction background of the National Taiwan University(NTU) instead of the Soochow University background to run for the city council member election campaign. At that time I was an elementary school student before went to the junior high school. My mother subscribed a children newspaper, the Mandarin Daily News for me at my third grade. One day after Mr Frank Hsieh made a moving speech to the electorate, one Taipei citizen enthusiastically decided to do something for the Japanese Kyoto University alumni city council member Mr Frank Hsieh and for Taiwan's democracy future. Almost without effort, this Taipei citizen himself wrote an article and published on the Mandarin Daily News. The very week when his article was published, he went to Taipei County Haishan Junior High School to pick out the student composition book of Mr David Chang, which student name Mr Frank Hsieh probably mentioned in his campaign speech to address that was one of the late President Mr Chiang Ching-Kuo's pupils. That Taipei citizen copied the page of the student composition book of David Chang which citing his article published on Mandarin Daily News earlier that week, and reported to Taipei City Police Station for a criminal case. After this Taipei City police report was known, the student composition books in the Taipei County Haishan Junior High School every week were mandated to send to the Dean's Office to review and stamped the office seal before returned them back to the students. This was one example of the so-called "Human Resource Second Division File" which Naitonal Taiwan University(NTU) alumni officials, the former President Mr Chen Shui-Bian and the incumbent President Mr Ma Ying-Jeou argued in public. According to reliable sources, the Taipei City Police Station which related with that so-called "Human Resource Second Division File" mentioned above was the Xinyi Police Station in Taipei City, while the enthusiastic citizen who reported to that Xinyi Police Station for a criminal case was called Mr Ho Jung. It was said by some local critic that when the late President Mr Chiang Ching-Kuo was told this Xinyi Police Station criminal case report, "he did not get angry with Mr Ho Jung but appointed him to be the chairman of Mandarin Daily News." What is the moral of this story? At that time in Taiwan my mother paid NTD$300 monthly fees for me to subscribe to the Mandarin Daily News for children when my father had a salary only NTD$3,000 monthly. My parents was criticized by the relatives of Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-Cheng to be elevating education price to be only for elites. The relatives of Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-Cheng, together with parents of elementary school pupils boycotted my family in public and even went to the Taipei District Court to record my name in the law court of Judicial system.(My aunt Mrs Liu Ming-Hui with my cousin Mr Chang Chia-ling used my name to file a law suit in Taipei District Court against a Harvard alumni author, with a lost case but acquired a humanity compensation of NTD$18,000 from the total compensation amount NTD$100,000). This children newspaper, Mandarin Daily News, founded by Mr Hu Shi of the Republic of China's ambassador to the United States of America, was de facto (selling) violating interests of the four years subscribing customer Mr David Chang, subscribing from ten years old through fourteen years old, with the eligible chairman of an author and editor, to file a secret governmental file at local police station. Until now for almost thirty years(the subscribing children had graduated from university), both the Xinyi Police Station or the Taipei District Court and even the Mandarin Daily News company had never notified the Mandarin Daily News subscribing customer Mr David Chang. The subscription fees collecting company had an inclination and attitude to put the subscribing customer at (a secondary position) the second place when running the newspaper company. After this event, my mother changed my name Mr David CK Chang which was used to subscribe to the Mandarin Daily News and used the name of my sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang to subscribe to this children newspaper. From then on, I did not read that children newspaper anymore(I read this newspaper for five years from ten years old through fourteen years old.) My family kept subscribing to this children newspaper for ten more years using my sister's name when my sister was graduated from Taipei Municipal ZhongShan Girl's High School and gained the admission qualification to the Feng Chia University when I was in my sophomore year at National Chiao Tung University.

...According to reliable sources, the Taipei City Police Station which related with that so-called "Human Resource Second Division File" mentioned above was the Xinyi Police Station in Taipei City, while the enthusiastic citizen who reported to that Xinyi Police Station for a criminal case was called Mr Ho Jung. It was said by some local critic that when the late President Mr Chiang Ching-Kuo was told this Xinyi Police Station criminal case report, "he did not get angry with Mr Ho Jung but appointed him to be the chairman of Mandarin Daily News." 

What is the moral of this story? At that time in Taiwan my mother paid NTD$300 monthly fees for me to subscribe to the Mandarin Daily News for children when my father had a salary only NTD$3,000 monthly. My parents was criticized by the relatives of Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-Cheng to be elevating education price to be only for elites. The relatives of Taipei County Administrative Chief Mr Lin Fong-Cheng, together with parents of elementary school pupils boycotted my family in public and even went to the Taipei District Court to record my name in the law court of Judicial system.(My aunt Mrs Liu Ming-Hui with my cousin Mr Chang Chia-ling used my name to file a law suit in Taipei District Court against a Harvard alumni author, with a lost case but acquired a humanity compensation of NTD$18,000 from the total compensation amount NTD$100,000).

This children newspaper, Mandarin Daily News, founded by Mr Hu Shi of the Republic of China's ambassador to the United States of America, was de facto (selling) violating interests of the four years subscribing customer Mr David Chang, subscribing from ten years old through fourteen years old, with the eligible chairman of an author and editor, to file a secret governmental file at local police station. Until now for almost thirty years(the subscribing children had graduated from university), both the Xinyi Police Station or the Taipei District Court and even the Mandarin Daily News company had never notified the Mandarin Daily News subscribing customer Mr David Chang. The subscription fees collecting company had an inclination and attitude to put the subscribing customer at (a secondary position) the second place when running the newspaper company. After this event, my mother changed my name Mr David CK Chang which was used to subscribe to the Mandarin Daily News and used the name of my sister Ms Mei-Chi Chang to subscribe to this children newspaper.

From then on, I did not read that children newspaper anymore(I read this newspaper for five years from ten years old through fourteen years old.) My family kept subscribing to this children newspaper for ten more years using my sister's name when my sister was graduated from Taipei Municipal ZhongShan Girl's High School and gained the admission qualification to the Feng Chia University when I was in my sophomore year at National Chiao Tung University.
